Went down to check on the clothes that I had attempted to wash in the evening, and the same error codes were showing. I contacted AZE and the part that was needed to fix it wouldn't be available for 3-5 business days. That being unacceptable they are hopefully returning tomorrow the 30th to remove the part that was erroneously installed and issuing a refund. Turns out they're claiming I cancelled the credit card transaction but I still have to pay the $75 which I'm not. I've started the dispute process which includes all the messages between me and the technician.

well, well, well.... i am not surprised that the review service number is so low. allow me to share…read moresome of my experience with appliance part doctor. in the beginning we had a good relationship. in fact, i considered us business friends. we weren't neighbors, family, or dinner dates, but business friends!! no follow through on first set of appliances!! but i gave them another chance on customer service. then after i purchased a second set of appliances totaling $3200 their true side really showed. customer service took a turn south. things you want to know prior to purchase: -choose appliances that you specifically want to purchase and take a photo!! -discuss and get in writing what your warranty covers and for how long -make sure the appliance is scratched and/or dented. not damaged! there is a difference. -only complete the sale if you can receive a printed receipt (companies will likely not honor a handwritten receipt) hence, no warranty!! with both parties signing to confirm all persons are aware of all aspects of the purchase including warranty. i asked for a printed receipt over a week ago. still waiting!! they're a local company. and it could be emailed!! i have a handwritten receipt. my warranty for service was denied. and i must pay all costs. it is worth paying more for the appliance and receiving the service you need, rather than to take a chance and receive no warranty and no customer service. rest assured i will not give the staff at appliance part doctor/a & m scratch & dent in monongahela, pa any more of my time nor money!!! i suggest purchase elsewhere. save yourself from a stab in the back!!!!!

The one walked us back to the vanity's and explained the color code sticker layout. Some of them were chipped or cracked or damaged in some type of way but it was blatantly obvious and properly marked, didn't feel like they were trying to hide any damage. We ended up finding a soft close vanity at a very reasonable price. I did see some washers and toilets for sale as well when browsing. They are cash only and have an undetectable "no hold policy." There is an ATM across the street within walking distance though so no big deal if you didn't bring cash. The two ladies even helped load the item into our vehicle! Great costumer service! We will be back.

Jeff cane several times for a squealing dryer and he is not a very experienced appliance repair man…read more. he charges too much for the call and doesn't even open up the dryer. he orders parts "he thinks" one piece at time , making your price more expensive. When you look online for the parts he replaced they sell it in a kit for way less and the instructions online tell you to replace all wheels and pulley while you're in there ! he was doing one wheel at time .. my husband had to find the issue or he would have left and come back again . he was not very knowledgeable and charges to much for not being efficient. this was not a computer issue it was mechanical. all washers have the wheel and pulley. will not call him again.
