It became clear that, despite their authorized status, Orr's lacked the technical proficiency required to replace a battery and re-set a watch with the delicate Caliber 212P quartz chronograph movement. I ultimately had to take the watch to Cartier directly to repair the damage that Orr's caused. My point: If you do not have the expertise to handle a specific movement, it's OK to just say so rather than risk damaging a client's timepiece.
