I never fail to find at least ten things I want to take home with me!! Second, the staff goes out of its way to accommodate you. They have shortened chains for me, done layaways, suggested unusual ways of creating a new necklace, etc. Everyone there is super! And last, I can actually AFFORD to purchase things at Greene's!! I dropped off my ring with Anthony on a Saturday morning. It needed 2 diamonds replaced and the bottom of it was starting to crack, which I didn't even know was happening until Anthony pointed it out.
