I came in knowing I wanted Valentine's nails but didn't have every detail figured out, and she took her time walking me through everything. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish. Vivian made sure the shape was perfect, the artwork was clean and detailed, and the colors came together beautifully. She consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy, which meant a lot to me. Her energy and vibe were amazing so positive, welcoming, and calming. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling confident, satisfied, and excited to show my nails off. I will absolutely be coming back, and I can confidently say Vivian is now my go-to nail tech. If you're thinking about booking, don't hesitate ask for Vivian.

I went in giving them a third chance to get it right. This was a mistake and I will never go back!…read moreEvery time I went I was given a different price to pay for the same service. My last time was before I left town for my wedding anniversary on June 18, 2026. The next day the poilish bubbled up in different places and it chip on 2 of my nails. By me being out of town I could not go back the next day to let them know. On a even worse note I was charge an extra $10.00 for my nails and they were not long. If they did not give me long nails why was I charge an extra $10.00 for her to put nail polish on like all the others in the shop at the time? I came in with the same nails I left with. We just got back in town and I know this will not be honored. However, I will be contacting the BBB to report this. I wrote about this place before where I was charged $61.00 for a color change to my nails. Just a color change!! This nail shop is close to my home but now I see I will have to do some driving from now on. This place has lost me as a customer forever!!!

I am a male and I only get my nails done once or twice a year. I have been to this business once…read morebefore and received really good service. But today I went there and the person who worked on me (who was an older Asian woman) was not very personable. She never introduced herself but just gave me the price list and didn't say anything. I told her what I wanted (manicure and pedicure) and that's what she did. She never said anything until she accidentally stuck me in my big toe and asked if it hurt. You never know what people are going through so I didn't say anything. Once she finished she did say "thank you" with a smile, which made me feel like that was for the tip. Overall it was not a good experience and I would not go back there again. Plus when I got home I where I could really see, I realized that the mani and pedi were not that good.

I'm very disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. I contacted them after developing what…read moreappears to be a fungal infection following a gel pedicure service. Before my appointment, my toenail was not discolored, so naturally I was concerned and wanted to discuss the issue with them professionally. What bothered me most was the lack of concern or accountability when I called. Instead of showing care or offering any kind of solution, I was essentially told there was nothing they could do. I even asked if I could purchase a brand-new gel polish to ensure sanitation moving forward, and I was told they do not sell new polish and do not have new polish available for clients. If that is true, it raises serious concerns about hygiene practices and how products are shared between customers. I then asked if I could bring my own polish from a beauty supply store, and they said yes -- but that I would still have to pay for the service. While I completely understand paying for services, it was frustrating that there was no effort to remedy a situation involving a concern that may have resulted from their salon practices. Customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism matter, especially in businesses involving personal care and sanitation. Unfortunately, I left this experience feeling unheard and uncomfortable returning.

A friend of mines daughter needed a ride to Wesley Chapel from the West End…read more As we were riding she asked if I knew a place she could get her nails done. I didn't but I knew the Kroger shopping center has been here for at least 30+ years and almost every Kroger shopping center has a nail shop somewhere within the development. We entered about 2pm on a Friday afternoon and it was pleasantly not full of people and there was no wait. She got her nails done and I decided to get a pedicure since I haven't had one in a while. The lady that did my pedicure was so friendly and funny. This location is a good 40+ minutes from my home if the traffic is on my side and I'd happily come back for another pedicure when needed. Great service, clean and pricing was just what I expected for a basic pedicure.

Yes, the bowls were tiny and there were no massage chairs, lighted decor or ambiance. But honestly the pedis were just as good. Do we need upgraded renovations to feel beautiful? No but that's progress. And everything else is going up. Apparently we'll patronize no matter how high the prices are. At 5pm the sign says "no more pedicures." Come early and put your name on the list, especially if you have a favorite nail tech. Then ask how long the wait is and have them call you. Sign up the evening before if you want to come in the morning. Don't put your belongings down unless you want them covered in dust.. Bring cash or use their ATM. On the plus side, the wait wasn't too long and there are lots of DND colors to choose from. I picked a pretty reddish pink #235. They use fresh tools for every customer, goodbye cheese grater! She even squeezed fresh lemon on my toes! I bring my own foot soak. Neo soul plays in the background, I'm pampering myself. But at this price point it's more an occasional splurge than bi-monthly ritual.
