Their gel manicure will only last a week, then they will chip. Only nail place for me that happens. I will not be going back.

I asked for dip manicure with a tip. My nails are naturally weak so I asked for a thicker or extra layer. Very disappointed with the unleveling of the nail and how thin/cheap it looks. I think it depends on what technician you get because I've had great experiences here before. Just not this time. read more

I had to get surgery on my toes because of how infected they got from coming here. They are always so rude and act like I'm bothering them. I have been scolded for simply WATCHING them do my nails. they mocked me for not getting gel for my wedding nails. I don't know why I keep giving them second chances. Worst experience I've ever had lumpy nails painful for every service after saying it hurt still kept hurting me dry scrub on dry legs telling me to do a color I didn't want uneven nails wide nails compared to none on other hand I begged them to please do my feet way I asked as well as nails I had to tell them 7 times I want a certain color they insisted on another when i had said color I wanted I'm in healthcare I said my nails need to be short they ignored my every request I wish I left because after 125 when I go to work tom I'm gonna be forced to remove these nails the size on each is off the shaping is horrible and now I have to pay again to get them fixed so that's another 100 pulse the tech said sorry the whole time but why are you apologizing if you know how to do this is was bad worst anxiety attack I was shaking waiting for more pain in each move they made . Not to mention tech next to me was so rude to her customer when customer said I picked white chrome not gold she got so mad the customer just dealt with it said okay nm as the man on other side did her daughters nails was such an asshole to the little girl that was getting nails for first time when she asked him questions it was most disgusting experience I've ever had .wish I could give a 0 cam tell not the original owners for sure !!!! read more

Really disappointed how expensive it was to get a gel fill manicure and pedicure here. I used to love this place but the past couple times I have been there it has been ridiculously expensive and they definitely over charge you. Plus I had an appointment and had to wait for 2 other people to go ahead of me when they didn't have an appointment and just walked in. Sad I have to find a new place now. read more

Not a great experience.... Person that did my nails was rude and nails chipped the next day.

I got my appointment early Feb for may 3rd for the day before prom and the wait was very quick and I do have an odd finger and said it was okay if it was messed up but to try their best. I got yellow French tip with one flower and the set looks great but on the sides there is almost no nail polish or acrylic on a few and my tech told me to hold a paper towel because my hands were so wet...like yes that's understandable but maybe be a tiny bit nicer about it. The flowers on my nails are on the middle and thumb and it's one on each and I said I wanted white and they did them yellow which still looks nice but I asked for white flower so be sure to say what you want !! And the person I brought got cut a few times and was bleeding when we left.... read more

I came here for 3 pedicures and a nail set and was never made aware at any time that to paint our toenails would cost an extra $25 per person, totaling $75. For freaking painting our toenails!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!! They NEVER said anything to the three of us when handing out the nail color samples that it would cost extra, nor was there any pricing listed anywhere in the shop. We assumed that the nail polish was included in the packages, as they should be. When I paid my bill is when I was then made aware of the extra charges, only because I asked why it was more than I expected and calculated. Apparently gel and polish are $25 extra per person. 1 separate charge for $10 and another for $15, totaling $25. And on top of it all, they wrapped our feet with used towels. We could visibly see that they were used and filthy. This place is a joke!!! read more

Worst manicure ever, anywhere. The technician actually filed into my skin on one of my fingers.... very painful and took a long time to heal. He kept smudging the polish and had to repolish three nails twice. He couldn't figure out how to turn on the dryer at the drying station and left me there for 30 minutes while he surfed his phone. Some of the nicest people I've ever seen to get my nails done! Everyone is very kind and helpful. And (at least as a repeat customer) they're usually super willing to fix your nails if something happens to them. I usually get the dip nails and they always turn out great. read more

I absolutely love this place! I go in to get pink and white powder on my real nails. I also get a French pedicure with gel on my toes. Both don't chip or break until I need to go in because of the growth of my nails. The first time I went in, I tried doing gel on my real nails but some would break (which they fix for free). So one of the ladies suggested powder overlay, on my real nails, for a stronger nail. The grow out of the overlay can put a line/ dent in your real nail and you can see it. So then they suggested pink and white powder. My nails are so strong now, I'm very hard on them but they look awesome. They can hold up for weeks if I can't find time to get them done. My pedicure can last a month, as long as I get them cut short. There are many upgrades since a few years ago. Like the way they do pedicures with a plastic liner, to the new way they sterilize the tools/ one use tools. I have found my nail salon and this is it! read more

This is the worst nail salon I have EVER been to. I will never go back. The files, clippers and other materials were not in sterile packaging. They pulled them out of the drawer. It was sloppy, they cut my finger which proceeded to bleed for 10 min. I had a gel manicure and it was all over my fingers and in the cracks. I went here for the first time on Sunday to get a full set. Today is Wednesday and my nails are lifting. More than likely I will be removing after they grow out rather than getting a fill because 4 of my nails the tip doesn't even go all the way across. They were rushed and painted the clear coat while I was sitting at a dryer because they had a new person right under me as soon as I got up. I would not ever go back here nor recommend it to anyone.
