We were in the area when we had issues with some of the outlets in our RV. Even though we didn't have an appointment scheduled, Tony had us drop in first thing on a Monday morning to take a look. He recommended a great place for us to go for breakfast while he had our rig looked at. Two hours later, he called us to come pick up the rig. Not only was it repaired, but he reached out to Newmar on our behalf and got the cost of the service covered for us. Tony and his staff really went above and beyond on our behalf. Update to original review! We got our van back from Scenic after the 3.5 month build out and wow!…read moreThey knocked it out of the park! It turned out exactly as we had planned and actually a little better than what we had hoped for. We knew it would be good based on other vans seen at the shop and what we had discussed in the planning phase but the attention to detail was over the top. Over the months of waiting/building, Scenic shared a Dropbox where they would load pictures as the build was being done. It was fun to see all the steps of our van being built and it helped us to know where we were in the timeline of the build. On pick up day, Emily took the time needed to walk us through the van to make sure we were comfortable with every part. Even with all of that, Scenic still sent us away with a folder of papers and an owners manual they had put together with the features of our specific van build and how to use each component. I'm convinced, there isn't another company that puts this much love and care into the customer and end product. Kevin, Emily and every team member we interacted with are specialist with a ton of experience as well as the desire to continue to grow and get better. it is obvious that the company strives for excellence and it shows in the end product. They went out of their way to explain any changes that needed to be made along the way and always made sure we didn't incur any extra cost because of a necessary change. We took the van out for the first time last weekend. Just an overnighter where we pulled out all the manuals to make sure everything worked and we understood the system. It couldn't have been any smoother. Everything worked perfectly, just as described. We couldn't be any happier with how the whole process went from start (open house tour) to finish!

The staff here was above and beyond! Happy, knowledgeable, friendly and appreciative more like I was doing them a favor vs them doing me one. From the first email request for info, they made sure to contact me under my terms (email for now as I was at work) we did everything over email. Eventually I was able to work a bit through Text. I really appreciated the no calls, and no harrassment! RJ set me up with a day and time that worked for us to pickup, again coming from out of state. Everything was ready to go. They even put the hitch components on the truck and trailor for us when we arrived. When mine didnt work, they worked with us to get it done! I have had Rv's before and this time they took the time to show me how to properly use my brake controller and what to expect pulling something so much smaller than I am used to. We took it out for the first time 3 weeks after purchasing, and found an issue under my sink. Now this not being my first trailor, I expected something to need fixing. Bouncing and driving it happens. I emailed RJ at 730pm on a Friday night.. He responded (I couldnt believe it, I didnt expect to hear until Monday) He had the service person included into the email. Per the body shop that did the…read morerecent work, they found Happy daze used duck tape and other inappropriate materials to fix our trailer. STAY away for your own good. Nothing but bad body work bad customer service. Oh and the work happy daze did cost almost $12,000. The work the body shop did $1700. Smh
