One star because I have too. Be careful when ordering here! I decided to buy flowers here because of the good reviews but I didn't have the same experience. Everything from the time I placed the order was sketchy. I was charged $200 for flowers that were not fresh. When I mentioned this to employee they said thats the style of the flower. The style of the flower is wilted I guess. Makes no sense. They also delivered my flowers later than the time they original said! Extremely disappointed with the service or to better word it lack there of! I have never had such a awful experience ordering flowers before. Never again well I use this establishment for future. Paid for a Deluxe arrangement and ended up with what looks like a basic arrangement with old flowers! UPDATE: Based off the response I received from the business you can tell the customer service is lacking! Instead of being accountable for the flower arrangement they provided, they paint a false narrative. Never did I ask for the delivery fee to be waived. If I was willing to pay $165 dollars for an arrangement I think $18 is the least of my concern. I just wanted my friend to receive a beautiful bouquet and that is not what she received. As for the air conditioning comment, that was brought up by you first saying "Also tell the recipient to turn on air conditioning 110 degree in LA" then I followed up with maybe the driver didn't have the AC on. When a business has to lie about how a conversation went down speaks volumes! My flowers were out for delivery at about 5pm, according to the 40min traffic I was told it would take to get to destination, my friend received the flowers at 6:24pm something in not adding up if the flowers arriving the way they did.
