One of my goto panini sandwiches in town! Buzz & Bites has been a staple for me. I always recommend the Chicken Mozzarella & the Spicy Asian Chicken (a favorite of my mother!) The Chicken Mozzarella panini is prepared so spectacularly here. Grilled chicken, mozzarella, onion, sundried tomato, arugula, and aioli on a ciabatta bread. I've been coming here since opening and this has been their #1 panini for me. I wish they still had their homemade chips, they were a wonderful pairing with their paninis. I recommend ordering their tater tots as a side. The Spicy Asian Chicken is essentially a Vietnamese Banh mi with aioli on a panini. Grilled chicken, homemade butter, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro, and spicy aioli on a ciabatta bread. Quite genius and so delicious! Sometimes I just don't want the mess of a baguette and rather have the ciabatta bread and aioli sauce haha. I believe this is one of their most top selling sandwiches as well. In my opinion the coffee here is okay, I've tried over the years their pistachio, pumpkin, tofee, tex pecan lattes and haven't really found anything that has satisfied me. Perhaps I am a bit too picky with coffee as I frequent too many coffee shops but to each and their own. They have fresh pastries prepared everyday and they're delicious. Family favorites here are the Pistachio Muffins and the Danishes. It's a great cafe that I use to frequent when I was studying for my certifications. Inside there is one large community table and a handful more of tables. There's also a patio outside to enjoy the nicer weather. A great cafe to visit in Houston and I'm glad to see they're still doing so well over these past few years!

Late post: I came here for a quick brunch with my mom and we were very pleasantly surprised. I had this placed saved for some time and heard great things. We ordered the Avocado bacon croissant and a side of their tuna salad. Both were amazing. Solid brunch spot for sure. Their iced coffee was also spot on. Highly recommend.

As far as I can remember, this place has been a staple in the Spring Branch spot of Houston for several years. One of the more popular coffee spots in Houston, there is quite a bit to like about this neighborhood favorite. First, you can start with the coffee drinks. Whether your a basic coffee person or a boujee connoisseur, there's a variety of coffee-sorted beverages to get your day started. The texas pecan latte is one of my favorites; the pecan flavor hits hard combined with the milk foam. As for eats, there's breakfast items and sandwiches/pananis to pair with your coffee. The smoked salmon avocado toast is a banger with the capers, onions, and pesto. The interior has a lot of yellow (if that color is your thing) with some tablees and high-top seating. If it gets cramped, there's some outdoor seating. Each table has plugs for electronics if you need to work. Servers bring items to you upon ordering and are friendly. All in all, it's a solid spot that's worth a visit if you're in the area.

This is probably the 10th (or 15th) time I've visited here over the course of a few years, and I'm a huge fan of it clearly! I used to come here to study during college and nowadays work remotely on occasion. There are a few larger tables (4-6 people), some smaller ones, and seating outside for good weather days. It is usually packed inside 50% of the time, but I've always been able to find some seating. Not every table has convenient access to an outlet though so something to note! Service here has always been very friendly, zero complaints. Both their food and drink menus are solid, I'm a huge advocate for their coffee drinks! The only critique I have is towards their matcha drinks. I was a bit disappointed by what tasted like sugary, vanilla milk and lacked a deeper, green color like you would typically expect of a matcha latte. I know this place isn't particularly known for their matcha, but to pay $6-7 for what looks like pistachio milk is not what I expect from an average matcha latte. I would steer clear of their matcha drinks for now and opt for their coffee drinks instead, which have all been great based off of what I've tried.

I've stopped by a couple times with my coworkers for matcha runs. It's a really cute spot and they're not usually very busy. The baristas are very nice, so it's quickly becoming our go-to spot. I typically order the Strawberry Matcha Cloud and its delicious. They sweeten the matcha with sweetened condensed milk and it gives it such a nice flavor. Today we stopped by for lunch, I ordered the Queen Bee Wrap and it was very good. The pickled onions added a nice crunch and the aioli had a nice flavor. I also tried my coworkers Avocado Chicken Wrap and the flavor was good but it was a bit too cheesy. My other coworker had a burger with an egg on top and he really liked it. We will definitely be back for more matcha and food!

Buzzlicious! Service and atmosphere: This is well decorated restaurant that makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. You can opt to sit inside or outside. The place was clean and organised. The staff were friendly and polite. Food and drinks: Good selection of different types of coffees. They were prepared well. Same goes for the food options. The dishes we ordered came fairly fast and tested very good. All ingredients were fresh and paired well with each other. Flavours and seasoning were good as well. Pricing: $$ - definitely place to come back to.

I stopped by Buzz & Bites to get some studying done, and I can say this cafe is a hidden gem in the memorial area. They have a variety of breakfast option, but I opted in a caprese panini w/ grilled chicken and it was decent (6/10). I'd preferred if they just grilled it a tad longer so that I had a longer time to eat it before it got soggy. I do really like this space to study since they have ample seating inside with great lighting and a cute patio! I will be back to try out some other menu options and the coffee though!

One of my new favorite finds this year! I came here with my cousins for lunch and I was so impressed with our food and drinks that I had to come back a second time the next week after. I got the Chicken Avocado Wrap and then the Chicken Mozzarella (added pesto) and both with tater tots. BOTH SO GOOD! I think I liked the chicken mozzarella just a little bit more because I loved the ciabatta bread. Very flavorful, plenty of food, and the tater tots are super crispy. I also got the Strawberry Passion Lemonade and it was really good! My cousins said the Iced Pumpkin Spiced Latte and Tropical Island Smoothie were really good as well. Staff is very friendly and helped me with ordering, food comes out fast as they have you hold onto a number card at your table, and the interior and exterior is very cozy. Both times, we have sat outside because the weather has been nice. If you do sit inside, make sure to bring a jacket! Can't wait to come back the next time I am in the area!

Cute little spot with a nice patio. I was greeted when I walked in but that was about it. I did stop and look at the big menu on the wall since I did not know what I wanted and did not want to be in the way. I ordered then sat outside done it was such a nice day and all the tables were full inside. The patio is really peaceful until other people in groups come I ordered the avocado croissant sandwich which came with bacon and hollandaise sauce. It came out hot and crispy just the way I like my food. The bacon was crispy and the bread was toasted with a little extra brown on the edges. The honey Jasmine lemonade was surprisingly good. It was a little sweet and made me feel relaxed. All in all I cannot wait to return with friends.

Cute cafe with lots of natural lighting and tables to study or work. Food and drink options are plenty, which can be overwhelming, but majority of it is pretty good. The posted menu font is teeny tiny. Thankfully, there are printed menus at the front of the register. Food is tasty and I really enjoyed all of the drinks I've had here from teas, lemonade, to coffee. Lemonade can be a little sweet so adjust accordingly. Highly recommend checking them out if you're ever in ktown.

I've been wanting to try out this place for a while now; I've heard so many good things. We came around 10ish and it was busy!!! I can see why it's a popular place - they have so much to choose from. We ordered the Texas melt, Ube Cloud, and the breakfast platter. I really enjoyed my drink however I thought the melt was OK. My partner thought his plate was delicious. The place is nicely decorated as well. Overall I think this a great place to come eat, study, or chill with friends.

This is a decent coffee shop with a variety of food selections which I appreciate. It's not too noisy and the staff is friendly. You have plenty of space inside and outside with plenty of parking. The coffee isn't anything special but the food is yummy. The coffee shop and its restrooms are also very clean. I would visit again.

Hidden gem! This coffee and food spot is definitely a place to check out. The vibe of the restaurant is very chill and laid back. There's plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The outdoor area also has a nice couch that's great for larger groups of people. Great spot for studying or just catching up with friends. The decor is definitely more modern and hip. I ordered the salted caramel macchiato which was delicious! The drink menu is endless, ranging from espresso to nitro cold brew. The food was actually a hit as well! I went with the classic croissant from the all day brunch menu. I'd definitely check this place out again! The staff were very nice and friendly and were welcoming upon entering. read more

I have been coming to Buzz and buys for the past three years and it is such a calming and welcoming environment. The breakfast and lunch specials are delicious. The coffee, cold or hot is amazing and the Customer Service is wonderful. They're open very early in the morning which is great for me because I can get the coffee and go, the sweet treats are amazing and I just love this location. This cute coffee shop is on my way to work but somehow I never knew it was there. I decided to give it a try. The young woman at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I informed her it was my first time and she guided me through the menu and helped me make my choices. I ended up with a Vietnamese coffee with an extra shot. It was delicious. This has been my favorite coffee shop recently. It's about the vibes, delicious drinks and friendly staffs.The prize is a little pricey but I love the vibes here. Every time i'm in Houston visiting from California I come here and work since they have free wi-fi (work from anywhere). The drinks are good and the food is amazing. Definitely highly recommend if you're ever in the area. the owners are are also on site and give great service as well as the staff! read more

Cute coffee and snack spot in Spring Branch near Memorial City. Went in on a Saturday afternoon and ordered the Caprese Panini with a Cappuccino. The Caprese sandwich was really good. I enjoyed the flavor of the pesto, basil, mozzarella, sun dried tomato with olive oil. The sandwiches and the paninis come with a side of chips and bread with your choice of either sour dough bread or ciabatta bread. I thought the chips were a little salty for my taste but other than that they were good. The Cappuccino was really good as well and it went great with my meal. I will probably order a new drink when I go again. Probably try their ice coffee. The staff is super friendly and there is plenty of parking since it is located in a small strip mall. Purely coffee and pastries review -- the specialty coffee comes out on the overly sweet side and their drip coffee tastes bland. It's not a bad option for a quick caffeine pump in the morning, but not a "must get every weekend" kind of place. The pastries is comparable to hotel continental breakfast. Definitely not as good as it is pictured on their website. The muffins were probably the best thing, but just taste like a basic muffin. Avoid the strawberry and chocolate croissants. read more

The food and coffee gets an A+. 4 stars because there is not a lot of seating. There is inside and outside seating. Because it was raining, the outside seating couldn't be utilized. If you're in Spring Branch definitely give them a try. read more

Had a wonderful brunch at Buzz n Bites! It's worth the buzz to check this place out . Came here on Sunday around 2 and it was still pretty packed! Lots of parking spaces available though and there was outdoor seating, which I enjoyed. This also seems like a good study spot past the brunch rush, as there's plenty of coffee (and matcha!) options to choose from. I loved the creaminess of the strawberry ricotta toast and the Rose Latte was perfectly flavored and yummy. They also recently introduced chicken and waffles to their menu and it's also a delicious choice! read more

Had brunch here with a friend on Saturday! This place has been really popular on social media and I finally got a chance to try. Impressed with the service, friendly staff. Food and coffee was amazing. My friend ordered Strawberry Ricotta Toast and Caramel Crisp. And I ordered Smoked Salmon Avocado Toast and Latte. All ingredients tasted fresh, I believe that is the reason why the toasts cost around $6 - $8 The indoor decorations are very cute, cozy and bright. They also have outdoor seating. read more

Such a cute little coffee place!! We got the Summer Berry Berry smoothie and the Super Green smoothie. VERY refreshing! It also doesn't taste too sweet, which is really nice. Usually smoothies with ice cream taste more on the sweet side, but this one is definitely more refreshing and you taste the berries. Also they have the CUTEST PINS!!! And I just realized, after looking at the menu, that the "Buzz" is for the tea/coffee/drinks/caffeine and the "Bites" are for the food items, hahaha! read more

Drink: caramel crisp has a wonderful flavor to it! Not too sweet and actually bold coffee which is perfect! Drink: Vietnamese coffee is made with cold brew that is bold and again not overly sweet and executed nicely. lox bagel was not only beautiful but the flavors were phenomenal! They really add just enough of everything and made it taste amazing! The interior and exterior of this place is adorable and Instagram worthy for sure! The staff is very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful! I'm vegan and they were very considerate and nice about suggestions and answering any questions I had about the items. They're very fun to talk to as well! We tried the Vegan Sandwich and the Club Sandwich. Both sandwiches tasted fresh, served hot, and obviously delicious. Lunch at this place was light, yet filling, and priced well. My boyfriend also RAVED about his chocolate chip muffin, he thinks it's the best he's had. In general this place is great because their menu is simple and not overwhelming, just the basics (sandwiches, salads, brunch, coffee, tea, pastries, etc) but it has such a huge variety of flavors in those categories that are especially unique. The cafe is extremely clean! It has soft music and seems like a great place to study or get your day started. The decor is cool and thoughtful, great for photos, and sticks to a clear theme which plays well with the coffee n bites they offer! Overall, must try in the Spring Branch area! Found this place while looking for a spot to meet up with friends. The place is cute with enough inside and outside settings. Nice for a single meet-up or a small study group. I ordered the waffle breakfast sandwich and an iced lavender latte. Absolutely love their lavender ice latte. One of the best in town. The food was yummy and they gave a huge portion. We come here all the time and get the same thing. Trying to move away from fried chicken ordered something different. Bad experience and I found out they do not make accommodations to people who have religious dietary restrictions like no pork. The breakfast platter comes with 2 eggs, ham and bacon. I asked for substitutions of turkey bacon and chicken sausage for the ham and bacon because I can't eat pork. I noticed the price changing after they said they have no turkey or chicken sausage but can do sliced turkey and chicken. I asked for instead to substitute eggs and was being charged to substitute another egg for bacon. Never had this before at all the places I go in my life. When I asked why I was being charged I was told an egg is more than bacon. However, I wasn't even charged the difference but the full price of adding an egg. So I am paying full price for a platter with 2 items I cannot eat then have to pay extra to substitute items I can. I won't be back ever and if you have dietary restrictions like me avoid this place as they make no accommodations or will charge you for it. I didn't get even get the correct bread. read more

I can't say enough good things about this fabulous little coffee shop. I've been meaning to write a review for a while. For starters, their staff is so friendly and welcoming. In the age where customer service is practically dead, it's so wonderful to be greeted by a cheerful staff time after time. Each person is so nice that works here! Their coffees are the best in town. My favorite is the lavender honey latte. I also love their breakfasts, food is really tasty and menu pairs well with all their beverages. Don't sleep on this adorable little joint! read more

LOVE this coffee shop. I'm a big fan of flavored lattes, and they have a HUGE selection of syrups here. I'm able to try latte flavors that aren't offered at many other places. The interior of the coffee shop is bright and inviting, with lots of natural light. There's also outdoor patio seating available! There's also a good variety of cafe style foods like sandwiches, salads, and pastries that you can order if you need a snack. I would recommend this coffee shop for your coffee fix or for a coffee date with friends. read more

*Warning: late review! I had the chance to stop by a few weeks back and was looking for a place to grab a bite to eat and sit and study. The interior is nicely decorated and bright - I was greeted warmly and ordered a sandwich (melting tuna) and a raspberry açaí lemonade. They have different arrangements of seats, from small tables that can seat 1-2 (with high chairs), bigger tables for 2-4, and seating outside as well (with umbrellas!). I ended up staying for a couple hours and enjoyed my time there. The sandwich was really delicious and the lemonade was so refreshing, with the right amount of sweet and tartness that I wanted! Happy to say, the amount of studying I put in paid off - I was reviewing some items before an interview and it helped, cuz I got the offer! BEST SANDWICH/WRAPS I HAVE HAD FOR AWHILE NOW! I ordered the chicken wrap and didn't expect much but hoped they couldn't mess it up. It came with some chips and was DELICIOUS. The outside isn't grill pressed too much. Cheese was a good melting point & lettuce was still cool, not cooked. My boyfriend had a club sandwich which had a great combo of bread to meat to cheese ratio! He had a cold brew coffee, was good. I had a Jasmine Honey Lemonade, sounded interested and it was a very good blend. I'm not really sure what I'm tasting but it's shockingly good! Ima give it 4 stars since Anthony bourdaine hated yelp and how ppl only go to a business with good ratings and skipping out on a potentially good place because of a few bad reviews. Try places at least once before scratching them off as a lost! Unfortunately, my true opinion is to give this place 2 stars. Reason being is that i went in for brunch and sweet bread was not fresh. It was pickle rick solid. My sister ordered an almond twisty. More like a stabby weapon to twist into someones crapsaaac!! (google 'stoma' i dare u) my banana nut bread- Correction!!! Banana nut muffin.. lady just give me the one banana nut item u have in stock and save me ur attitude for another shit-tastic morning..! Srsly the service was not even average. They forgot about my drink and i kept waiting and finally after like.. 20 mins did they come over with lukewarm drinky. Meh. I wanted a cheesesteak but had a little difficulty finding it on the menu because it's located under the heading From The Grill and there it's called a Philly Steak. For a place that has cheesesteaks in its name I thought that it should have a section with that name somewhere on the menu. So I ordered a Philly Steak for $9.99 and added an order of fries for another $3.49 along with a canned soft drink. The food took less than 10 minutes. The sandwich came with the requisite meat, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and provolone cheese all on a soft bread bun, it was very good tasting but I wanted more content inside the bun. The Philly Cheesesteaks that I have had in the Philly area had more meat, cheese and everything else. I would have gladly paid $2-3 more for that. Like I said, very good tasting but give me more filling! The fries were large crinkle cut ones and were served hot but they were also a little soggy in the middle. Perhaps undercooked? Finally they charge extra for a credit card without any signage I saw other than when the clerk ran up the bill. I wanted to give a 4 score but have to go with a 3 instead.

Staff just stood around and would chit chat, not really attentive or maintaining the restaurant very well. I'm willing to give it another shot maybe and try their salad...but I'd heed on the dressing and ask for it on the side.

I've been a loyal customer of Buzz N Bites for about five years, always enjoying their drinks and supporting a local business. Recently, after a rough night with my 4-month-old and a long day of teaching ahead, I ordered a Salted Caramel drink via Uber Eats. I realized I had forgotten to request sugar-free syrup and oat milk, so I quickly called to see if they could adjust it. Caroline, the young lady on the phone, was helpful and accommodating. She let me know they could make the change and that there would be an extra $2 charge for the oat milk, which I was fine with and appreciated. However, when I received my drink, I was surprised to find writing all over my cup, seemingly as a reminder about my requested modifications. While I understand the importance of accuracy in orders, this felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I could have easily spent $16 at Starbucks, but I chose to support a local business--and I expected a more thoughtful touch in return. I've been this place a few times. The aesthetic is cool. I feel like that's why they make the food and drinks overpriced. Like they can swindle you a few times by looking cool. Idk, the main thing is, I ordered a bacon avocado croissant and the avocado came back with A LOT of the rind still on it. I had ordered it to go, so I didn't find out till I got home. Now it's a soggy egg, and bacon croissant. I also got a salted caramel macchiato. It was ok...if I had paid half the price that I did. Overpriced for subpar food. The wait is maybe 10-12 minutes, not too bad, but again, the rinds, the coffee. If they had not rushed it maybe it would've been right. This is my go-to coffee shop in Spring Branch right now. BuzznBites have one of the best customer service out there. All of their staff are very friendly and welcoming. My favorite coffee at buzznbites is Iced Caramel Crip with Oat milk. Another good thing about buzznbites is food. If any of you guys have time to drop by for coffee don't forget to try their food.
