Jane salad. Egg salad on sourdough bread.
    Michelle M.

Very bright and clean place. We were greeted and seated immediately. Lily was our server. Very sweet and polite. One friend ordered the Jane sandwich (egg salad). She said it was very good. She wished the bread was toasted a bit more. Another friend got the BLT and said the same about wanting the bread toasted a bit more. I got the Buttermilk chicken sandwich. I opted for the pimento cheese on the side. Asked for mayo to add to the sandwich. A bit dry with chicken, bacon and hot honey. Pimento was a bit dry itself so I do t think it would have made a difference on the sandwich. The actual chicken breast was a bit small for the very nice buttered bun. Tea was good and Lily kept our drinks refilled. Got the brown butter chocolate cookie. Sooo good and huge! It was as big as my hand. Love the nonprofit concept and giving a portion to designated charities. Several people "working" were volunteers to keep overhead cost low. Give them a try.

Great little gem in Willis. The breakfast was so good. They even have a nice cafe with cookies, baked goods and coffee.

First time here. I'm not a fan of (imo) these overpriced breakfast spots. In, this case, they are…read morethe exception. My wife wanted to try it out, (happy wife, happy life, right? Lol.) Anyways, food was real good, our server Kayley was awesome, very pleasant and very attentive. This place has a good mixed environment and I'm not disappointed.

I had to come leave a review for our experience at First Watch on I-45 in Conroe because WOW. From…read morethe moment we walked in, the hospitality was unmatched. I came in with my mom, nana, husband, and my service dog, and our server Makayla genuinely made this one of the best dining experiences I've had in a very long time. What shocked me most is finding out she's actually pretty new, because she handled that busy brunch rush like a seasoned professional. She was incredibly attentive, kind, patient, and so thoughtful the entire time we were there. She made sure my family's coffee cups never went empty, constantly checked on us without hovering, and somehow managed to keep everything flowing smoothly even while the restaurant was packed. One thing that really stood out to me was how caring she was toward my service dog. Not everybody pays attention to those little details, but she did immediately. I ordered the Trio Breakfast with a plain waffle specifically for him, and without me even having to repeat myself, she made sure there was absolutely no butter or syrup on it because she remembered it was for my dog. That level of attentiveness meant a lot to me. Now let's talk about the MILLION DOLLAR POTATOES. Whoever created those deserves a raise immediately. As a pregnant woman in my first trimester, eating has honestly been a struggle lately because almost nothing sounds good or stays satisfying. Those potatoes were one of the first things in a while that actually made me excited to eat. They were savory, comforting, flavorful, and honestly addictive. I was so invested in those potatoes that I can barely even remember what the rest of my family ordered . I asked Makayla what was in them because I was genuinely blown away, and she took the time to explain everything to me so sweetly. She also made sure our food came out hot and quickly, and you could tell she truly cared about people having a good experience, not just "doing her job." I even asked to speak with her manager because excellent service deserves recognition. Aaron, the manager, was just as wonderful. You could tell he genuinely took pride in hearing positive feedback about Makayla, especially as a new hire. He thanked us for coming in, was extremely kind and informative, and honestly helped create such a welcoming atmosphere overall. I told my family I wish I could throw Makayla, Aaron, and the million dollar potatoes into my suitcase and bring them all back home to California with me . Unfortunately, there are no First Watch locations in California, which honestly feels criminal at this point. To Makayla and Aaron: thank you for making a pregnant woman, her family, and her service dog feel genuinely cared for. In a busy brunch restaurant, that level of hospitality is rare, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. We will remember this experience for a very long time.

It is well worth it to try out this newer venue in Conroe. They have a unique menu and set of…read morecocktails that set them apart from other spots in the city. It was a little quiet for a Friday, but we got there a little late for a night cap. The service was quick and friendly. The Chacho is a delicious smash style burger with great flavor. And don't forget to try the waffle fries with it. The Fool's Gold cocktail was a unique whiskey and banana and honey mix that shouldn't work but really does. The Oaxaca Old Fashioned was also a unique take on the classic with mezcal and amaro. It got a little bitter for my taste, but those who enjoy a Negroni will love it.

This is a newer spot in…read moredowntown Conroe but the location has plenty of parking, looks great inside, and the staff were amazing. Shout out to Isabella she was so sweet and helpful with ordering and made some pretty solid drinks. On Sunday they do have a limited menu for a bit for Sunday brunch just a warning. But they were sweet and accommodated us on a couple items we wanted to try. I tried the blood mary it was pretty good and spicy just wish it had a bit more tomato in it. We ordered the chips and queso, hot chicken sandwich, chicken quesadilla, and birria breakfast (don't judge we were hungry). Chips and queso were pretty solid might not add the onions on top next time but you also get plenty of chips. The hot chicken sandwich was just okay for me it was a little overfried/burnt but I still chowed down. Only other thing is I would like more sauce but you know those are little things. Chicken quesadilla was loaded with chicken and cheese so you get your money worth. My significant other was in love with the birria breakfast. The meat was so tender potatoes delicous and the flavors amazing. He did say it was some of the best birria meat he has had in a long time. Looking forward to coming back!
