I was ensured that it was due to it being cold outside and the car warming basically some excuse but I still would have this issue with the car when I would let it sit for a while then turned it back on. The next issue was the same day of purchase the car was jerking and shaking , I had to cancel my doctors appointment and take the car back. I was told to leave the car with Paul and he would have their mechanic fix the issue. Next issue I was having issues with the coil pack and took the car to tell me exactly the issues and it was in both cylinders so I took the car back to them again and it was the same run around this time bring the car at lunch time and once again the mechanic would fix all the issues. The next issue was the biggest, my car began to shake and jerk as it did when I first purchased it, also it couldn't use the gas like normal to accelerate because it would drag as well. I would struggle to get up hills. The car cut off on me and would I would turn it back on it would keep shutting off with majority of the things highlight such as the battery , check engine light everything was lit. My daughter was in the car and we was almost hit multiple times trying to move it out of the road. I let the car sit over night at a gas station and when I came the next day it drove for about 2 seconds up the road it would struggle to get up the hill and shut off again right in the middle of traffic. The same day I went to them and Laura was very nasty the same one who sold me this vehicle she told me that it has no warranty , it is a cash car , the mileage was already high but still if you knew the mileage was high and it was going to soon have issues hmmm why would you sale it ! So you have knowledge of the car having issues. Paula even told me the day I had my coils supposedly fix I had a great engine. Avoid them do not believe the lies !

When I see the commercial it always made me smile! :o) Anyway I drove around and checked out the riverside area, went shopping and had lunch. The 2009 RX300 SUV is Amazing! The Service Consultant (Wayne) was the best! He was friendly, courteous, and very professional. Thanks everyone for getting my vehicle serviced and out in a timely matter and for letting me drive that beautiful new machine around!!! This is my second visit here and I am very pleased each time I come in. I know that most dealerships provide loaners, but my excitement came when they gave me THAT one!!

You get the KBB estimate, decide it's not too bad. You go there and they say kbb is just a tool and their tool they use is wayyy lower based off of whatever they want to say in order to low ball the trade. Keep in mind kbb uses avg of all sales and purchases to give you these trade in prices. Well here is where you get played, they say this amount ($$) is the best we can do. They tell you they don't have a margin to be able to offer more based off "their business" model. They suggest hey we are a certified CARMX certified trade company or something like that. Send in the vin an miles and pics and they will give you a price which is usually more than our. We can use that amount as a trade and CARMAX will come pick the car up and sale it because we can't make a better profit. They already know what CARMAX offer will be and come in lower in order to insinuate CARMAX offers more because they make their profits on the finance side rather than the sale side. We guess what, they didn't sell the vehicle (little blue SUV on their lot) to CARMAX as they said they were because there is not profit in it. They chose to keep it and list it for more than $8K more lol. They lied about this on the front end and the back end in order to get you thinking they were not going to keep it to sell based off no profit to be made, then turn around and keep it to make $8k. No profit?, LOL. You would think a dealer would want home town return customers and to maintain them they build relationships of trust and mutual understanding, I have no doubt a company want to make a profit and 3 to 5K would be not unreasonable but to gauge for $8k and lie up front about it, nope!! ** This is in now way reflective of the service department, we have owned several Lexus vehicles and the service department there is very very good. I just wanted to put this out there.

I just picked up my 2020 Kia Sportage this week so I wanted to post honest feedback of my experience for anyone who might be reading these reviews. They treated me with genuine kindness and respect from the moment I contacted them about the issues on my vehicle. I was able to make an appointment quickly and bring it in and they took the time to explain how the service appointment would go, what to expect and even explained how long everything would take so there would be no surprises. Most importantly, they kept me informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how honest and professional everyone was. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or like I was just another customer. They genuinely seemed to care about getting my vehicle fixed properly and getting me safely back on the road. My vehicle is repaired and running great, and the whole experience was much easier and less stressful because of the people who helped me. It's not often that you leave an auto repair shop feeling truly grateful for the service you received, but that was definitely my experience here. Big shout out to Anna, she was the service coordinator who assisted me through the process and Matt, the service technician who did an outstanding and thorough job on everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend working with them or asking for them if you take your vehicle here (and I hope you do!) Thank you Hutchinson Kia for taking such good care of my vehicle and treating me like a valued customer. I truly appreciate it and would gladly bring my vehicle back here in the future. ~Christine W.

My wife spent months searching for the right Cadillac XT5. When she finally located one through…read moreHutchinson GMC Cadillac, she engaged in ten full days of communication with their salesman to ensure every detail was in place. We live three hours away, so she specifically asked--multiple times--whether she needed to place any earnest money to secure the vehicle. She was assured "No, it's yours. Come Saturday." We were texting salesperson Saturday am. Based on their word, we drove three hours, only to receive a phone call minutes before pulling into the dealership informing us that the vehicle had been sold. Although the salesperson knew we were driving up to purchase vehicle. No communication whatsoever. This was not an oversight--this was a complete breakdown of professional responsibility. When we arrived, I addressed the salesman directly. To be fair, he seemed inexperienced and poorly trained. The real failure came from the management team. When I asked for a supervisor, I was met not with accountability or an apology, but with an insincere, scripted sales pitch--the kind you hear from someone more concerned with deflecting blame than resolving an issue. I made it clear that what occurred was unprofessional, disrespectful, and entirely unacceptable. As we exited, the supervisor called out, "Drive safe going home," with unmistakable sarcasm. That comment alone reflects an astounding lack of maturity, professionalism, and customer respect. Only after we were already two miles down the interstate did the General Manager contact us. And the reason for the call was obvious: he had been informed that I intended to leave a negative review. Suddenly, he was eager to "make it right." Not because he valued us as customers, but because he wanted to shield the dealership from public accountability and protect his year-end customer service metrics. He claimed to have "another XT5 identical to the one you wanted." We returned--only to find a burgundy not white vehicle that was nowhere near what was promised. This was a transparent attempt to pacify us long enough to prevent a negative review. It was manipulative and unprofessional. At no point did the dealership offer: * Gas reimbursement * A meal voucher * A gift card * A sincere apology * Any form of compensation for a wasted six-hour trip Nothing. After causing significant inconvenience, they provided zero effort to correct their failure. I work in public service. If we inconvenienced citizens like this, we would immediately provide support--fuel cards, meal vouchers, whatever was necessary--to make it right. The fact that Hutchinson Cadillac did not speaks volumes. This dealership may have inflated online ratings, but it only takes one experience like ours to reveal the truth: Hoskins GMC Cadillac is mismanaged, poorly trained, and prioritizes protecting its image over practicing integrity. To the General Manager: Your reactive, review-driven approach to customer care is not leadership. It is damage control. And it is obvious. We will never do business with this dealership again. Anyone considering it should understand that you are taking a gamble with an organization that has demonstrated a willingness to break promises, waste customers' time, and hide behind polished ratings rather than deliver genuine service.
