If I could put negative stars I would. i drove three hours to look at a truck was pre approved with my credit I took for 25k another drivetime called this location to reserve it they said yes drove down there the worst staff I have ever met wouldnt let me get near the truck because someone else wanted it would have been a cash deal. treated me like shit. didn't Let me even look at the truck. stay away from these people. how do you treat your customers like this and sell cars. read more

I would give no stars if possible. I got my approval online and called the dealership to schedule an appt 2 come in. I spoke with Wylisha and told her I wanted to get accurate information on the vehicles and down pymts before I drive 2 Macon. She gave me a choice of vehicles in my price range and I reserved the 1 I wanted to test drive. When I got there she told me "My bad, the one I told u is more money than we discussed". I was very upset because I drove from out of town based on a lie she told me. They're already overcharging on the vehicles and telling lies 2 get u in the building as well. read more

I would give no stars if possible. My daughter who does not have much credit experience went here to get a car. All I can say is run!!! These people are crooks. They told her her payments for a 2011 Kia would be $245.00 twice a month. We left and went to a local dealership and she got a newer car with less miles for $350 a month. Drive Time wanted 23% interest and she ended up with 9%. They were playing her. Trying to tell her if she came up with more money they could get it down and she really needed to fiancé with them so they could report to the credit companies and build her credit. all the negative reviews on this place are true! we went up there and spoke to a female who gave us a car in our price range. after a few days we decided to reserve it and wait to get it when we got payed. But when we called and tried to reserve it the down payment was around $1,400 for a $13,000 SUV. The things these people say are a lie.
