However, the information given about my vehicle was WRONG and almost cost me thousands of dollars. I took my car in to be diagnosed as the Warranty company said please take it to the dealership in which we did. They tried to tell me that my transmission cooler line had rubeed against a sensor and popped it, causing the transmission to be no good and said they were throwing CVT trans codes when hooked to the scanner indicating the transmission was bad. My husband spoke to them and they said if warranty covered it, the cost would be roughly $4800.00. When they called to let us know warranty was sending an inspector out, and that warranty denied the claim I knew something was up. We have one of the best warrantys you could ask for, warranty caught on to the fact they were trying to get more money out of them. Picked my car up after they told me $7050.00 (roughly) to replace the transmission. We then asked warranty could we get a second opinion, took it to Gibsons Garage (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED), they did confirm the line was busted, and warranty would not cover the line under drive train. However they had NO trans codes coming up. They replaced the line, added a half quart, to a quart of trans fluid, and my cars been good as new, not to mention they saved me almost 7 thousand dollars. I will NEVER recommend anyone to take their car here. Theyre just out for the money and not looking out for their customer.

BUYER BEWARE!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. I have had the…read moreWORST automobile purchasing experience of my life!! I told them I wanted a car 2010 or newer. EJ, the owner's daughter, assisted me and she "forgot" that I wanted a 2010 or newer. I saw a beautiful Lexus, which EJ repeatedly told me was a 2010. I decided to buy it for $8,900 I was very STUPID! I forgot that used car salesman have their slimy reputation for a reason. EJ is young and personable and she kept me talking about friendly things the whole time I was signing the papers. I was STUPID to trust her. I even said, "I suppose I should be reading these," and she chuckled and said, "Nobody does!" What I didn't notice during our delightful conversation is that the Lexus was a 2006, not a 2010. I wanted a nice car for myself (I have been driving a truck for years) as a 60th birthday present to myself. I also wanted a car that would meet the UBER requirements so if I wanted to, I could drive the Uber on the weekends. It is MY fault I did not read the papers I was signing carefully. I own that. But I was repeatedly given false information orally by EJ. Also, she was so sweet and friendly, I was "charmed" into thinking I could trust her. The next day, I looked at the insurance papers and they said the the Lexus was a 2006. I nearly fainted! The car was too old to use for Uber at all. That is why I needed a car that was 2010 or newer. Those are Uber requirements. When I was purchasing the car, I was not asked if I would be using the car for rideshare a couple of days a month and NOWHERE in the contract did it say anything about not using the car for rideshare. I came back to the lot the next day. I was utterly panicked! I knew I had been a fool in not reading the papers. I was told EJ wouldn't be there for a few hours. I was too upset to wait at home so I waited in the office for nearly 3 hours until she returned. I had been crying because I knew I was SCREWED if these "nice people" refused to help me. The sweet girl of the day before was gone! EJ stormed into the office and said, "You need to pull yourself together. We are all adults here. I can't do business this way." and she stalked out the door. She came back a few minutes later, put her hand on her hip and rudely said, "What to you want?" I told her I had asked for a car that was 2010 or newer, which she said the Lexus was, but it was really a 2006. She blew up and said "If you put ANY of the blame for this on me, you can leave right now with the Lexus." She said, she could "help" me out by taking back the Lexus and not require me to make any more payments on it. She wanted me to just leave the car I had given $3,900 for the day before and just walk away! Are you serious?? Then, she offered me a 2010 Honda Insight she had told me the day before was priced at $6,500. She said, "Take it or leave it." But here is the reason I am writing this review. She refused to give me credit for the price difference between the Lexus (that I had owned for LESS THAN 24 hours) and said if I took the Insight, I would have to pay the same price as the Lexus - a $2000 difference!!! All I asked was to be given that amount as a credit towards what I would owe for the Insight and EJ flatly refused. I was given the choice to take the Insight for nearly $9000, a car which is only worth about $5,000, or leave with the Lexus. She even had the nerve to say, "You should keep the Lexus and get a REAL job." My regular job of selling items online is sporatic, which is why I wanted the option of Uber. She left me with NO choice whatsoever. I wasn't even given the opportunity to take the car for a test drive. I can tell you , if I had test driven the Insight, I would NEVER have bought it. It drives like my old truck, as if it has no shock absorbers, the TPMS system is broken so I have a warning sign on all the time. The key fob doesn't work and the back windows don't open at all. It also had not been "detailed" so it was dirty all the scratches and dings stood out, there is a huge coffee stain in the back seat I have been unable to remove, and the car smells HORRIBLE. Bottom line, I was FORCED to take a lousy car for $9000 and I had NO OTHER OPTIONS. I would NEVER have purchased this car on my own!!! Being an honorable person, I tried to give them the opportunity to "make it right" before I wrote this review. After all, EJ was in a very bad mood that day. I asked to be given the credit of the price difference between the Lexus and the Insight. I wasn't asking for anything else. Of course, the only person I could talk to was EJ. I asked to speak with her dad and she said he was gone "indefinitely." So, I explained my position to EJ, told her all I wanted was the credit between the cars. She accused me of "threatening" her because I told her about the review. I am an unhappy customer and I deserved to leave an appropriate review.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lying about details of the vehicle and putting it on the customer when they notice. E.J. (Erica?) is so incredibly rude. Berated my friend for HER mistakes. Over and over she put this woman down. Told her to get a better job and to stop fussing when she called her out on her mistake. Treating people poorly is already bad, let alone in a professional setting. Nepotism at its finest. My friend bit the bullet to get a better vehicle so she could earn some extra money in something reliable. She was met with disdain and rudeness. She was gas lit when she noticed the contract did not reflect the year of the vehicle. She asked multiple times for it to be rectified and to make sure the vehicle was AFTER the year 2010. When she returned, the owner's daughter, whom lied multiple times about the year of the car, berated her over and over. Refused to take responsibility for her mistake and blamed my friend for "reading" the year wrong.
