They were vert busy on the weekend, we waited around 15mins to be seated and they do not take reservation. French toast is always my favorite breakfast and it was tasty! Bread was so thick and soft, with their melt butter was perfect! I also surprise with their pancakes, I usually don't like pancake or waffle because I don't like syrup and most of the time pancakes are tooo dry for me, but not THIS! I saw my husband's pancake snd I could see how moist it was, so I tried a couple bites, VERY GOOD! I wish I could order their banana pancake too :D Great food and service!

Loved it!! They use local ingredients and the service was great! We finished our food like within 10 minutes because it was so amazing! They got large parking lot in the back too. Easy to park.

Chocolate chip pancake which comes with 1 egg and breakfast meat. Mini kitchen sink skillet with sourdough toast.

The food is all homemade! The service was good. You can tell it's a hometown restaurant because the waitresses make conversation with you & are very friendly.

I was visiting the area for Thanksgiving and decided to try this place out. I love how quant the diner atmosphere is! They have classics across their brunch menu but the one thing that stood out to me the most was having "mini plates". So, instead of getting more food than you can eat. It's a perfect size for one person. I got a biscuit and gravy, an egg, and 4 slices of bacon. When I'm back out to visit, I'll be checking this place out again!

Our visit to the Busy Bee was very nice. Breakfast menu full of items to please anyone. Friendly service that helped with recommendations. We'd definitely go back if in the area again.

I always enjoyed the Busy Bee and with the recent upgrades it's even better! Previously I wouldn't go because it was a tight space and you'd leave smelling like bacon for the rest of the year, but they've addressed that with proper ventilation. Also they have an outdoor patio. When feasible the food is sourced locally, they even say where each ingredient is from. Coffee, bacon, sausage, honey, jam, and more is all listed with the local farmer or vendor that provides it. The menu is still the same classic busy bee dishes but with more options. They've also added alcoholic brunch beverages which is a plus. It still has the same classic greasy spoon charm but it's elevated for sure. Although there's more seating, the service is definitely better (that used to be hit or miss). Congrats to the new owners for how they've built on a Marietta staple!

The BusyBee is definitely a historic local staple located in the Harmar Village. As a native to Marietta, I've seen the BusyBee evolve, and I definitely think the new owners have revamped the menu and also included delicious adult beverages to the menu, which is a must-have for any typical brunch spot. Part of what makes this diner so special is the locally sourced ingredients, which I absolutely love! If the dishes were prepared and seasoned with a bit more flare, I think this business could be a 5 star! My wife and I thought the potatoes had no flavor, the bread/butter was bland, and the cornbread was very dry. They also use a lot of oil to fry the eggs. The cinnamon roll bites are a must have!

If you are in Marietta and looking for a great breakfast with local ingredients, this is your place. The servings are very large and the food is very good. It can be busy at times. We went early on a Sunday morning and there was no problem getting a table. They have indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. In our group we had the French toast, an egg skillet, pancakes and half order of the biscuits and gravy. The pancakes are the size of the plate and the french toast included 2 very thick pieces of bread.

Was excited to find a local breakfast place serving local food. The sausage was great, but everything else was greasy and upset my stomach.

Great food but pretty pricey for breakfast. Local air BnB gave us a $10 gift card and we still spend about $20 of our own.

Consistently growing and expanding this place has farm to table, trendy brunch, fresh local food. It gets busy (bee). Great morning food!

[[Sat.5.Aug.2023 @ 12:30pm]]…read more After my wife and i was finished shopping at Sandy's Bargain Barn @ Waterford Ohio it was time for Lunch, a Work Colleague of my wife recommend going to the Cornerstone Inn Restaurant Beverley Ohio, which we are absolutely glad she did. It was our first time at this Restaurant, once at location, it was a Large standing Brick and Mortar structure that was more in likely built mid to late 1800's, it had Murals of Business name painted nicely on each side and with a regular business sign bolted to front of structure, but a well solid structure. We entered the front of business and was greeted very nicely by female staff and was able to set where we liked, all the Tables, Chairs and Decor was very nice, with a Great Atmosphere, some sort of Irish or etc music was playing lowly, place was very clean. Waitress came to our table to take our orders which only took them about at most 15minutes to bring our food to our table, both waitresses was so very kind, it was a very comfortable restaurant. Our food tasted so Delicious, it was cooked and prepared with perfection, the pricing there was spot on not to less and not to much $$. Downstairs they have a Meditation/Prayer room, where if you have any Family/Friends or Yourself that may need a Prayer, you have the Opportunity to write it down on slip of paper and put it down thru the slit on Prayer Box and later on a Pastor will stop by a Pray over the PrayerBox with all the Prayers in it. I have to say "If in the Beverley Ohio area, do not pass up this Restaurant". Note: they make a Delicious Vanilla Ice Coffee!

Pretty good! Didn't blow my mind but was a nice spot to get some breakfast while visiting Athens…read more The savory food was okay. Expensive ($16 for toast with cheese and mushrooms) and underwhelming but not bad by any means, and $9 for a bagel with egg and cheese. We got the caprini toast and it didn't have the micro greens as it says on the menu, but no biggie. The bagel with egg and cheese was very bland, and it is a square of scrambled egg, not a fried egg. The baked goods were fantastic! The sticky date cake is crazy good! It weighs a million pounds and is so thick and just the perfect texture. We also got the lemon yogurt cookie which was soft and tangy, 10/10. They have a cool little retail space for various alcohols, non-alcoholic beverages, food, tea etc. I was happy to buy some local loose leaf tea, and there were a ton to choose from! Service was fine. The person who took our order was friendly, the food took a lot longer than expected but we had time to kill so it didn't bother us. I'd go back if I visit Athens again, I'd love to try the soup!
