Decent sandwich lots of cool candy's. Place deserves an F for customer service. I observed 2 older gentlemen struggling to place sando/salad orders, while 4 employees twiddled their thumbs. Trying to find their eye glasses, attempting ask question to which the response amounted to yellow form, white form, menu below, you fill it out. One obviously infirmed man, tried failed, sat down to rest, then tried again to fill out order firm. I have run businesses and delis, the forms make sense in a mad lunch rush, sure, but otherwise it's license for young employees to be brusque to rude. Management fail! read more

We had the pleasure of enjoying a huge lunch, a full sub and large salad, enough we made 2 meals out of it, and the wide variety of drinks, beers and the Candy selection was incredible. It reminded my husband and I of our childhood and going to 5 and Dime stores. The staff behind the counter were so nice, accommodating to those who did not know how the ordering was done. The tall lady and the one with a full brace on her leg (didn't skip a beat, mind you) and the gentleman making the food were so fast, had smiles on their faces, laughed and sang along to the music. You could see they were happy to be there and were having fun serving you some wonderful food. The young lady working the register was kind and sweet and you could see the young man slicing fresh meats and cheeses so you know for sure just how fresh everything is made. Far better than Subway or other Sub Shop we have ever been to. Will definitely be going back and making it a regular lunch stop when we are down town. Did I mention the prices? Outstanding place! Fantastic sandwiches and salads. This is a standout place to grab lunch in Marietta. I recommend a Putnam's Pick (loaded). The lone drawback to this place is the lack of a bathroom. I was on my lunch break at work and had no where to wash my hands. The food and variety is great. Really neat place with massive sandwiches (eat in or take out) you can customize with many meats and awesome choices that go beyond the usual lettuce and tomato - like sweet and sour pickles and green peppers. Also many pantry and refrigerated specialty foods, like jams and Amish noodles and neat chips and other snacks. The cost of the half sandwich was quite fair, given that it's as big as many other stores' full size sandwich. They also served soups, and made-to-order salads with at least as many customizations as their big ole sandwiches. read more

Prices are not bad. Yes the sub was almost $11 but it was packed with meat and toppings. It was the best sun I've ever had. It was foot or longer. read more

Was excited to try this place out. Unfortunately the woman working behind the sandwich counter with blonde hair and big glasses was extremely rude and unprofessional to us for asking a few questions about the hot sandwiches. Will no longer return to this location and not interested in ever trying due to the extremely unprofessional service and snide remarks by the woman obviously having a bad day and taking it on her customers. Sadly you should probably hire better employees because this woman and her gross attitude will drive away guests and visitors who are excited to try out. Grow up! read more

Well we were excited to check out the market. But unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy. I was treated like garbage by a lady behind the counter with blonde hair and glasses. I wanted to order a sandwich and was instructed by another gentleman that I had to fill out a slip to order. Noticing there was a sign that said "Toaster oven broken" So, I had a question to see if the contents of the sandwich was still served hot (Hot Chick) just with the bread untoasted. As I approached the counter with my question for the nice gentleman, the blonde lady with glasses barks acrosss the counter "our oven is broken"...she was absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. As I walked away my fiancé was selecting a soda and turned around noticing the same blonde lady making rude gestures behind my back as I walked way. We were so distraught we put down everything we were planning to buy and left. I have never been treated like this in my own hometown. I travel up here a lot to see my family. Last trip we were so excited to check this place out. However, that lady is terrible and I won't EVER return to this store as long as the unprofessional blonde lady with glasses works there. Take notice of her when or if you visit you will surely be disappointed with her customer service. read more

The sandos are big for the money. They were fast with a to go order, and the service was friendly.

If you want one of the best sub sandwiches you have ever had then stop here. The sandwich was huge. Could only eat half. Wide selection of toppings and they will toast it. Good bread also. This place is a 10 all day. read more

We stopped here for lunch on our trip from Charlotte to Salem Ohio! This is now a MUST stop for us!! Only a few minutes drive from 77 and well worth the stop! We all got the subs and they were DELISH! We got their fresh made to order hoagies toasted and we couldn't believe the huge size and very low price!!! I love Publix subs and the subs here tasted so much better! The last time I had a sub this good was from a real Italian deli! This place was very kid friendly and I was very impressed with the fast and friendly service! They did not have a public restroom so they allowed my boys to wash their hands in the sink! If I could give them 100 stars they deserve it!! read more

This is such a nice little country market right in the heart of Marietta. They have so many items to choose from both savory and sweet. The deli always has a wonderful aroma of fresh mad subs. There are so many options to pick from whether you are looking for a light lunch or something a little heavier. The bulk meats and cheeses are wonderful and served up fresh and the baked goods are to die for. Excellent addition to Downtown Marietta! Great shop and MTO subs are fantastic. Very friendly staff and cool atmosphere.

They have good food and service yet they still have no public restroom. The closest toilet is across the street at the Armory.

This was one of the most absolutely delicious subs I had in my entire life not only was a huge but they put lots of meat for your money. They have a wide assortment of Amish goods and plenty of things to purchase while waiting for your sub to be made. read more
