One obviously infirmed man, tried failed, sat down to rest, then tried again to fill out order firm. I have run businesses and delis, the forms make sense in a mad lunch rush, sure, but otherwise it's license for young employees to be brusque to rude. Management fail!

It reminded my husband and I of our childhood and going to 5 and Dime stores. The staff behind the counter were so nice, accommodating to those who did not know how the ordering was done. The tall lady and the one with a full brace on her leg (didn't skip a beat, mind you) and the gentleman making the food were so fast, had smiles on their faces, laughed and sang along to the music. You could see they were happy to be there and were having fun serving you some wonderful food. The young lady working the register was kind and sweet and you could see the young man slicing fresh meats and cheeses so you know for sure just how fresh everything is made. Far better than Subway or other Sub Shop we have ever been to. Will definitely be going back and making it a regular lunch stop when we are down town. Did I mention the prices? You can't beat them!
