The selection was incredible, from fresh cheeses and cured meats to freshly made pasta and olive oils. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer questions, even for a first-time visitor trying to take it all in. It's really hard to leave the store empty-handed. My only question is: why do they close at 4:00 PM? I found myself wishing I had more time to browse, and it seems like many people who work traditional hours might miss out on visiting during the week. That said, the early closing time won't stop me from coming back. At the next visit, I will be sure to take pictures.

When he got there and walked inside to make his purchase, he was turned away because (in spite of the door being unlocked and there being no signage on the door) they were having a private party. He was immensely frustrated and we're so disappointed in how poorly this situation was handled - they could have at least allowed him to make his purchase after driving 30 minutes out of his way to shop there. I will not be shopping here in the future, and find it very unfortunate that a business with such potential suffers from horrible customer service.
