Love supporting local businesses. We found some of the most amazing pork loin, sausages and kielbasas. The employees were very polite and helpful and we look forward to our next visit.

Yummy cured meat selection

PSP is everything I ever wanted in a cured meats shop. After months and months of anticipation I finally had the privilege of stopping into Parma's this weekend. The shop is clean, light and airy and the meat is definitely the star of the show here. The interior has a very minimalistic decor with two huge display cases. I appreciated that no clutter atmosphere, I didn't want to distracted from what I was there for MEAT, by tons or meaningless bric-a-brac! Oh and my expectations were high and I was not disappointed. The service was quick and efficient, the store from what I could tell was run like a well oiled machine. Even for a busy Saturday afternoon we waited no more then 5 minutes to have our number called. I would have liked to purchase one of everything and to my pleasant surprise Parma Sausage Products sales a bundle for $30 dollars, the bundle came with Spanish chorizo, salami and hot salami. Yes, yes and yes! Separately I also purchased hot sopressata, my all time favorite. I basically ran through all the rest of my shopping so that I could get home and sample my meats. They are delicious! Parma Sausage Products also had some mighty fine looking prosciutto to display too.

This was the second stop for me in the Strip district foodie tour and its a charming Family business since 1954. We got to try a selection of their smoked meats and the one that I kept going back to had a lovely fennel taste. However I have a pretty sensitive palate and there was something they use during the smoking process that left a bitter oily after taste in my mouth - quite unlike similar meats that I have eaten in Italy. Not sure if would return, based on that taste experience. I read some of the other reviews and so it's sorta disappointing my tasting experience didn't match up to the 5-stars left by previous Yelp reviewers. Yelp Review 61/2017 NB This is also my 1000th review on Yelp!' Pity it didn't sequence so it was a place like Cure!

Service was prompt and I loved seeing how busy it was on a weeknight! We got a dirty vodka martini and the sgt pepper old fashioned and both were delicious. One of the top dirty martinis I've had! Any questions we had about the menu were answered promptly and we enjoyed everything we ordered! We started with the parker house rolls which came with a raspberry lemonade jam which was delish! I got the steak frites which was absolutely incredible, cooked to perfection and so tasty. My boyfriend got the filet mignon and subbed mashed potatoes instead of balsamic potatoes. We also got a side of mac & cheese which came with cheeto crumbs on top (so good). I can't say enough good things about this menu! I thought that for the quality of the food it was reasonably priced. I want to come back again soon!

It's pretty dark in there, so they have those little green shaded lamps at the bar. I went with the Cardamadre, because it has pineapple and absinthe and sounded interesting. Definitely glad I chose that - it was fruity, but not overly sweet, with some bitterness from the absinthe and spices. I also had an order of fries, which were shoestring cut and came with a garlic aioli. They were a good snack before the show, and while $9 for fries is steep for fast casual, was not bad for a solo diner at a seated restaurant.

The chicken is delicious and you can taste the difference in quality in the beef, pork and other meats. My favorite thing about Dave's is their willingness to cut a smaller portion for roasts and also if there is not a cut on display they offer to get what you request. The freezer wrapping is just the finishing touch on the reason Dave's shines when compared to other stores in the area. I am glad I have a wonderful butcher close to home that for as long as I can remember continues to provide the best meat. Thank you Dave's and the outstanding, friendly staff. 10 gold stars!

We saw a nice assortment of beef, chicken, pork, turkey, kielbasa, bologna, burger patties, raviolis, vegetables, prepared salads, breads, pies, cookies, packaged grocery items (e.g., chips, nuts, and sauces), etcetera. We took a number to get in line for the deli meats. We chose a meatloaf, chicken salad, maple sausage links, and chicken patties. The total price was $30. The cashier promptly and politely rang up our purchase. We ate the foods at home. We thought that the foods tasted very good. Catering is also available.

Sausage, roasts, soup bones, meat sticks, chicken, stuffed banana peppers and mushrooms, and many other meats were available. I asked if they had bison. She said they butchered a bison and this was all that was left. I stocked up. I look forward to going back and stocking my freezer. Note: They are closed on Sundays.

As I walked around the store, I did not even have time to look at all of the different types of meats. I saw countless types of beef, chicken, pork, lamb, sausage, bolognas, etcetera! I even saw non-meats such as milks, cheeses, fishes, vegetables, fruits, baked goods, and snack foods. I asked my husband to choose meats for his grill for meals this week. He chose three beef-vegetable kabobs and one BBQ chicken breast. The cashier immediately greeted us, rang up our purchase, and thanked us. I think that the prices of the meats were reasonable. Before we even left the store, we were already talking about the "next time" that we will visit Henry's Meat Market! This store has soooo many more meats for us to try! In the following days, we cooked and ate the meats at home. We liked the beef kabobs and the chicken very much.

I'm positive that if I went back to the shop they would've remedied the situation, but I didn't feel it was necessary! The sandwich we did end up with was good as well, unsure which one it was though. Very fair prices, and our dog was so happy we brought him home a bone as well! Looking forward to coming back and trying everything they have to offer.

I ate one lunch here. The exterior of the restaurant could be updated, but the interior looks stylish and clean. An employee promptly greeted me, seated me in a booth, and took my order. As of the time of this review, their website says that they offer 50% off grilled fish on Mondays, and the day was Monday, so I asked the waitress about the price and size of the fish. She did not speak much English, and she nodded and then walked away before I could finish ordering. But that is OK, because the serving size for the grilled fish was huge and enough for me. The Classic Spicy Grilled Fish was brought in a large tray to my booth. I am not sure of the type of fish, but it and its accompanying vegetables tasted delicious. White rice was on the side. Later, I ordered fried sticky rice cake with brown sugar and dipping sauce. They reminded me of donuts with a chewy inside, and I liked them very much. The total price for these two menu items was $30 plus a tip. I do recommend PF BBQ House. I think that this restaurant deserves more reviews and customers.
