I had the buffalo chicken pizza and it was beyond amazing. It's fun to watch them make it from start to finish before putting it into "Bella", their mobile wood-fired oven. The staff are nice and happy to answer any questions about the menu. Prices are quite fair for what you get, with pizzas at $10 (and each one is enough for a big lunch for one or a reasonable-size lunch for two), breadsticks with marinara at $8, and cannolis for $3. With food trucks, communication with potential customers is essential, and they do a spectacular job of keeping in touch via social media about where they will be and when they sell out so you aren't left hanging. This is an underappreciated quality, so I want to make sure I am recognizing them for their skill in this where many other mobile vendors fall short. If they are close to you, you absolutely must try them, no excuse not to!
