People were waiting a half hour for their food at times. The wings were not what I expected and not very good. It is more like fried chicken than wings. I'm not sure why the wings were not tossed, but some of them ended up with almost no sauce or only sauce on the top half. The fries and hot pepper cheeseballs were good.

So we ordered pulled chicken sandwich with gouda mac & cheese, and pulled pork sandwich with BLUE CHEESE coleslaw & cornbread. So everyone gets the type & quantity of BBQ sauce, all the meats were served without BBQ sauce. Traditional, sweet, & spicy options were available to add to your sandwich and take extra for dipping. Both chicken and pork were very tender. Since it was a work day with afternoon meetings, I didn't add the coleslaw to my sandwich. I would have had it down the front of me. Back to the coleslaw. I have never had BLUE CHEESE coleslaw. My coleslaw has Italian dressing on it. I may have changed my go to recipe. Coleslaw + blue cheese dressing + crumbly blue cheese. Unexpected flavors that took the review from a 4 to a 5. Looking forward to following this food truck.
