His Signature Sauce is tasty, but I kept going back for his HOT Signature Sauce. It is the bomb-diggity. It has the right amount of spice going for it and a wonderful acidic bite. It complimented the pulled pork extremely well which was tender and juicy and oh so marvelous. I had the option of having the Buffalo Chicken Dip on the fries, but since my original plan was to take it home I opted to get it on the side. My friends unexpectedly rolled up as he was packing things up, so we decided to give the seating behind the Food Truck a go. There is currently no covered seating, but that could change. The fries were fabulous. I gave thought to getting more, but that seemed pretty silly since I already had so much food. The Buffalo Chicken Dip was milder than I like it, but one of the folks I was with said it was just right for them. I added some of the Hot Signature Sauce and all was right with the world. I did take food home. To the right of the window are bottles of the four sauces. Further right there are napkins, knives, forks and containers (with lids available) for the sauces. One problem that I didn't notice until I got home is I was charged 7% sales tax in West County. Funny once before when I bought it at the brewery in Export the same thing happened. It's a mistake I'm sure but I don't begrudge then another 1/2 $ but I hate giving it to the State. If I go again in the future I'll watch for that.

This food truck was a light blue color with two workers and served cinnamon rolls, pretzels and hot chocolate. My wife and I ended up ordering a pretzel with cheese and then a cinnamon bun for ourselves as well as another one which I ended up giving my mom for Mother's Day. The pretzel itself was $8 but it was one of those massive ones that you see at stadiums and came with a small side of cheese sauce. It ended up being nicely cooked and the outside of it had good texture while the inside was nice and soft. The outside of it did not have too much salt and both my wife and I enjoyed dipping it into the cheese sauce. Our cinnamon bun was similarly good as we enjoyed the pecan topping as well and the frosting and cinnamon flavor to it. The bun itself had a nice and soft consistency to it which made eating it quite nice. My mom also said she enjoyed the cinnamon bun which was nice to hear! The bottom line for me is that I would stop by here again in the future. Clearly this food truck isn't going to provide you with a full meal, but it certainly does have some fun stuff to snack on.
