Absolutely great service! Called for a garage door that wouldn't close and Caleb came out in next day. He quickly diagnosed the broken spring, replaced it cleanly, and got everything working smoothly again. Fair pricing, excellent communication, and he even backed the springs with a 5-year warranty. This is the second time he's helped me and I'll definitely be calling him again. Highly recommend! Renay - Property Own read more

Beware of Pricing Changes and Misdiagnosed Equipment A) Pricing inconsistency I was quoted $350 over the phone, but when the technician arrived, the price suddenly became $395. When I confronted them about the original quote, they quickly changed it back to $350. This made it feel like the pricing wasn't fixed or transparent, and that the final amount depended on whether the customer questioned it. B) Incorrect diagnosis of my garage opener The technician told me my garage door opener was "broken" because it was "missing the blue adjustment knobs." This was incorrect. My opener model by design has the adjustment screws inset inside the housing, not externally. The opener itself was fully functional. Because of this misdiagnosis, the technician claimed they "could not finish the job," specifically referring to the safety reverse feature, which they said could not be adjusted. The safety feature still does not work, and I now have to correct it myself. C) Lack of itemization on the invoice The invoice listed the entire spring replacement as labor, with no separate parts line. Because the springs were sold with a lifetime warranty, not itemizing the parts makes it unclear what portion of the charge was for labor versus the springs themselves. If the springs ever fail, this lack of transparency could leave me paying the full labor charge again, even though the springs should be covered. This felt misleading and not very customer‑friendly. read more

We were leaving our home to an important commitment as we were pulling our of the driveway noticed the garage door only would go half way down. After checking in side the door was tweaked pretty bad one side off the rail and hanging the door wasn't going up or down so un safe to be left over night. Caleb from Busy Bee came out that evening after a full day to get the door down and locked. There was no pressure into buying a new door or opener he felt he could fix it but we have had trouble in the past with the door and being over 14 years old decided to get a new one. He gave us a day and time and called a half hour to give us a heads up he was in his way. It's up and can barely hear it, they were so professional and left no mess. I would highly recommend Busy Bee Garage Doors. read more

I can see why Caleb at Busy Bee gets five stars from so many people. We got a new Liftmaster installed by him last December. Today something happened and I got an error message on the Door Opener panel and the door would not close. So I called him. He answered directly and gave me all the time I needed to describe the problem and he offered to come out to take care of it but he walked me through the entire process of fixing it over the phone. He was real clear in his instructions and very patient with me as I went through the steps. And sure enough what he had me do worked. problem solved. He still offered to come out if anything went wrong. Never once did he give me the feeling that he had better things to do than hang out on the phone while I stumbled around on my end. Very gracious and very personable. The man deserves all the success that comes his way. Cannot tell you how important customer service is and Caleb is top notch if not over-the-top in making sure that you are taken care of. Highly recommend this man and his business. read more

I gotta say, having had some not so great experiences with garage door repair and I was expecting more of the same. But Caleb blew that out of the water. Literally took 2 steps into my garage and saw the issue, adjusted what the other companies clearly missed, (my door is a custom 9ft door and was daunting to the previous companies, ironically he had actually worked on the door prior to us buying the house) and was just an all around pleasant guy, not to mention the super fair pricing. Hopefully I don't need his services again, until of course, I need regular servicing, and at that point, I will 100% be calling him again. read more

Caleb was great! One of my torsion springs on my 2 car garage door snapped, so I called a few companies for a quote. Busy Bee won based on cost, customer service, and availability. I called Caleb on a Saturday and scheduled an appointment Monday morning. He gave me a time frame of 9am-11am and an estimated cost of the repair. Caleb called and let me know he would be on-site 20 minutes before he got there. (I always appreciate a heads up. Just in case you're on the can when they get there) He replaced both torsion springs and tuned up my garage door/opener to make sure he ran optimally and as quiet as possible. He even gave me pointers on how to maintain it in the future. He was at my house for no longer than 30 minutes before he was on his way.
