Came here for a pick me up coffee. Noticed they had a different type do beans that weren't any generic beans at every other coffee shop. Unfortunately it tastes more like milk with a hint of coffee for my latte. Won't be back for coffee but the food looked good. I'll be back to try the food instead next time. Staff is friendly.

Avocado Toast

The coffee was nice and strong. The avocado toast and salad were more acidic from the lemon juice. It is a healthy, easy cafe option. There's a bathroom and a decent number of tables.

Coffee here is so good, food is fair but the environment is really cute and cozy. Service is friendly. Really happy about this newer neighborhood cafe.

If there's one thing that Busy Bee Coffee nailed, it's the "busy" part -- because my friends and I spent an entire day there yapping away like caffeinated squirrels. This cafe was the perfect spot for catching up on all the gossip we didn't know we needed, and with so many seats available, we could spread out like we owned the place. It's spacious enough to house a book club and a knitting circle all at once. * Honey Oat Matcha Latte ($7.47) This tasted like honey took the matcha by the hand and said, "Don't worry, I got this." The honey flavor was strong and sweet but not overpowering, and I loved every sip of it. If you're looking for a matcha latte with personality, this one's a 5/5. * Very Berry Açaí Bowl ($11.32) This bowl was the valedictorian of mediocrity. It was good but didn't exactly leave me dreaming about açaí. The fruits were fresh, the açaí was cold, but overall, it just said, "Hey, I exist." Solid 3/5 for being a reliable but unspectacular sidekick. My friend tried their iced matcha latte and it was disappointing. It tasted like milk with matcha's shadow passing through. No flavor, no life. We ended up passing it around trying to detect anything -- but nope, a unanimous "meh." It's okay though since we were there for the immaculate vibes. Busy Bee Coffee is perfect for those long, sit-down chats, solid bites, and great drinks (as long as you avoid the flavor-challenged iced matcha). Will I return? Absolutely. Will I order the iced matcha? No.

Fancy little cafe! 10/22/2024 There is construction outside and you might see a closed sign on the door but the Google map times are accurate and they are open. It's a one man operation so be patient. Cappuccino 9/10 Smooth flavor and texture. Tiramisu cup 7/10 Interesting flavor not a traditional mascarpone mixture but pleasant. At $7.50 it's an OK value. It's a great little dessert to accompany your coffee. Space is clean and spacious. There is an Instagrammable seating area at the back to the left. Place your order, pay, and take a seat. Your order will be brought to you. Return your dishes to the designated area left of the cashier when you're done.

Chai tea latte and Apple Danish
Samantha W.

I stopped by this spot because I had to do an errand nearby. I ordered a hot chai tea latte and an apple danish. I definitely had had better chai teas before so I found it average. The tea taste just was not as strong as I would like. I did enjoy the apple danish as it was buttery and the apple slices were very sweet. However, it's priced at almost 6 dollars so I found it a tad expensive to be honest. The service was great though. I just wouldn't go out of my way to come here but it does have ample seating for you to sit down. They also have free wifi if you want to do some work on a laptop. The ambiance was pretty quiet and chill and they have a variety of food options altogether.

I came on a Sunday morning to chill for a bit. Super cute inside, and appreciated the WiFi password being really easy to find. The egg sandwich was freshly made and piping hot, and the chai latte was great (definitely sweet in case that's not your thing). Kind staff and easy to find a seat.

matcha martini & a salted carmel espresso martini

LOVE this place. First time in and we got the lavender cream latte, the matcha martini (off menu) that the owner helped whip together. As a lover and critic of espresso martinis, THESE were outstanding. Great customer service & hospitality. Truly made me feel cared for and they put so much effort into creating an off menu item!!!! Also all of their food looks outstanding and definitely want to try it in the future!!

Hidden under some scaffolding and what looks like major construction next door, you might just pass this newly opened cafe. You can't tell from the outside but it's very spacious inside. Like, very spacious. The offer a few selection of pastries, but lots of drinks as well as an espresso bar.. What's odd was there is an elevator inside, which I was told it connects to the building. For a moment, I thought it was a hotel but it's not. With that said, it kinda gives you a hotel/lobby/cafe vibe but better. So if you're in the area do check them out. I'm not sure if they allow people to work or be on your laptop though. I did get to try their pesto bagel and it was good

A bit expensive and a bit slow. Sandwich was nothing out of the ordinary, but the croissant has been sitting there for a long time. It was very stiff and dry.

They are cordial and fast. Space is clean and small with a modern young interior. Recommend: Salted Yuzu Dirty- a taste of salted espresso with hints of yuzu and salt and plum powder to give that hint of sweet and sour salted notes. I also loved their durian drink when they first opened. Hopefully they bring it back. Accepts cash, card and Applepay. No bathrooms, small shop. Takeout only.

Service is either a bit slow, they were backed up or they don't work on your app orders until you arrive and ask for it. Still, not exactly egregious and I'm trying to be understanding, though how they get backed up with 5 workers behind the counter is a little confusing. Still, the service is always friendly and the shop is cute so it's a good reminder to slow down and take it all in. Ambience is fine. Dark walls but well lit. Batches of seats up front and in the back separated by the service counter. Lots of Knick knacks for sale. They've got some pastries and sandwiches but I've never sampled them so I don't have much to add. I usually get some kind of Americano and the coffee flavors really come thru without excess bitterness. I'll also note, they've fixed their cups. Early on, their coffee cups to go used to leak but that's been rectified at least for the past few months. Definitely a good choice if you're looking for a proper brew.

Perfect for working, grabbing a coffee, and picking up flowers all in one stop. *Golden Osmanthus Jasmine $6.5 I love light, floral teas, and this one was perfect. It is a blend of jasmine tea and osmanthus topped with cream foam. Delicate, refreshing, and not too sweet. *Black Sesame Latte $6 The black sesame cream foam was so nutty that I literally scooped it up with a spoon. The flavor turned mild once mixed with the espresso and milk though. *Matcha White Chocolate $7 A Christmas special! I was so excited to see they serve "matcha donut latte" which is quite popular last year. The vibrant green matcha latte is topped with a ring of whipped cream and funfetti.
