Forget FEDEX. Awful service and prices are out of this world horrible. I used to use UPS store but their new small space has them in a world of disorganization. You will have to wait at UPS store for hours for a simple copy request that has been previously emailed (and should be ready) and pay 2-3x more. Never will I again. Support local and go here. Neighborhood office supply store. I came across a post for FREE planners that were scheduled to expire. I'm not sure if it was the distance learning or teleworking....either way it was exactly what we needed to organize our "new normal". I couldn't resist an opportunity to visit a small business willing to give so freely during this pandemic. Prices are comparable to other supply giants. Reasonable selection, ample street parking, and outstanding customer service. What sets this business apart from the rest is the quality of service. Prices are comparable to Stapes or Office Depot (and they accept competitors coupons!), but the real kickers are the free over night delivery and the amazing cookie! (Seriously, I've actually considered placing my order one item at a time just to get more cookies!) It's super convenient, and I like the idea of supporting a locally owned company. Not to mention if saves me a ton of time & money that I'd otherwise spend walking around the store, where I end up buying stupid things I don't need just because I'm there. I have to come forward and endorse all other reviewers' excellent experiences with this firm. I had about 12 old pens & pencils(e.g., gold cross & Dunhill sets, Schaffer , etc) from my father's office and new nothing about the refills or spare pencil leads to get. Some even had refillable ink compartments. Well, Terry was more than happy to examine each pen / pencil one-by-one to select the appropriate refils from the shop's ample stock. Each was a lesson (especially the ink refills and the pencils that only hold one lead at a time. He even helped me past their 5PM closing time. What an overall refreshing experience over the uninformed part-time employees at Staples of Office depot who looked at my box of pens and were "Duh....we have some refills over there on the wall.....". Whenever I need something, they are always able to suggest terrific alternatives which are usually better than what I find on the shelves of their larger competitors. Business Products Express has my business FOREVER. Last weekend I needed a large print job done same day. The clerk at Business Products Express was very helpful and promised that it would be done by 4:30 pm, prior to closing. Unexpectedly, I was unable to make it back in time to pick up the order and the store was closed the next day. I would have been out of luck...but the owner, Matt, made sure I got my print job by coming in on Sunday, when the store was closed, and personally delivering it to me. I was saved! Great service. The staff are super friendly and approachable. More importantly their prices are right. Printed around ~270 black & white pages. Paid only around $15. Of course their prices depend on what kind of printing job you want but I would highly, highly recommend this place over staples or Office Depot. I can't say enough about a company that comes through in the clutch like James and BPE. He is always a blast to have around, super dependable and can get the best deals on everything we need. I don't know why ANYONE would ever order from the large outfits when they can support a small, locally owned company, where the money goes back into our community. On top of that, this company is owned by and Veteran of the US armed forces. You add cost savings and next day (and sometimes same day) delivery with free cookies and there is no reason to get your office supplies and more from anywhere else. We ordered 2 30-packs for 'Insertable Tab Dividers' a YEAR AGO and 10 packs of '8x10 Clear Covers' for presentations 7 MONTHS AGO and just got them all in this week. That is WAY too long to wait for office supplies, in my opinion. Even if they are coming from across the country. Five Stars the other day: Just stumbled on them and they had every unique thing I needed and I didn't have to leave the Island! FAN.tastic. Thank you :-) Three Stars today: DON'T LOSE YOUR RECEIPT. I bought ink and chords for my printer the other day, but when I got home to use it, it didn't work. So, I went to return one of the inks that I had not opened or used and was going to buy a new printer from them since in our wonderful conversation the other day they had mentioned that they also matched prices for big chains. But, they did not carry the printer so I could not purchase it from them. They only carried more expenses printers. And they would not take back my ink since I did not have my receipt, so I could only get a store credit...which would have been fine had I been able to buy a printer from them. Sooooo, even though this was the exact same man I purchased the ink from the other day, and their store price sticker was on the ink box that was clearly unopened, they would not give me my money back to go buy the printer I needed where I could find it available. Sooooo, I probably won't be shopping here again as I do not keep my receipts very often - especially when I KNOW the people I JUST purchased the things from.... but, I did get a REALLY yummy cookie for leaving a Yelp review - so if you hold onto receipts and want great cookies - I highly recommend them. :-) read more

I have just had a wonderful experience working with this store. I needed several hundred copies made of various designs using various weights of paper. They were able to do one day turn around service for most, and were kind enough to send me to another locally owned printing company for the ones that they were unable to produce. I am thrilled with the friendly customer service and superior quality of the prints. I love that we have a local company like this that is truly a one stop shop. I can not tell people on the island enough what great service I get here. They are a great bunch of people that get you what you need fast! Without getting off the island! I do not need to leave to go to Staples anymore after I found them. I'm impressed! I've been looking for this specific day planner that all other stores i.e. office depot, staples, etc. only had available online (I hate shopping online), I came across this shop and they were able to order product right away, today is Wednesday afternoon and I will be picking it up 9 am tomorrow morning! They were nice enough to order two colors in case I changed my mind. They also mentioned returning product was no problem if I was unhappy with it. It's like magic! All staff was more than pleasant and beyond helpful! This shop truly had EVERYTHING one could need from office supplies to stationary to scrap-booking materials.
