Although there are very little staff interactions (how it's supposed to be), everything on the touchscreens are easy to use. It's amazing to see what technology can do today. I'm not sure if the improved technology is more recent, but they have a great routine going! I was in and out within minutes. I did end up talking with a worker and was telling her how amazing this is and how it saves me lots of time. It's so convenient and that's what I love about it. Ziker always goes above and beyond. I only have positive experiences there! I'd highly recommend this location.

Not only did they lose the items, it took me calling the store back three times before someone took me seriously and actually sent out a message to all the stores to look for them. They never found them, and they tried to make it right by asking me the value of the items and sending me a check. This whole thing pissed me off. Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).
