She's always out on the floor working. She takes care of customers needs even if shes in the middle of doing something she doesn't make them wait. Kelsey always has a smile on her face and always ready to help out anyone in need. I was sitting here today doing my laundry when I noticed her taking all the seals off the dryers one by one to clean them so the doors would have a better seal, that put a smile on my face knowing kelsey cares about her customers. The moment I stepped in I've not seen one person working like the other locations. From getting clothes out the car, putting in wash, and then dryer and back into car. Does any even work here besides just unlocking the doors at open and then locking at close. Place is pretty clean, all machines look like there working, (hoped this location had the bigger washing machines but oh well). Not sure if ima come back to this location.

I would like to address a few issues that occurred while I patronized Granger Cleaners. During COVID I had taken a few items to them for cleaning. Unfortunately, I did not pick them up in a timely manner. Obviously, there was a lot going on and I simply forgot the items were there. Once I remembered I went to the cleaners to retrieve my items and was advised that I had picked them up already and that I owed them money for that drop off. I can guarantee you that I did not pick my clothes up. I had a very nice pair of pants and not sure what other items were there but I was extremely upset that I did not have my amazing pair of pants. Also, who would believe that this of all cleaners would let me walk out of the door without paying... Really. Doesn't make sense to me. Never-the-less because the quality of their work I faithfully took my clothes to them for cleaning and repair when needed. Fast forward to 12.04.2025. I had previously dropped off items to be cleaned. I paid in advanced, picked up my clothes and put my clothes in the car. Once back at work I realized that I did not have my wallet. I made no other stop there or back. I know I had my wallet as I had the receipt needed to show that I had paid for my clothing in the wallet. I immediately called the cleaners and spoke with a woman who I've spoken to many times before. I asked if she wouldn't mind checking to see if I had left my wallet on their counter or possibly in the parking lot. At this point I began to have a sinking feeling that this was not going to end well for me. She immediately told me no your wallet is not here, no your wallet is not in the parking lot. I suspected that true it wasn't in the store but I must have dropped it in the parking lot. She responded so quickly that my wallet was not in the parking lot. I know that this woman did not go outside to check for anything. I would think that after 8 YEARS of bring my clothes to this cleaner some effort would be extended to help me locate my wallet. I know it was my fault it was carelessness, however, even when we've erred, should we not ask for help? Can we not ask for help? Today, Tuesday, December 9th, 2025 I received a call from a friend who states that one of their friends found my wallet in the parking lot of the cleaners. My friend forwarded the telephone number to me and I called her. I asked where she had found my wallet, she replied in the parking lot where "Granger Cleaners is located." The young lady graciously returned my wallet to my work place. By this time, I had cancelled all of my cards ( I just NOW realized my driver's license was not in my wallet). Wow. What now? Now... I end my relationship with Granger Cleaners... For 8 years, my clothes were beautifully cleaned and pressed. I've even put up with some abrupt comments (maybe having a bad day) I dunno. I never thought of not using this cleaner again even after accusing me of taking my pants and then not paying for them. Well, now I've reached my limit with this business. I will never ever bring a stitch of clothing to Granger Cleaners. I would like to say the response from them was due to my color but suffice to say, not very long ago there was this woman who gave cash to the man who gave her clothes to her and she asked for her change. He said, "You have no change coming. She looked at me and I just shrugged my shoulders. She again asked for her change and he said, "You have no change coming. She picked up her clothes and just walked out. Now I don't know how much she was expecting back but they obviously were adamant about not giving her change. This woman was white. So, I guess when you can't trust someone or something, it's best to leave it or them alone. I am absolutely through with Granger Cleaners...

I will always use these folks for dry cleaning when I am in town. My son had several items that needed one day cleaning. He is a student, just moved back into the dorms and unpacked all the clothes that were put into storage for him by the school due to Covid last March. Pressing and shirt cleaning were needed. I was leaving for LA the next morning. Ziker advertises same day cleaning -- if you bring your stuff in by 9:00am, ask for same day return and it will be back by 5:30pm. (Great pricing, by the way -- I don't think they charge more for same day service.) I had my window, was there at 5:30 and indeed the clothes were back. Except for one shirt! Ziker does not clean on premise and the ticket got split somehow. The mark of a well run business is what they do when challenges occur. As I had to leave for the airport the next morning and the shirt was still off premise, Amber and her team went the extra mile to make sure the shirt was put on a special delivery truck and had it back for me to pick up when they opened the next morning, in time for me to get to my son's dorm before he left for class and in time to make my flight. Oh, and she did not charge for any of this. The clothes looked fantastic. Fair pricing and wonderful, caring service. Amazing. Thanks to all! You have a customer for life.

I had my card out ready to pay when I dropped them off (customary where I come from) but the lady said to pay when I picked up. She knew she spotted an easy mark. When I received my email confirmation to pick them up it said my total was $64 for 3 orders of 7 pcs. assumed it was a typo, it wasn't. apparently some shirts need to be pressed by hand and that's $10.80 per shirt. I have a pretty short fuse so I expressed my disapproval tapped my card, took my shirts and left. Never again. This took place at the Erskine road location. I expected better service from a company that has been around for so long.
