Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).

This laundromat could be good if the equipment worked properly. The best cleaning units are the 6…read moremid sized units (3 loads) and 2 huge load (5 loads) units. The rest are top loaders which aren't great at all. The problem with this facility is that there is always several units out of order! Right now, they have only 2 working of the 6 mid sized units! Many dryers are out of order. The money changer has been out of service so many times. It is a pain because no one in the area will give you change! The last time I used it, it took my $20 bill and went out of service. I went and got change, elsewhere. I then put my laundry into one of the huge units, and after putting all of the detergent in and softener and closed the door, it said "out of service"!! I contacted the owner. He did show up, fixed the change machine and returned my money. He said that I should bring my own change, and that it was more of a "convenience" to have the machine there (funny that they have an ATM right next to it, so what's that all about). Besides, I've never been to a laundromat that didn't have a change machine! After having so many problems with the machines, and seeing them out of order, all the time, I've decided to go to LaPorte to do my laundry as they always have 100% working machines (including the change machine) and always have staff there.

I also loved being able to use them for my normal clothes it saved me a bit of money vs breaking them up into smaller loads. Facility is very clean and appears to be recently remodeled. Coin machine worked great. They even had a basket that I could roll out to the car to bring my things in and out. Tip: Come with cash because they aren't able to give cash back and the atm next door has a fee.
