The Laundromat itself is large and clean and they sell all the cleaning items you would want to use to supplement a do-it-yourself laundry. But we aren't do-it-yourselfers. At $1 a pound for Wash and Fold (or Hang!), these ladies are the best there is. They don't do our wash as well as we do; they do it better. So relieved to find these folks. Unfortunately, quality is very hit or miss. On the last order, my clothes were folded sloppily and are wrinkled to the point of being unwearable without being ironed. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for wash and fold. Also note that they charge a higher rate for bedding, which includes sheets and towels. I've used wash and fold in a number of other cities (as well as other places here) and never seen a higher rate for these items, only blankets, comforters, and rugs (which makes sense).

I hope this young lady gets recognized for the dedication that she gives to customer service and her job. She was delightful.
