We just had Gino from Burtech Plumbing out to our house for a list of projects. Technician Gino was on time and ready to accomplish the work at hand. (3) angle valves with braided supply lines were installed in one bathroom. An ABS P-Trap was replaced in the same bathroom. A new circulating pump was installed over the water heater in the garage. Gino exhibited professionalism and superior knowledge in getting all of this work done. The Sreboth Family in San Marcos are very happy in what was done. Gino also measured a kitchen sink that will be replaced in the near future. Call Gino at Burtech Plumbing for any needs that you may have. Thank you. read more

I was very satisfied with the quick response and technician. I will recommend services.

Great service and very friendly and efficient service technicians. I would recommend to anyone needing plumbing services.

I was so impressed with Jaime. I called Burtech Plumbing for a second opinion on replacing a gas line after getting a quote from another company that seemed outrageously high. Jaime was professional, but also noticed a leak that no other plumber ever noticed, even though it was really obvious to us. He asked about it and fixed it in no time at all. He also answered all of my questions and showed me where our emergency shut offs were located, which sadly, no one in my household knew. Not only that, they came back with a totally reasonable estimate for our gas line. read more

I was able to book on the same day for someone to come and check out what the problem was in our bathroom. Mike reached out and was able to provide us with an overall free consultation of what the issue was and talked us through the next steps in addressing the problem. Overall great experience and customer service! Recommend booking them for your plumbing issues. You won't be disappointed! read more

I had a great experience with Burtech! Plumbing issues are never fun, but they got my shower fixed in no time. They even searched for the root of the problem as I was having other issues with facets. read more

I would like to highly recommend Burtech Plumbing. I have been using them for years. This morning they came out for a sewer line cleaning. Even though it was not planned, I asked them if they could replace a frozen toilet shut off while they were there. They did it, and at a very reasonable price. Thank you Gino. You were competent and personable. Much appreciated! read more

Michael "Gino" Ginocchio was our technician for a leak on the side of our home. He diagnosed that our temperature pressure valve on our water heater was leaking due to sediment, increased pressure in the pipes, or increase in temperature. He hit the valve with a hammer to loosen any sediment and gave us an option to replace the valve or to wait and see if problem persists. Gino noticed the temperature was higher than normal and turned the knob back to the recommended setting. Since our water heater is 10 years old, he recommended replacement soon. He even taught me how to flush out the water heater if needed in the future. My wife mentioned that he had been to our house before to fix a clogged sink. Very knowledgeable and honest technician. I would highly recommend this company especially with Gino. read more

I had a major back up problem on the mainline of the main sewer line for my rental property. I had two sets of Plumbing companies I had called. The first company came out and did not solve the problem. He did not recognize that that the clean out swept both ways and went the wrong way and then gave up and said he would need to come back tomorrow and then charge an additional $145 for a camera inspection. Fortunately I had Burtech plumbing as a back up Plumber and called them primarily because of the coupon for $59 that stated clean out service and also camera... which I needed. Within a few hours I had both Burt and Bill out there, one specializing in the clean-out machine and the other for the camera. The camera was used first and and it was determined that they were going in the right direction because of the sonar machine that detected the camera head underneath the concrete. Once it was determined where the problem was then the clean out machine was used and within a matter of five minutes the issue was resolved. Best $59 I've spent a long time. They got the issue resolved while the other plumbing company couldn't do it. read more

Bill of Burtech Pipeline & Drains provided me with a fair estimate and prompt, efficient work to remove and replace a section of cast iron pipe under my home. This week, Bill returned to provide a six month video check-up of the work, and he confirmed that all remained in order. Bill's service was over and above what I had expected. read more

I felt great about the service I received from Burtech. The people I spoke to on the phone were helpful and friendly. They tried to accommodate my schedule--though it would have been great if they could have come on the weekend, but they were booked. They arrived on Monday at the scheduled time. Matt was friendly and professional. He assessed the job, gave his estimate ($600+ less than the previous plumber/sales guy from the last company I called to help with the problem), and replaced my water heater. The work looks good. He cleaned everything up after wards. read more

We were in the middle of having some new kitchen appliances installed when it became necessary to reroute a gas pipe. We were under a tight deadline because we were leaving town for a month. Burtech sent a technician immediately so that the work could be done without delay. The technician, Gino, was professional, courteous, and went out of his way to accomodate our tight schedule. Thanks Burtech and Gino! read more

Burtech was great and fairly priced! Jose provided quick service to get our kitchen sink flowing again, just in time for a big family dinner we we're hosting. Not only that, but they came back almost two months later and made good on their guarantee and got us going again-no extra charge! We've got an old rusted iron drain line in our 1944 home and they are providing a quote to replace it soon. Need more plumbers like Burtech! read more

Burtech responded promptly with my call to unclog my kitchen and bathroom sinks of standing water with a positive and opened same-day availabilities. Mark showed up professionally in uniform, masked, and foot covering before entering inside. He quoted reasonably, and I authorized him to proceed with work and fix. He worked his best and efficiently despise my doggies interrupted him by sniffing all his pieces of equipment. Thank you, Mark, at Burtech, for seeing my plumbing needs are fixed on the same day. Kitchen operation as usual now. It's a good day. read more

We have used this company twice in last couple of months. First time was an emergency on weekend evening. They came over promptly and fixed our problem. The second time wasn't an emergency, but they still came promptly and fixed our slow moving shower drains. And they have a 60 day guarantee. Very good service. read more

Excellent service. Fast response. Reasonable prices. Very satisfied!

These morons decided to use a jackhammer at night with out a noise permit. The foreman swore he had a permit but when he produced it, the application was clearly marked Cancelled. It seem it is either less expensive or cooler to work at night. They also closed off several streets to parking when it was obvious they were not working there. Poor planning and poor execution. read more

We received a timely online estimate and Dominic explained everything before he sent his technician Mike out to our property. Mike arrived and spent so much time with us trying to determine the area of the clog. We have had this happen in the past and none of the other plumbers worked with us to determine exactly where the problem could be and some even left before we were able to test all sources. Mike waited patiently while I ran a load of laundry, the dishwasher, and all sinks, he snaked the tub and everything is running smoothly. Mike left the area clean and practiced social distancing and wore a mask. I will use Burtech again, highly recommend. read more

We had a toilet and shower backup on a Saturday. I tried clearing the line myself with a 25' powered snake but the problem persisted. Seeking a professional at that point, I called Burtech and we set up an appointment for several hours later. But only about 15 minutes later I got a call from Jose at Burtech who asked if he could arrive sooner. Of course, that was fine with me and he was here within 30 minutes. After a quick assessment by running water and checking a nearby cleanout, Jose said the toilet had to be removed to find the blockage. Now, I have removed many toilets myself (and installed the very toilet we were discussing) but their price was very reasonable and definitely worth it. After placing down "puppy-pads" to protect the floor tile, Jose removed the toilet and found a huge mass of small roots in the toilet drain pipe (which explains why my snaking the shower and cleanouts didn't work). I had never seen such a thing, yet he said he had just cleared the same type of blockage at his very last job (no substitute for professional experience). Anyway, he replaced the toilet in record time, tested for leaks and proper flow, and was on his way after probably less than 60 minutes. That check to Burtech was the happiest check I have written in 2022. Highly recommend this company. read more

Mr. Jaime Lira arrived on time and quickly and expertly determined the extent of the repair and provided a detailed quote immediately for time and materials. He was even flexible with the repair schedule of the next day and arrived earlier than expected which was great. He provided a very professional repair and went over additional details of the possible causes. I would definitely call Burtech Plumbing again for any future plumbing needs. read more

I own a local water filtration company and we use Burtech Plumbing exclusively to install all our whole house water filtration units for our clients. I vetted many companies prior but ultimately chose them because of their professionalism, experience/knowledge and quality workmanship. I am continually impressed by the work they do and my clients agree as well. Every installation is always followed up by positive feedback about timeliness, a job well done and an overall great experience with the plumber. read more

I sent over some camera work from another company to get a second opinion on what I was told was an issue. Bill reviewed the video and gave me a call to let me know that it was not something that I should be worried about or have fixed. I will take his 35 years experience any day over someone who I would assume only had a few years experience. They definitely could have taken me for a ride and went along with the same recommendation and performed the work and charged me a couple thousand dollars, instead Bill talked to me for 20 minutes to give me a full understanding of what his take on the situation was. His honesty and professionalism was very much appreciated and I will definitely use his services in the future whenever I have any plumbing needs! read more
