The city is contracting Burtech for work on our street. We had a big webinar/virtual program the past 2 days and they were great about keeping the noise down during the one hour. When we discussed this with their guys working, the people in the office and the foreman, Rogaciano, the service was top notch! read more

Jaime came to our home and changed out the plastic drain valve on our water heater, and replaced it with a brass drain valve. He explained the importance of having a brass drain valve and performed the job without incident and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Jaime and Burtech Plumbing as your "go to business" for all your plumbing needs !!! read more

We are new home owners and heard some weird dripping in our walls. We were concerned it was leakage. Bert walked through our home and took the time to explain everything that is going on with our plumbing. Luckily, it wasn't anything serious. Highly recommend Bert and this team! read more

After today's work, these guys deserve 5 stars and then some. I met Burtech Plumbing a couple months ago when my husband and me purchased our house. The owner Bill performed a sewer inspection and after review and discussion, ended up repiping from the front of our house to the city sewage. The work was clean and efficient. Well today (Labor Day) and 2 weeks since the work was completed, out of no where, our bathtub and toilet start overflowing without us using it. Frantically I called Burtech plumbing hoping they had someone working. Thankfully they did. We were told someone would get to us within the next 2 hours. That's when Mike Q. showed up at our house about a hour after we called, and did a FANTASTIC job at clearing our main line. We thought maybe it was the piping Burtech completed in the front since we had no issues with the plumbing prior. After Mike reviewing everything in a timely manner, we concluded the backup had nothing to do with the work that was previously performed 2 weeks ago, but that there was a legitimate clog somewhere in the main line. Mike was great at explaining everything to us and got to work right away. He was pleasant to work with and the price was very reasonable, especially being an emergency on a holiday. Thank you Mike, Bill, and the Burtech Plumbing team! We will continue to call you for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you again for your efficiency and guidance! read more

Gino showed up right on time! Scheduled a time within 24 hours of calling and quickly fixed the clogged drain. Very helpful, and knowledgeable! read more

I hired Burtech AGAIN to install a high end faucet system and Dave Fults was excellent at the job. They found me a spot really quick on their calendar. Dave was careful, he was detailed and he answered a bunch of my questions understanding how to order the various peripheral parts to faucets (it is confusing to us laymen!!). He was patient and kind. He also noticed our hot water heater is way aged and so we are looking at replacing that and they can do all of it with no leadtime. Burtech hires quality people and takes care of their employees ... it shows in the every day interactions and I will always come back to them. Thank you Dave!! Love you Burtech team! read more

Fast, polite, true to estimate Ginocchio was great We had Burtech out about two years ago to do some work and when two of my drains slowed down, I called them again. I recently had Burtech out to address issues with my dishwasher. I had owned a Bosch but had been having a lot of problems with the soap pod not dissolving and dishes not getting clean. I'd had an appliance person come out several times, and everything seemed to be ok. I got so frustrated, I finally bought a new dishwasher but had Burtech out to make sure the water was flowing correctly and arriving hot enough into the new dishwasher. No need to go into every detail, but Burtech's technician Eli went through a number of troubleshooting steps to make sure everything was optimized and I wouldn't have problems going forward. He was patient, explained everything he was doing and why, and didn't leave until he was confident the job was done completely. I ended up needing a different air gap because the old one was too small to handle the water flow, a new hose because the one installed by the DW company was too short which created a kink, and Eli rerouted the hot water to come directly off of the faucet hot water's supply. I appreciated his diligence and professionalism. read more

We have used Burtech twice now, and are extremely happy with the their service and professionalism. Bert helped us with a shower drain issue in late December at our Airbnb and he was spent wonderful to work with. Mike helped is just last week when it turns out that our garbage disposal was on its last legs - he did a great job installing a new one and even advised us on a "bathroom odor" situation when he was all done with the disposal. Seriously, these guys are great and I highly recommend them. We will definitely be using them again in the future. read more

After vacation we were having problems with a leak near the water pressure regulator. My dad fiddled around with it for 2 days with our water completely shut off- and to no luck, made the problem even *harder* to fix. Luckily Matt came in and did just the trick to get our water connected again. We called last night, made the appointment for 11 this morning, and he was in and out after just an hour. Highly recommended service. I can finally shower in peace read more

Burtech was the only plumber available to respond to an urgent leak, and we appreciated their fast reply and friendly service. However their pricing is shocking, $350 for a 30 minute fix and a $20 hose spigot. My lawyer costs less money. When the problem still wasn't fixed and it leaked again, they honored their work and came out again but tried to get even more money from us! They are good for an urgent fix but if you can get anyone else or another estimate I would definitely go with a less expensive plumber. read more

Had emergency with water leaking from pipe in attic. They came out same day and got it fixed. I think the price was a bit on the high side but nothing outrageous, and well worth it given my situation. By the way, I tried calling several other plumbers before Burtech, all of whom advertised emergency 24/7 service, but none of them were willing to come out. read more

He showed up early and completed the job quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again when I need a plumber. read more
