The place itself is super pretty and very clean and comfortable. It is not cheap, but it is fairly priced. I put this in the fine dinning category. The service is perfect. Everyone is so very nice. You will be happy here. They have some of the best Italian pastas I have ever had. We love their PENNE A LA ARRABIATA and their FETUCCINNI CARBONARA. You might think you are in Italy. It is just so good. Their fish dishes are also great. We love the RISOTTO DE MARISCOS and their SALMÓN WELLINGTON. You just can't go wrong with anything you order. Their desserts are the bomb. They have a great corn cake and a wonderful chocolate mousse. At least one is a must. Have the best time.

The Resturant wasn't even busy at all around 4pm. The staffs was all talking stories amongst themselves! They just walk by my table and see the empty glass and don't even filled it until I asked. When I got the bills, the waiter told me we charge a 25% service charge here. I'm thinking, " What service??!‍" I didn't say anything and just pay the 25% service charged. Once again, the food was amazing, but their waiter is too arrogant!

It came highly recommended by both locals and fellow food lovers, and after seeing the incredible reviews, we knew we had to experience it for ourselves. We ordered a little bit of everything: tacos de tripa, tacos al pastor, tacos de asada, and an asada quesadilla. Every single item was packed with flavor and tasted incredibly fresh. The tripas were perfectly crispy without being greasy, the al pastor was juicy, well-seasoned, and had that classic balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors, and the asada was tender with a delicious char-grilled flavor. The asada quesadilla was generously filled with meat and gooey melted cheese, making it the perfect complement to the tacos. One thing I really appreciated was how convenient the ordering process is. They have a drive-through style setup where you simply pull up and park in front of the restaurant. An employee comes directly to your car to take your order, and once your food is ready, they bring it right out to you. It's such an easy and efficient experience, especially if you're eager to grab amazing food and get back on the road. It's easy to see why this place has earned such a stellar reputation. Between the authentic flavors, generous portions, friendly service, and convenient setup, this was the perfect way to kick off our trip into Mexico. I'll definitely be making this a tradition every time I cross the border.

The Zona Rio location has a small dining area, that is very popular with both the locals and visitors. It is easy to see why. Their menu does not over dose on the standard morning and afternoon items that you would find anyplace. However, this is the first restaurant I've been to in Tijuana, that does not have an English menu.... so I had to labor through the Spanish menu. But, they do have unique dishes, thus making the visit adventurous, because it is difficult to choose. I went back and forth, and finally settled for their 3-egg omelet with asparagus and sheep cheese. It came with refried beans, strings of carrots and beets, small fired up tostadas and fresh tortillas (both blue and yellow corn). A small side of soggy chilaquiles was also served. A small flavorful salsa tray is also provided with 3 options, ranging from mild to hot. The asparagus spears were thin, cut up into small pieces and sautéed with mild spices. The outer egg covering soft and not overdone. If anything, there was too much sheep cheese, in certain portions of the omelet. I say this because it was an asparagus omelet, and it, instead of the cheese, should have been the star. Still, it did not take away from the other commendable aspects of the complete entree and its accompaniments. Before the meal, a small refreshing fruit plate is served. Coffee and overall service here, was mucho excellente.

There's a guard out front and not sure if he was there for another business. Restaurant looks really cute from the outside, you can see the kid's playground on the side of the building. The decor was really nice, on the ceiling, the walls, lots of color and greenery. As we entered, the hostess was there and she was very friendly and sat us right away. There were several groups inside and couples. The price is a good size, you can have large parties. The server told us that there could be a long wait for food, not sure if that was due to short staff or what. We didn't wait that long though, it was totally fine. The Mezcal Jaimica cocktail was delish, not too sweet and the juice was so fresh. They give you chips and two salsas to start, that was really good. I ordered the tortilla soup and it was a nice big portion with avocado and a thick soup base. Also got the Elote bowl and that was just ok. The guac comes in a molcajete with pork rings and pickled onions - yum! That's the only right way to serve it. We ordered the large meat plate and it came with these heavenly potatoes and chiles stuffed with cheese wow!
