I went in early the next day and opted to drop my car off vs waiting since I had a ride and there were a few customers ahead of me. After receiving their call that my car was ready and passed all inspections, I went in to pick it up. They charged me exactly what was quoted on the phone the day before and we had a nice chat. Friendly staff and seem to run an honest and ethical business. My husband took his car there as well after the good experience I had. He was impressed as well. My car needed inspected and I took it to Dustin first his tire price was way more than I could buy…read morethem myself so I scheduled the appointment and took the tires in and he inspected it but 2 weeks later my son was cleaning the car and noticed a slice in the dash right in line with the inspection stickers and my car is a brand new Maxima Platinum a 48,500 dollar car so I took it to star Nissan and Tim the supervisor of service said it was a slice that had to be done by a razor blade and asked who inspected because he would not cover it under warranty so when I called Dustin and told him that his Garage was the only one near my dash with a razor blade he refused to pay for it so now I have to take him to the magistrate so he doesn't own up to his mistakes and he is over priced on tires do not use this garage!

I have not had a bad experience there yet over the many years of service to my vehicles. They always answer their phone or call you back when you leave a message. Communication is excellent. Rick also has very reasonable repair and labor pricing. The only downside is that his parking lot is very small and it's often difficult to fit your car in there for an appointment. Call ahead and make an appointment before stopping by as it seems like his "walk-in" business might be very limited.
