We noticed a leak under the Honda minivan, which ended up being the power steering rack and pinion sector. I replaced it, which is not for the faint of heart, but it saved her roughly $1,200 in labor. I knew from the beginning the van's alignment likely needed adjusting when I was done. So I made a 7:00 AM appointment for the following day at Paul's. I arrived at the garage at 6:45 the following morning. Paul drove the van in the garage, put the alignment equipment on the van, and was done in minutes flat. He backed the vehicle out of the garage, took it for a test drive and returned minutes later. Paul told me I did everything correctly, and the alignment was perfect with no adjustment necessary. I was happy to shell out the money for the cost he quoted me on the phone the day prior, but Paul charged me SIGNIFICANTLY LESS than what he quoted me, insisting he only charges for the work he does. That is unlike any other auto shop (especially any car stealership) to which I ever took a vehicle for alignment. By the way, I was on my way home BEFORE my scheduled appointment. Try to accomplish THAT at a stealership! I'm already a Paul's Front End Shop customer for life based on one visit! In fact, I just made my next appointment to have my own vehicle checked after a great experience at McCloy's Tire (search online reviews for McCloy's Tire Service too if you want an equally great experience).

Completely unacceptable service that severely compromised my safety on September 8, 2026. I ordered…read morea specific set of all-weather tires for my Mazda, but this shop installed all-season tires instead. Compounding this error, they mismatched the tires--installing three tires manufactured in 2026 and one from 2025. They then took my vehicle's original tires and threw them into an outdoor trailer, leaving me with no choice but to drive away on an unsafe configuration. Because they failed to correctly inspect, balance, or match the tires, my car immediately began "dog tracking"--a dangerous alignment defect where the vehicle's rear wheels don't line up with the front, causing the car to travel down the road sideways. My Mazda was pulling heavily to the right, creating an immediate driving hazard. I was forced to take my car to NTB (National Tire & Battery) to properly diagnose, re-balance, and completely fix the alignment and handling issues caused by Flynn's--expenses I had to pay entirely out of pocket. This business proved to be completely deceitful, and their failure to perform basic safety checks is alarming. I officially filed a complaint with the Attorney General (File # BCP-26-05-044143), and unbelievably, right after I did, my original tires magically "showed up" at the shop. It is incredibly strange how a business completely ignores a customer's safety until state regulators get involved. I have forwarded all of this documentation and the sudden reappearance of my tires to Margaret McHan to ensure it is added to the official investigation. Their response to the AG doesn't change the fact that they knowingly let me drive away in a hazardous vehicle. Avoid this company at all costs.
