There were different people working the desk, and not the two I am most familiar with (The guy that looks like "Wolverine," and the nice woman). Not sure if they moved on or not, but I liked them. I recently brought my truck in for an inspection, and I needed some work done to get it passed. It took a few days to get everything fixed. Thankfully they gave me a loaner car, which really helped. After passing inspection, I noticed a few days later when it started to rain, that my windshield wiper blade was torn. It was in good working order prior to entering the shop. Usually I receive a text after a service asking me if things were to my satisfaction, and I was going to tell them about my wiper blade then, but no text ever came. More than likely, I will still come here for tires/alignment/etc., but not sure if I wanna come back for inspection/service. P.S. In my original review, I mentioned Campiti's Pizza was within walking distance, and sadly, they have gone out of business. I needed to have the oil changed on my pickup in order to take on that drive. I contacted T J's on Wednesday to see if they could provide me the services I needed within the tight time frame that I manufactured. T J's assured me that they could deliver the services I needed, and told me to bring my pickup in that afternoon. T J's absolutely delivered on their promises. What's more, they also performed a PA inspection on my truck (my 2015 stickers were to expire at the end of July 2015) before I returned to pick it up in the late afternoon. T J's delivered high-quality work in a very tight time window, at bargain rates. I have had mixed experiences with auto mechanics over the nearly two decades that I have owned a vehicle. My recent experience with T J's was one of the most positive. They now have another loyal customer.

Will definitely use them for future car needs because of their honest service. Advise calling in advance for an appointment.

I am so consistently pleased that when I was in the market for new tires before one went flat I went straight here knowing I wouldn't be ripped off. Be advised they do not make appointments. It's a first come, first served business. There is also very little parking. I would recommend calling ahead if you are looking for specific tires to make sure they are in stock (or can be ordered) before you arrive. When it's busy they will be honest about the wait. I went for new tires a few months ago and was told there was a good two and a half hour wait. I decided to leave and come back a few days later when the wait was only around 30 minutes. They do a brisk business and even on my return trip (I arrived a few minutes before they officially opened) I was the fourth person in the waiting room.
