The woman who answers the phone at the office has always been nice and whenever I have dealt with a driver (a few times because I've run dry and had to have it bled) they were always nice and helpful. We had some technicians come out once to clean our furnace and they were also nice and informative. I've had a lot of bad experiences with other fuel oil businesses, but Check Oil has been a good so far (over a year).
