Even though this location is busy, I do not think it is quite as busy as other locations. Probably the reason why they have a better selection. I would like to see the drive up staff be more friendly. I've had them walk up to my car and not even say a word. After putting the items in my car, I've also had them not say thank you or even acknowledge you. The inside staff is quite different. The ladies at the register are very nice! I have no complaints there. Target has deals and specials every week. Don't forget to download their app and you will see those weekly.

It's a Target! You know what you're getting, for the most part. The one thing that's a little…read morestrange is that there's no desk or counter at the online order pickup area. It's just a corner with a bunch of bags on shelves. You kind of have to stand there in front of all the bags until someone notices you. There was a lot of trash in the parking lot (I pick up trash frequently, so I always notice these things), but fortunately, that didn't extend to the inside of the store. This Target is well organized and clean. It's a pleasant Target to walk around in.

I maybe go in Von Maur once a season, and it is even more noticeable at least to me, when you visit a store in longer intervals. They do have excellent eye-catching merch displays and still focused on upscale dressing and seemed like every section had a sales associate to help and areas were upkept. They are targeting heavily toward the older higher income demographics. It is especially telling when you listen to their choice of piano music in them. I would think a salesclerk would go a bit bonkers hearing taped renditions over and over of sickeningly sweet instrumental earworm inducing oldies all day long. I'm surprised this mall chain has lasted, as it hasn't really changed with the times. As times get ever more difficult with less to spend in this way, it will be interesting to see how this chain reacts.

The merchandise is high end, name brand. They carry men's, women's and children's clothing and shoes and a small section of seasonal household decor. Yesterday, I bought several gifts. The store was decorated with a pianist playing Christmas music. I found exactly what wanted and an associate carefully took the information for wrapping and sending. I saw several other things I wanted, including Christmas outfits for my granddaughters. I left without buying, but later in the day decided my girls needed those outfits. I called the store and Deidreana found the outfits and put them on hold until I got back over there. The outfits were even on sale. Returns/exchanges are easy. They put gift receipts in each package. The store is always immaculate and has lovely restrooms. There is plenty of parking around the store, although parking fills during the holiday shopping season. I recommend and will probably go back this week myself.

Well, that was probably the most irritating shopping experience I've ever had. Everything I…read moretouched or even glanced at the sales clerk made a comment on. This is typical of boutiques so I can tolerate that, though it's really annoying . Much worse, the dressing rooms did not have individual mirrors! You had to come out to an area where there was a half wall to see yourself in the community mirror. Which then prompted the sales person to turn around from the cash register and comment on every every single piece I tried on. It was like she was in my dressing room! No privacy!! Not to mention the fact that the space wasn't private because the wall is only half so even a semblance of privacy was not available to me. Perhaps people want a little more privacy to view things on their own body before being commented on and observed. I won't be back until I've heard that has changed.
