Went here on Wednesday June 11th 2025 to pick up a few things. First grabbed a wagon and tried on…read moresome shorts. as most of my shorts i ended up donating and need new ones. Looked around found some, went to the fitting room, tried them on, and eh they all were kind of tight, except for the blue sweatpant short. Oh and the new fitting rooms are very nice! After trying on my stuff, i put the clothes i tried on the rack that was in front of the fitting room. I then proceeded towards the entertainment section- and didn't really find anything. Sad to see them hardly selling any dvds or Cds. I didn't even see Joe Jonas's new CD out, and was glad i ordered it online. Anyways then went to the seasonal summer section, where i found seasonal summer offerings such as cotton candy, a cotton candy trail mix, and pool floats and noodles. I decided on a cotton candy trail mix, which was delicious when i tasted it at home. Then went to the food section and brought salads as it was again 2 for $6! Then also brought 2 yogurts as well. Also brought madeline cookies that are soft and delicious! Next went to the vitamin section and brought Smartypants womens plus multivitamins, and also brought a claritin. Then brought a bath loofah. Then went to the self checkout and scanned all my items. Total was 66.09. Paid with cash and got my proper change. Will be back soon!

I went in there because I had a Starbucks coupon to use in the Starbucks renovated very nicely. I was looking for drills a power tool I couldn't find anybody to help me find that I'll. I saw a person come out of the stockroom, a young thin man with a full head of curly brown hair I said, where are your drills? Do you sell drills here? he said yes, right down here and he pointed an Isis. This is just outdoor stuff. He says well they should be in here. I said, I don't see any power tools here and he says well maybe it's too early for grills and I corrected him I said, drills there, a power tool like Sanders.. He said go to I'll C41. he then went back into the stock room, so I had to flag down another man to ask where is C 41. he says how he set up his DC in the ace starts way back there any points to the back he says C 41 and the power tools are on the back wall. Well I went to see 41 and there were no power tools at all.. everybody that I attempted to ask again they were walking very quickly helping other customers. I never did get my power tool in. Seems like the store was being rearranged. I have to tell you, the prices are very high go check out the cooking utensil aisle they're outrageous. I couldn't even go into the food aisle, because people were removing pegs on the pegboard to make room for more food and things like that. It was very disturbing not to find a helper or what you went in for like I said it's like going into the third world hardly anybody's in there as far as customers. Coming out, a grocery cart was rolling. They have grocery carts all over the parking lot and ditched in the snow banks one came rolling down off the snowbank at my car. I had to push it out of the the way. The customer service is just not there, and a lot of the items had no prices not on the shelf not on the item

We found bins okay, and they had a selection of what we needed. Bins are located in the home section which is in the middle of the store, next to the toy section. We went to the self checkout, and paid via a credit card. Highly recommend walmart for all your shopping needs, as they have food from fruit, to salads to yogurt to snacks, to vegetables, to pizzas, to ice cream, to milk. They even have a subway inside where one can get food, and Auntie Annes Pretzels too! They have a pharmacy with polite people-- although they changed my medication to a brand that i was unfamilar with and it bothered me. But try it! They also have a beauty section where one can find beauty needs like nail polish, shampoo, and all types of hair products, oh and don't forget toothpaste! They also have homegoods such as lamps, mirrors, picture frames, kitchen items, bathroom items, Toys, DVDs and Games. Also recently have tried their clothes and love them! They also have a garden and auto section, as well as seasonal items- like Halloween Costumes, School Supplies-in the summer bathing suits and tubes, christmas decor, and more! highly Recommend Walmart for all your shopping needs!

At approximately 9:32 p.m., we were selecting our final items and were preparing to proceed to the cashier. At that moment, the store manager, Irene, approached us and stated that the store was closed. I acknowledged this and responded that we were simply finishing our last selection and would head to the register immediately. Despite this, Irene responded firmly with, "No. You need to go to the front of the store now. We are closed." In my experience as a frequent customer at this location and others, it is customary for stores to make a closing announcement over the intercom and allow customers already inside a brief grace period (typically 10-15 minutes to complete their purchases). This did not occur. If this location is so adamant about their closing procedures, then the door should have been closed prior to 9:30PM and/or Irene should have stood at the entrance informing ALL customers that they are no longer allowed to enter the store. However, given we had entered prior to closing time, we should have been granted the courtesy of at least 5 minutes. Instead, we were abruptly instructed to stop shopping and proceed immediately to the front. While I fully respect store closing procedures and employees' time, the manner in which this was handled felt unnecessarily dismissive and confrontational. Being spoken to in such a forceful way, especially after acknowledging the request, was disappointing and triggering and did not align with the level of customer service I have come to expect from TJ Maxx.

Aisles were neat, store clean, even had a fresh smell to it too! This is located in the shopping center with Ihop, and Verizon store nearby, so has enough parking. Walk in and everything looks like Christmas. TJ Maxx is also like Burlington as they have HomeGoods, coats, bags, clothing, accessories , and more! Actually went in here and also found gloves to wear during the winter to help clear snow off of the cars, and they had plenty of those. Also looked around the store, and found some more coats, and found a nice red one that i liked, and brought. Then, we looked around, found some guacomole chips, and some chocolate bars, as well as nice christmas decorations. Finally, we were done looking around, and went to the registers. had to wait in line again. Moved quickly though. My mom paid for my red coat, and her other stuff, and i Paid for my gloves using a credit card. Cashier was very pleasant. Hopefully would come back another time!

My Jimmy Choo Nightmare -- A Cautionary Tale I splurged over…read more$700 on a pair of Jimmy Choo sandals. Seven hundred dollars. For that kind of money, you'd expect exceptional quality, right? Wrong. I wore them exactly ONE time, and the sole was already worn down. One wear. Let that sink in. So I called their customer service, and that's where the real nightmare began. For two months -- TWO MONTHS -- they gave me the runaround. They refused to replace the shoes. They refused a refund. Eventually, after endless calls and emails, they graciously agreed to repair them for free -- even though at first they wanted to charge me for the repair of their own defective product. Then they handed the shoes off to UPS... and UPS lost them. For a month. After yet another month of back and forth, the shoes were finally repaired and returned. And the cherry on top? Their idea of compensation for this entire ordeal was -- wait for it -- a whopping 10% discount on my next purchase. My next purchase?! There will be no next purchase. Ever. Let me be clear: I paid luxury prices and received dollar-store customer service. Months of my time wasted, zero accountability, and an insultingly small discount as a "sorry." Shame on you, Jimmy Choo. Your customer service is an absolute disgrace. If this is how you treat the people who spend hundreds of dollars on your brand, you don't deserve a single one of them. Save your money, friends. #JimmyChoo #NeverAgain #WorthCustomerService #LuxuryFail #ShameOnYou #CustomerServiceNightmare
