Purchasing an engagement ring can be somewhat of a daunting task and Mehran is exceptional in providing a consultative approach that helps you make the selection that is best for you. We entered Cyrus Jewelers on a Saturday afternoon to begin our journey. Most jewelers do not keep the diamonds we were searching for onsite and after discussing with Mehran what we were looking for he provided us with an extensive list of diamonds that may suit our needs that Monday. We chose a few to be brought into the shop for closer inspection. While looking at the individual diamonds, Mehran guided us through the examination of each diamond explaining the benefits and drawbacks of each choice. Not once did he push us in a direction with a salesman-like approach. Actually, it felt like talking with a friend, who had expertise in the field that was helping us make an important decision. Furthermore, he would point out opportunities for us to find extra value even if it cost him some revenue dollars. Additionally, Mehran work extensively with my bride-to-be on constructing the exact setting she was dreaming about, offering different choices of how it could be accomplished.
