There is a parking lot that is adjacent to this store. Unfortunately they do not validate but when I came it was a flat $6.00 fee. I was happy to see that there were dog items here too! They were by the cash register. There's also a small section of Valentine's Day items. I will probably come here again due to the parking garage, since it's so close to other great DTLA spots. Pros: -Near lots of other great places -parking garage adjacent to store -multiple levels Cons: -no parking validation

I had the worst experience here ,never had I Been to a Burlington this stupid , NO BATHROOMS , you ask the girl where is the nearest one ???? No one knows !!!! At least point me out I'm 8 months pregnant , when I finally found it it was across in a another building in the second , that didn't feel safe at all , I go back to finish looking for my sons graduation outfit , the way they put the sensors on the clothes it's a bit off , I got in line to ask them to please replace them so my son can try on the fit . Finally found one we bought it , to come to find out I came home with the sensor , today is my sons graduation !!!!!! Now I have to drive out there to have them remove it . This is very upsetting .

Rare to find hidden gems in here, but not impossible. I won't speak for all, but this specific store seems to have become a dumping ground for out-of-date and out-of-style clothing. It's pretty disorganized most of the time (especially the shoes). **PRO TIP: come for the gourmet food options like the Himalayan sea salt by the bag load, spiralina, flax seed, chia seed and even ground ginger powder! And, on occasion, a good shoe brand find like the ACG Nike HH king shoes we found for $39.99 running over $100 online. Otherwise, this is just an alright place bargain hunters.

As an open air mall, this style of shopping is inviting and enjoyable. Visiting frequently as a kid, it is a completely different experience. Stores are more high end than I remember. Crowds were exponentially greater! Lines for several stores (including Olive Young) to get in and for Ramen blew my mind. If you want a place to watch the world cup, courtyard is ready and inviting. This area was nice with the high rise century city backdrop. Although it was more crowded than I expected, meeting friends for lunch was great. The restaurant choices are wonderful. We planned to eat at one spot, but due to the wait we changed it up and it was a total hit. Parking was crazy! Lines to go up and down, it took forever to pull in a spot. The prices are expensive too if ya make a day here. Very few places validate.

Although this place is clean and offers lots of great stores, the parking system made everything very annoying. The fee system is complicated, and even after shopping, I ended up paying way too much. A place like this one, which claims to offer an exclusive shopping experience, requires a major renovation of its customer service department and parking system. There are many alternatives available in Los Angeles, where people do not leave irritated by the fees related to parking.

The big food festival that happens every week is what initially brought me to the Row and there is so much to discover there. I also often come here to charge my Tesla ~ charging on Level 5. The Row opened almost 10 years ago on the edge of Arts District and is spread across 30 acres. As mentioned with the charging, they do have a parking garage which is really nice when coming here. And it's a nice garage, well kept and clean, free for 2 hours with validation. You never need to worry about parking when you come here! Like much of Arts District, it's kind of industrial chic vibes. It's an open-air spot with just lovely landscaping and seating all around. There are some excellent food options like Pikunico and Hayato, as well as Go Get Em Tiger for coffee needs. Very cool stores including concept spots and trendy clothing shops. And i'm def getting my next tattoo at Nonfromseoul. Aside from the brick & mortar shops and restaurants and weekly Sunday Smorgasburg, I've been to some other smaller cultural fests & pop ups here. It's always trendy and cute at ROW DTLA!

That being said, ROW DTLA is a dreamscape when it comes to filming content and just catching city vibes in a safe space. Located near the Arts District this space of buildings used to be utilized for the textile industry. With multi floored buildings creating rows of foot traffic on the ground this space is perfect for events, pop ups, and get togethers. It's one of the reasons why Smorgasburg is held here on Sundays. It's why on any given weekend there may be an event being held, whether it be to celebrate AAPI month or the different creatives in the area. This space is filled with homegrown businesses and unique shops to visit. One of my favorite places is Hightide which is a Japanese stationary and supplies shop. The vibes are immaculate and walking in really feels like being in a store in Japan. Another popular space is Scent Bar for those who love perfume and are aromaphiles. With plenty of small curated artists being featured in this apothecary of aromas, Scent Bar is a nice stop whilst visiting the Row. If you're looking for interesting and discussion worthy furniture A+R is a must, located at one of the ends of the Row. For good coffee with artistic vibes you got to check out GGET (Go Get Em Tiger). Next to that if you're looking for stronger waters is Flask & Field with smaller batch and independent distilleries and crafters. All of this and the parking is free for the first 2 hours. In LA, that's unheard of! And it's a large parking structure with modern infrastructure. Blessed. With all this, hopefully ROW DTLA will continue to grow with more businesses and still retain its charm as time marches forward. Good for a short stay or half a day, if you're looking for things to do in LA proper, ROW DTLA is worth your drive.

While the store itself and the shelves continue to be filled by high end product, what good does it do you if there's no one but the occasional ghost roaming around? I'm seriously wondering if they are having problems or challenges hiring enough people now. It wouldn't surprise me. The days of walking into Bloomingdale's and having that feeling that you're in someplace special are long gone. There was no one to say "hello", "can I help you?". Waited for like 5 minutes, and then this young lady by the name of Ashley, came towards me and asked me how she could have been an assistance to me. She was polite and helpful. I told her that I have an upcoming wedding and need some nice attire for the event. Right away she took me to where their dresses/suits are and showed me a few things. Got me a dressing room for me to try couple of the items that she selected for me. The racks for some of their items were too cramped up. The store on the other side was very clean.. Tried them on, and I liked the way the glittery purple suit fit me. It was perfect and my size. Hugged my sexy curves and made me feel really good! As I was browsing the aisles, I noticed a few other things... some I needed and some I liked. With that being said, got an imitation of Donna Karan's Perfect Scents (the brand) perfume, Cashmere Mist. It has a very soothing, clean scent to it and was only $20.00. It worked out perfectly, since I ran out of my last bottle. Then I saw this beautiful narrow royal blue vase, this pretty, yellowish/mustard color floral choker, which can also be used as a headpiece. As I was walking down their aisles, I also saw those comfortable Minnetonka flat shoes in color red. Tried them on and it hugged my feet perfectly. It was just what I needed. The fabric was so soft and I believe made of velvet. It was on sale from $65.00 to $30.00. Got 2 pairs of earrings, 4 nail polishes, and that's all that I bought. You can find some great deals at Nordstrom Rack with affordable prices. They also have other brands by famous designers. Bought few candy bars at the register along with a small bottle of water.
