I can easily say this location is my most favorite cause it's always well stocked and has a variety of merchandise from so many designers and companies. You can pretty much find anything for any budget. The sale racks are awesome as well. I love their shoes department and I always end up getting something every-time I visit here. I got these cute Alexander McQueen sandals that were so comfortable. Our sales associate Jose was very friendly and attentive. He was patient with my sister and I trying on few shoes. But we both ended up getting a pair. The make up and perfume department is also very nice here. So much to choose from. The store is organized and beautifully styled. They had a live dj today so it made shopping even more fun.

We received good service at this store. Nice that they validate parking in the mall with a purchase. (Not sure of the amount.) Others do not. They also have a nice restaurant and bar. It was a nice shopping experience.

    loved these pants.

Not my flavor for shopping, but I stepped in here to look at the options for suits; not many. I really liked the type of clothes they had and the the material they were made out of, but i couldn't reason with myself to agree to pay for the prices they are at. If I win the lotto, I'll be comfortable paying the cost of a pair of pants there.

During our trip to the nearby Eataly, we decided to come in here to do some clothes shopping. They always have very good selections of brands and you can find the newest and latest styles in fashion. Staff are somewhat friendly, but if you know what you want ahead of time, it's better. Just ask them for size availability if needed. Other than that, just grab what you need and check out. Their restrooms are also clean most of the time.

    perfume anyone?

I had some time to kill and decided to stop in and check out the shoe department. I roamed that department for 20 minutes and not one sales associate offered assistance. I went down to the perfume counters and a gentleman asked if he could help. He made some recommendations and I purchased a gift for a friend.

Walked into Bloomingdales to decide between my regular skin routine with La Mer or go bold and do La Prarie! Nancy Townsel, was super amazing and paid attention to every detail. She was super helpful and not only did she help make suggestions, she careful explained every product on how it would benefit me. Will be coming back here and she is now my new La Prairie associate! Thank you Nancy!!!

Alice and Olivia dress. So pretty!

I walked around with my wife and talked through different clothing options. The clothes themselves look very nice, clean lines and good quality. What surprised me, in a good way, is that they even had a clearance rack. You do not always expect that in Beverly Hills, so that was a pleasant discovery. Nice store, good service, and stylish options. I am giving Club Monaco Beverly Hills 4 stars.

They've been here for 8 months according to the sales representative. It was time for me to check them out. It is a much smaller store but there is still a lot of merchandise in this space. The store is clean and well organized with men's clothing on one side and women's on the other. They were having a sale in the front and there were 40% off racks in the back of the store. I didn't really see anything that caught my eye. Club Monaco has always bit a little too conservative and minimalist for me. Not a lot of patterns or colors. Although I do think that is the attraction for a lot of their clientele. I have found some good high quality basics here over the years. The sales representative was wonderful. Such a rare find these days. What a gem! She greeted me when I walked in and made small talk and told me she was there for me if I needed help. Such lovely customer service! I was just browsing to check out the new store but I really appreciated her! Five stars for her! The music playing in the background was techno-type music which I don't like when shopping because it is too fast paced and for me, retail is therapy. It does not provide a relaxing ambiance which is what I want when shopping. The volume was fine but the tempo was not for me. I do enjoy music while shopping but something slow or medium paced. This is a trend I have been seeing in other stores and restaurants and I do not like it for these venues. Metered parking on the streets and parking lots nearby.

Back before covid I was on a la trip for my birthday and of course I went in and looked for a bag. The person that was supposed to help me judge the way I was dressed. So I went upstairs and found the person I wanted to help me. The person was taking a long time to find the bag because it was hidden and they could not locate the bag in the storage. During the wait I did have my friends with me and we all had champagne to celebrate my birthday. After finding the bag from the storage we went up to the balcony and had cut my cake that I was carrying out from to go also we had more champagne. It was a very memorable first time experience at the store. Sadly the sales woman left and does not work there no more. . I was in here recently to get a passport stamp. When you own a leather good from them which is like a passport holder they do offer stamps from different stores around the world. I was looking for a la stamp and this Beverly Hills location does a stamp for you. Luckily there was no wait and they were really nice with getting it done as soon as possible. But before the service starts I was asked if I wanted a beverage and I was really happy about the service. So if you're looking to buy anything from here it just depends on who is serving you and I always get lucky and have a great sales associate that values my presence and concerns and questions about products that I might have questions about. The value of the product is always worth it and high quality and is always a memorable experience whenever I take it home because I always have a story to tell how it came to me. Thanks for reading hope this help and have a yelp-tastic day.

Hey I'm not knocking. Go for it. Going after your dreams is what makes life tolerable. My favorite role to play when I'm here is "Asian Tourist"! I get out my Lacoste golf shirts, my LV sling bag, My temu Gucci loafers with my aliexpress labubu. Then I get 8 other Asians together and we go shopping. We only spent a day here so of course we gotta hit the greatest tourist attraction on Rodeo, Louis Vuitton himself. As soon as you enter you're greeted by a sales associate who offers to help you and asks what product you maybe looking for. We weren't really looking for anything particular although I was interested in seeing the P9 speedy in coffee bean. https://us.louisvuitton.com/eng-us/products/speedy-p9-bandouliere-25-h40-nvprod7260040v/M27974 I also need to borrow $9,800 from you. You can venmo me. When we were there in March 2026. They hadn't gotten the highly anticipated makeup line that everyone is talking about https://www.vogue.com/article/louis-vuitton-has-officially-entered-the-beauty-race (they said only New York has it and they're getting it in April 2026.) We ended up wondering around like a lost kid at a candy store. Tonya our sales associate was absolutely lovey. She answered everything and was really knowlegeable about how each of the items are made. For example she was saying that some LV products are actually made in the USA and LVMH as a company tries to use the local labor as much as possible. After about half an hour we did end up buying stuff just because its hard to resist and we ended up drinking champagne on the roof top. Fun times! Thanks LV. Now I gotta drive uber to pay for that speedy!

Excellent customer service. It is really a happy place. The customers are as jovial as the staff. I was greeted IMMEDIATELY and asked if I wanted water or anything to drink. Everyone at the Beverly Hills store was extremely nice and professional, but the return process itself felt shady and unnecessary. The associate took my high-value item out of my sight twice for "inspection." During that time, the products are still legally mine--and that practice leaves far too many possibilities for misunderstanding or even accidental damage that could later be blamed on the customer. After the second inspection, I was told one of the bags "looked used." When I asked for clarification, I was shown what turned out to be a spec of glitter--which the associate herself was also wearing. She then added that "technically, after a return, the bag would be unsaleable." I pointed out the obvious: if a bag they sold me had glitter or anything else on it that I didn't notice until I got home, they would've sold me an "unsaleable" product by that same logic. When I calmly refused to accept her explanation, she said, "well let me go talk to my manager." After reviewing it again, they came back and agreed to "make an exception this time." While I appreciated the resolution, the phrasing made it sound like they were doing me a favor rather than correcting an unreasonable assessment. For a brand built on trust, quality, and image, this return policy feels out of step. Customers shouldn't have to surrender visibility of their property or defend themselves over something as trivial as glitter. Luxury should extend to how people are treated--not just what they're sold.
