I come here bc it's my closest location but the customer service is non existent. The clothes are severely lacking compared to other locations but there can be some good clearance. Greeter is usually nice. I told an employee a kid lost a stuffed animal and if she could take it to the lost and found, 30 mins later it's still there. She has 0 intention or care. The cashier (in her 20s) had with zero social skills and barely spoke, no presence whatsoever. I asked for a 10 cent bag and waited to scan my card for a moment. She didn't let me know the machine loaded so I could scan my card that was in my hand and she slowly touched my hand and took the card out of my hand to tap is on the screen. No cashier should Ever touch you!!! I told her "why didn't you just tell me to tap my card? People don't like being touched by strangers or having their card grabbed out of there hand" while she just stared at me blankly with her mouth open no life behind her eyes. There's probably no reason to go to this store. I found the clothing to be of shockingly poor quality. I cannot imagine who their customers might be in the present Freehold. They even have a "loss prevention" person. Who would steal this stuff?!! read more

This has got to be the worst store to shop in ever they purposely have just one person behind the counter when there was about 20 people in line they could care less about their customers. I don't know how the store is gonna stay open again they don't care about their people. read more

As you can see from the picture, the isles are literally empty. I've never had luck here. The quality is lower than Walmart and more money. It's just junky stuff. You might get lucky if you time it right but that would be an exception. Honestly, there are just better places to shop. On the plus side, they sell chairs so weary husbands have a place to sit! Half of the products in every aisle are literally all over the floor. Tons of clothing on wrong size hangers and in wrong places. I found what I needed but this place needs a new store manager or something. How can you let a store be in such bad shape ? I really like this Burlington! If you've been to the Hightstown location, it's kind of the same layout! The store is very. very large! But, you can legit find anything here! And, I mean anything! This store has it all! Clothes, toys, handbags, you name it! Everything is marked in a very good way! The organization isn't amazing, as there were quite some empty shelves, and a lot of stuff was on the floor! The store, though overall keeps everything pretty clean! There is staff around to really help find what you are looking for. Great store! read more

I normally bring my mother here. As I mentioned before, my family has something with cheap stuff. You can sometimes find an item with an ok value, but for the most part the clothes and accessories are just low quality, cheap looking. Another thing is sizes. What's the matter with the sizes? If you are not 14 or 6 you will have little luck. This is not necessarily the best place to find good and inexpensive coats either as they jack up the prices in the cold season. Shoes are poor quality and strange looking. Again, sometimes you can get lucky. Now for the part I add one star. The baby depot. It has the same items you find at your regular baby store for a little less. Lots of toys for the little ones (Walmart prices) and lots of cute clothes for babies and toddlers. Same brand name as sold at Toys r us and so on. You can find some decent house items as well. The staff is definitely not happy working here, the cashiers are normally complaning about not getting a break and some of them give you that look like they are CEO of General Motors and they know at all. Overall, this store is a mess, open boxes and items on the floor everywhere. If you can deal with that you may be able to strike a good deal on an item or two. read more

Ok, but nothing special. Many times I just don't see the bargain here. Lot's of mens jackets, but a huge amount of pleather.

No matter how much stuff you buy, you are not allowed to take the carts out of the store with you! So....there's that! And I really don't find the cloths all that appealing. They are kind of cheaply made. I brought my son & husband some cloths from here and most of them shrunk after the 1st wash! And I'm not sure I want to shop in a store where a security guard has to be posted up at the exit door...... Seems sketchy to me. I do like the wall art section though. I love canvas artwork and they have a pretty good selection. Other than that..... This store is kind of meh, in my opinion. read more

I love BCF Visited on dec 20th to get my son something on his Christmas list. My card was charged that same amount a total of 4 times. 3 Saturday after leaving and than AGAIN on Monday the 22nd!!! Oddly 30 minutes after leaving the location from talking to the same manager Saturday that couldn't help me. They totally emptied my account right before Christmas. I returned to the store within 30 minutes Saturday night when my card would not work at shoprite. Manager can't help. What a surprise. System error and I need to call corporate which I've been doing since the 20th. Didn't get my money back yet 12/29/2014 Today like the last week I've been Left on hold, left voicemails, bounced all over their corporate head quarters and told the same story over and over again with no help from anyone I'm furious. They took money off my card that I needed to buy my sons presents with 5 days before Christmas. I want my fucking money back. I faxed them proof of what they did on the 23rd, so how hard is it to reverse my money back to my card?!!!?! I can't even call the bank because it's a global cash card. If my money would have been returned immediately for Christmas than that is one thing but sadly now I will NEVER EVER return to the store or swipe my card there. You blew it burlington. Freehold Burlington coat factory is poorly run! My experience started off with a quick phone call asking where they were located and believe it or not someone sent me to a completely different shopping center? Finally I arrived and got no help at all after running around looking for someone to assist me. I could not believe no matter what I was looking for I could not find one person that was not on a register that could help me? The store was not at all busy and there is no excuse for not having people on the floor. I was completely on my own. I got no help in the men's department or the shoe department but eventually proceeded to the register to purchase what was a full cart of shoes and clothing. It took me much longer to find what I was looking for because I had no help whatsoever. To top it off as I was leaving I was then told I can't take the shopping cart out to my car it was utterly ridiculous that I had to carry all of that stuff out to my car while with my small child because you can't remove a shopping cart from Burlington Coat Factory?????????? Burlington Coat Factory was a horrible experience and trust me there are other department stores that take much better care of their customers! read more
