It is what it is. The promise of Burlington, just like its cousins Ross, TJMaxx, and Marshalls, is the possibility that you will find a great deal. I have been lucky on occasional visits, mostly in finding dresses and skirts suitable for work, as well as shoes that are appropriate for my career outfits, as well. Like those other stores, great patience is required to sift through the racks and find what you like. If you enjoy that sort of thing, this will be your spot. If you hate it, stay away. I'm being generous by giving two stars. This place has the smallest men's section and unless you are buying a dress suit or your junior size male there's not much here. No wind breakers or light coats of any kind for men. I kept looking around the store hoping they were hiding stuff somewhere I hadn't seen yet. No such luck. I used to be jealous that Corona got certain stores before Riverside now I see their versions are token at best. read more

The store is ok. Staff was helpful. Sometimes you can find a good deal here. The line check out takes an eternity and seems to take longer than other stores. The bathroom reeks something awful. The smell could drop a horse! The store music selections are the worst I have ever heard and I think I heard maybe one or two songs that I actually know. It sounds like you are listening to someone's bad mixtape which makes the shopping experience dreadful. I hope your experience is better than mine. read more

The most organized Burlington Coat Factory I have ever been to! Got some beautiful Calvin Klein dresses for $20 some Keds for $15 and Betsy Johnson heels for $25! Amazing! Whoever the manager is really is doing a great job! Normally stores like that stress me out because they are chaos but not this one! Staff were great too. read more

All employees were very nice. Fairly clean and easy to walk through at the store. Line was a little busy, typical for a Saturday but the cash registers were full. Our cashier Stephanie was very nice and joyful. read more

This is by far the cleanest and most orderly BCF. Everyone is friendly and always helpful. Great shoe and purse selection. Clothing is like anyplace: you have to spend the time looking through the racks. during the holiday season there are always tons of dresses to choose from. I bought lot of clothes from Burlington coat factory in corona, ca location.Later on I found that one of the jacket had a hole in it. So I went to the store to return it but I was told no return or exchange as it was pass 30 days even though the item was damaged. I requested to "Zera", the assistant manager of the store (Corona, ca location) to at least give me a store credit as the item was damaged and I also mentioned her that I am a loyal customer and have done a lot of shopping from the store but she didn't care. In fact, she was very rude with me. Today, Burlington coat factory has lost a loyal customer.I am more upset with this specific employee (Zera, assistant manager) than the store itself. read more

The checkout service is horrible. Rude and cold employees who are unwilling to help. Very disorganized. During a non peak hour it took 15 minutes to check out one item. Staff does not appear to care about customer satisfaction. I stood in a 3 person line for over fifteen minutes because the cashier let another customer "grab a couple more things". We all stood there in awe as the cashier stared into space and minute upon minute passed. I will not be back. Avoid this place like the plague read more

I came into the store on October 28, 2016 & spent over $200 but while my mom and aunt continued to shop, I sat down with two of my cousins on some chairs that were in the furniture section. Several employees passed by and CLEARLY saw us sitting but didn't say one word and even smiled at us. An employee named Charyl (sh-a-r-o-l) rudely came up to the 3 of us & said "goodbye"! My 13 year old cousin, confused, asked what she was talking about & the employee rudely said "bye-bye get off MY furniture". I am POSITIVE that furnitre isn't HERS. She later went to the cash register next to where my mom and aunt were paying and we tried to get her name off of her name tag to make a complain, just to find out she wasn't wearing one either. By FAR one of the WORST experiences. NEVER shopping here again. read more

Horrible Customer Service. This is probably the worst Burlingtons I have ever been to in the Socal. I was here today at 5.20pm to do a return and purchase. I had to return a pair of Diesel shoes which I have bought 2 weeks ago since it does not fit that well when tried on. As I was returning the shoes, a lady (whom I presume is the store manager) came over to the cashier counter and accused me that the pair of shoes had been worn in the very beginning. Let me clarify this, this is a pair of ALL NEW Diesel shoes which it does not even fit me, how am I suppose to wear them and go out onto the streets to wear the soles off. It is perfectly fine if you cannot make judgements on whether the conditions of the shoes since diesel manufactures shoes that have distressed looks. However, it is extremely unprofessional to call out and make allegations on a customer of returning a pair of worn out shoes, which has not grounds to base on to begin with. I work in the service industry and I need there are a lot of pressure and stress doing a job and meeting targets. There are a lot of BETTER ways to communicate with customers regarding something you are not sure of. Eg. Rather that "These shoes have been worn", you could have said "We are not sure if these shoes are having a worn out sole or it is intented to look like this, you can bring the shoes back to the original store you have bought from which should be able to verify that." This is just a suggestion for treating your customers right by saying the right thing. I sincerely hope that this store could provide better training and better customer service in the near future. Love, love, love this store. My issue is not regarding anything I have purchased, clothes, housewares, shoes etc...Everything has served its purpose and continues to do so. It's more less about their facilities for women. Dirty, trash everywhere, dead roaches you name it. I literally stopped shopping to exit the store and go to another nearby to use the facilities as I was too far from home. I'll come back to shop here, yes, but I will not think to even use the facility for a second. Hope this helps! read more

I am now a fan of Burlington. This store is clean, well organized and lots of wonderful selection. I like the fact that this store does not hang clothe so tightly close to each other on the rack that one can't look thru the selections. Will be coming back...very soon. read more

Got tell you wonderful helpers out there that I am not a big time shopper. So when I go to the store I want in and out asap. They literally have every kinda of clothing not just coats. Took care of my wife's needs there two coats three sweaters lingerie pants shirts and Capri thingies pants, even got a bottle of cologne for my dad. Line was long getting out though waited about 25 minutes to get checked out. read more

We shop at Burlington Coat factory all the time but we go to the one in ONTARIO MILLS. This location is clean and does have a great selection but the one in Ontario has way more to select from and it seems their labels are newer than this store location. read more

My wife bought a new purse less than a month ago. After about 3 weeks some of the stiching started coming apart, in a good purse this shouldn't happen. We went in to get it fixed or replaced, initially there was resistance. However, by being persistent and with me finding another purse just like the one we had. The manager finally gave in and did a swap. Check your receipts with them as you've 30 days to return the item and it's in writing on the sales slip. Stand your ground. read more

Absolutely terrible. I go in to get some new pillows and stand in line for 15 min which to me is fine considering the store I'm in. I had grabbed one double pack for what their tag says 16.99 but the cashier finds that the brand and tag does not match. I figure that's fine, shes gonna do a quick price check but she can't find one. I'm standing at the register for another 15 min until she realizes she doesn't know what to do. She calls her manager and the manager doesn't show up as he's helping another customer. I figure I'd help and locate Another double pack pillow that had the same quality as the other one I wanted which was also priced the same. The cashier still did not know what to do and insisted she needed the manager. I'm sure there is a protocol she must follow and whoever placed the price tag either got it wrong or intentionally priced it the way they did but if your product is priced by you (with no evidence of someone trying to change it) then you would think the logical think to do is provide the courtesy to your customer and honor the price in which you priced it and not have them wait over 30 min to figure out what to do. I left the store and the manager still didn't show up. read more

Don't buy any of their perfumes. I bought one today; opened it once I walked out to the door to ensure that was the one that I wanted. When I returned back to exchange it (along with my receipt), I was told once they are unsealed (most of their perfumes are sealed so you can't smell them while you are in the store) you can't returned them (THEY SHOULD HAVE A SIGN UP THAT STATES THAT OR AT LEAST TELL YOU BEFORE YOU BUY THEM)!!! The manager "Stephanie" wasn't helpful all she did was lectured me about how they aren't like Macy's. NEVER GOING TO SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN!!! read more
