To tell you about a recent experience, twas the night before Christmas, and I wanted a different Christmas Tree Skirt. I did find one at another retalier. But I paid $31 for it! Yeah, I was desperate. But something in my mind said keep checking around. The hour was getting late and dark was setting in. I tried one other store before coming into Big Lots. While that other store did not have anything to choose from, I stepped into Big Lots and about two minutes later, I found what I was looking for and it was a third of the cost of the one I found earlier. Big Lots has a lot of nice things from toys to everything home related. I even spotted some of my favorite jasmine rice at a good price. I will definitely be back soon. Other shops and eateries are located near this location and I love it. If you ever want to try new snacks, the selection is on point here. Now some things you can find elsewhere for a cheaper price, but I'm just telling you to check them out when time permits. Plenty of parking and check out is usually fast. But I visited here about a week ago in search for bedroom curtains for my daughter's bedroom. One may not even think to come here, but if you do not want to pay a lot for curtains...this is the place to peek in and see what they have in store. Again I was on the quest to find bedroom curtains and what I noticed is that they only sell floor length curtain 84 inches in length. While I was look for 64 inches I decided to try the floor length and hoped they'd work. The pricing was definitely on point almost too good to pass up on. This store also sells other items for the home: kitchen items, appliances, table setting and more. Other sections include: Clothing for everyone, electronics, shoes and even uniforms for the little ones. I'd recommend you peek in here to see what they have to offer, especially if you haven't visited before. Lingerie at a decent price... pantyhose as well. A lot of great finds are in here. This used to be the store to go to for all your home needs and their catalog...I don't even think it exists anymore. Nevertheless, you can find some good deals here. Especially during the holiday season. This store usually opens before the mall and by doing so, they draw in a light crowd in early to get you all to catch the early bird deals. While this store isn't as popular as before, if you are looking for an item you may just find it here rather than heading to other locations in the area. I am not sure how long this store will last, but they are still holding on. Here you can find items for everyone in your family. If you have the Retail me Not app, they usually feature at least one coupon for JCPenny. But if you are looking for: clothing for all, shoes for all, undergarments for all, home items come here to browse and possibly buy...but have a coupon handy. However, I cannot recall if I have seen perfume sold here. Recently, the store has been opening up early and handing our coupons: $10 off of $10 - $100 off of $100. It is just a matter of getting the right card...a lottery if you will. However, you only get one per person. This is a cute market!…read more My husband was invited by a vendor he knows so we drove down for the October market on a pretty, sunny day. There are tons of vendors here - in front of Waterside they're easy to see but there are more inside and on the back area by the water so be sure to walk through the building (a few were set up inside in back by the doors) and onto the sidewalk outside where there were easily another 10-15 tents. There is a lot of vintage/flea market clothing but there are also vendors selling their crafts like wood cutting boards, stones and crystals, bags, soaps and candles, etc. We had a good time and everyone was very friendly.
