Love this location. Unfortunately here for post-Christmas returns. The young lady in the returns area was swamped. Temperatures of customers were high and their attitudes were ugly and ire was directed at her as if she selected their items. She was so professional and remained as cool as a cucumber. She greeted me with a beautiful smile as if she had not been verbally assaulted by the last two customers. I was impressed by her ability to remain focused on providing each of us a high level of customer service. I wish I could have seen her name on her lapel but I was not wearing my contacts. Let me start off by saying I'm not much of a shopper but when I do I know what I want so I get in and out with minimal financial damage! This store is not as big as some of your major department stores but they have all the major and popular brands of clothes and items as if you were in a large store. I visited this location around Christmas time and was able to get some great deals on some gifts and even scored some great prices on Samsonite 3 piece luggage sets for my wife and I ( plus my daughter worked there around the holidays so we also got some employee benefits as well )!!.. So when this pandemic eases up and we can get back to some type of life normalcy stop in your local Kohl's and see what they have to offer!. read more

I had to make an Amazon return and the staff here made it so easy! It was a little hard to find the kiosk to do the return, but I was in and out in 5 minutes. They also give you a coupon for kohl's when you make an Amazon return there. Also had to take my son to the restroom and the family restroom was very clean. My little one and I came here right at opening on a Sunday after church. We were greeted immediately upon entering. The whole shopping center is basically new and there were a lot of parking spots. They had a huge sale on boys clothes which is why I went there. They also had a nice selection of ladies footwear. I always love going to Kohl's. They always have everything from clothes for the whole family, lovely home goods, & clean bathrooms. Also, even if you forget to bring coupons, the cashiers always seem to be nice enough to scan one of their coupons allowing you to save even more. I might even make this my "after church Kohl's" from now on! Love love love! read more

What can I say, I am one of the suckers who loves Kohl's. Yes, most of the stuff you can buy elsewhere for cheaper most of the time. Don't ever buy full price at Kohl's. Always wait for 30 percent off sales and it will be cheaper. The best part of Kohl's is the clearance. If you wait long enough most of the stuff they have goes on clearance and is super cheap. I also love the store credit card. Specifically of the Suffolk store, they do a great job here. There customer service is top notch. We have taken amazon returns here, had to return store items, do curbside pick up and have never had any issues at all. We will keep going here and spending our money being Kohl's suckers!!! read more

Kohls is one of those places you either like or don't like. We have shopped here for years. It's nice they have their own credit card that gives you a discount. But that discount is what lures you in....the prices actually change day to day depending on the current sale and discounts being offered. You really have to come a lot to know if you are getting a good deal. The people working here are ok. The customer service people are friendlier than the people up front. The store itself can be tidy, but if you come late during a sale it will be a disaster and hard to find anything. Shopping earlier in the day helps in this regard. As far as returns go, they are easy. But be careful about returning if you got Kohl's cash. If you drop below they will void them. As for quality of the store brand we have had some good luck and some not so good luck. I have some clothes/shoes from here for years and it looks great. I have bought some items that got one season. But for the price I paid, one season is enough. If I want a quality item to last 10 years I buy a high $ item from a better store. This isn't that place. This is the place to get the deals, wear it a season while it's in fashion. If you get on the mailing list you get tons of emails and mailers. The card they offer is how you get those discounts. They call it MVP and you need to spend $600 a year to stay that level. I haven't found spending $600 a year to give me better discounts. If I get a 15% coupon I just don't take it in but ask for a scratch off there. Often I get better just trying my luck in the store. And some cashiers will just give you the 30% off if you ask and use your card. But again, you think you saved $100+ on your purchase but if you had shopped a different day you probably would have had the same price total at the end without the discount. I buy enough here every year....the quality is good enough for the price I pay. They take returns easily. We will shop here again. But it's hit or miss for me as far as what I like and what they offer that week. I either get nothing or I buy a lot. And if you can find something on clearance, it's usually a great deal. I'm not a fashion kinda gal. I have a family to clothe and I get the basics. So this store works for me and my family. read more

I love Kohl's!!! And this location...the best yet!!! Not sure about the other locations, but I do know two in particular that do not accept expired Kohl's cash. But most Kohl's I've seen practice the no hassle no questions asked policy when it comes to coupons etc. (yeah right) But this Suffolk location... I frequent here quite often and nevvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvver had an issue using my always expired Kohl's cash. They don't even mention that the date is past due! You talk about Customer Service...oh they have it well under control here!! It's always neat and tidy here and the employees are easy to work with as well...they don't follow you here :) read more

Went in to buy a pair of dress pants but only saw one brand in my price point and not quite the right size but I could make it work. I saw an associate working that area so I asked if that brand ran small. She wasn't sure but she took time to show me around to other brands. When I explained my price point and asked if they had a clearance section she walked me over to it. What blew me away was five mins later she came to where I was and brought me a pair of pants that were the right size and only $6! She showed me where a special rack was that had certain clearance items that hadn't been put away yet. Her name is Chris and she rocked! With the clearance prices my total was $89. Without the clearance prices, it would've been $288. I was able to purchase 4 pairs of dress pants and 2 sweaters. Looks like my Dad will be stylin and profilin while he's getting his church praise on now. read more

I lived in Suffolk for over 2 years and always past by this kohls but never bothered to look inside..well...not until today that is. So, I gave it a shot because it was early in the day and the parking lot was empty. I parked, went on in and I must say I was extremely impressed by the well kept scenery of the store. To add the amazing discounts and clearance items (i was in love). I ended up purchasing some items even after I told myself I'm only going in here to browse. I guess Kohls proved me wrong today. Needless to say, I walked away with well over $100 worth of merchandise that only cost my $40 bucks and some change (w/an internet coupon and an additional 20 o/o off @the cashier). Go figure... Their Big & Tall men's section is virtually nonexistent. Being a tall person, I am limited in my selections. Either get a shirt that is two sizes too big and look like a tent, or get a tall version of my size. Absolutely had no polos, had a few racks of pants/shorts and a couple of racks of button up shirts. The entire selection fits on a 4' x 8' area with room to walk.
