First and last time, setting foot inside this store. Received Father's Day gift (couple of inexpensive t shirts) from my daughter. Unfortunately, there was no gift receipt. Cashier wouldn't allow an exchange for a larger size for the identical items. Items were never worn and had all manufacturer and retail tags in tact. Manager on duty witnessed the interaction and chose to walk away without assisting. read more

This store has to be the biggest Burlington store in the chain! It's HUGE!! Merchandise is well spaced out. They must be in one of the former flagship mall stores. I was looking for a baby shower gift and found what I needed. I bought one of those decorative boxes as the "gift wrap" for the shower gift. It would have been great if they stocked some gift wrap and cards so that you could get everything that you needed as a "One-Stop Shop". I also looked at the women's dresses and saw one that I really wanted to try on, but unfortunately the dressing rooms were not open. I decided to buy it and try it on at home, knowing that I could return it if need be. I have been to several places that have their dressing rooms open (Kohl's and Goodwill to name two) so it would have been great to be able to try on clothes. If I found items that fit good I would definitely buy more! read more

This place is sad I walked in and was met with stained dirty carpet. The shoe selection is sad. Idky the parking lot had so many cars in it I'm thinking it was the employees. This store has almost everything on first floor. There are sections for children, juniors, boys, shoes, candy, kitchen, etc. This place is unorganized. I saw lots of clothes on floor. Also, clothes in random places on the racks. Although it is unorganized I managed to get distracted many times. Be careful when you're using the restroom which is located on second floor. Not many people go up there so, make sure you go with a buddy to be safe. read more

All my clothes are from Burlington they always have beautiful styles very contemporary fashionable. The atmosphere is great, lights are everywhere so all interior is in bright lightening. Store was neat, friendly staff. Overall nice experience. Great place to shop for clothes at great deals at a great price. If you're looking for something trendy or cheap they've it all. This store is a big store u can find great styles and more. All around great. And this place is very clean and organized. Clothes are cheap, It has a lot to choose from, so I would definitely come back. read more

This store is one of disorganize store I ever seen. We spent over an hour to find the right shoes for my girl. After that I didn't want to spend any more time to try to find the clothes. I will come back to check out the clothes section whenever I have extra time. read more

I just had really bad experience with a " manager" from Burlington store in Stratford mall in Bloomingdale named Ali Naqvi. He was very rude and unprofessional. I have never met a manager being that way. I bought shoes 2 weeks ago and one of the shoes broke after such a short time . I went to a store to return them thinking there should not be any problem with this . The manager did not even wanted to talk to me and listen to me. He told me if they were worn I can not return them. I could understand that if they were worn for a few months but they wore worn only for 2 weeks ( not even every day). I just want to warn you about their return policy . Please be aware . They do not take anything back even if it was worn a day and broke. Shocking and very bad experience. And that manager definitely should not be a manager!! Very unacceptable! read more

Was doing some last minute Christmas shopping on Christmas Eve 2013 - in a crowded mall - and decided to just come in here and "look around and about." Two stars is really pushing it - especially considering I remember what this "store location" once was many years ago when I was a kid back in the late 80's. Many of you may remember this place being a large Montgomery Ward - back then (before they slowly went downhill and eventually folded) Ward's was no different than the likes of Penny's, Sears, even Carson Piere Scott in terms of large, upscale anchor stores. Ghosts of what "once was" now just remain. This place really is a hole in the wall. It's only saving grace is that you CAN find a few gems amongst the disarray and shambles. Store is messy, disorganized, and almost looks abandoned. Looks like a mini-tornado hit it. Clothes and coats all over the floors. Now I know this is mostly because people are sloppy and ignorant and just fling things around rather than taking the time to put them back properly - but - the store appears to have no housekeeping. Seldom if ever have I even seen any store associates walking around like you do just about any other place of business. There may be 3 in the entire store, and 2 are behind registers, and the other is on lunch or dinner break. Almost like "all Indians, no chiefs..." - Store has these obnoxious "shopping carts" which are more of a hinderance than of benefit. We all know there are always those "Few" who take these darn carts out of the store, and walk around the mall with them - which is technically not illegal - but - it's really not permitted, either. Of course you then always see the Burlington Coat Factory carts all over the parking lots - sometimes 3 blocks away - as if these people walked them and their kids in the carts and just abandoned them when they got home. (Sears also does this, and it is my pet-peeve). - Walked upstairs to just see what was up there, and remember the old times of Ward's. Most of the upstairs is now blocked off and just a little section remains of mostly babies and children's clothes and maternity stuff. I walked up there for a few minutes, then returned downstairs. Not much to see, in fact the upper mall entrance (going into the mall) to this store is now just blocked off. (*Update as of December 2016 - upstairs area is now empty of merchandise, but is utilized for washrooms. I walked up here again several times recently and washrooms are accessible.) - Overall, just a danger-zone kinda place. Have a walk around, see who you see in there, and what the place looks like. If you have common sense, you will be able to utilize that very easily and get a very accurate answer. Again, you can find some gems in here if you want to walk up and down messy dirty unorganized aisle of clothes and coats with hardly any sales associates around to assist ya - but I'd rather save my time and sanity and find those same items on ebay or some other location and just avoid this rat's nest all together :) Two stars is being generous to what this location has become over the years... Coming up with reasons on how this place even stays open for as long as it has is beyond my pay scale. read more

Our visit was halfway successful as my boyfriend did find a coat. The price, like all Burlington locations, was excellent. But wow, I'm surprised we found a damn thing! I also was looking for a coat. While they have a ton of coats, they were so insanely mixed up that there was no way I was going to find what I was looking for. They also are missing probably 90% of their mirrors on their end caps. I was so frustrated that I gave up after 20 minutes of searching and not being able to finding that the only consistency to the organization was that 100% of the women's coats sections was in disarray. read more

More of the expensive Bebe designer brand is now at Burlington, since most of their retail stores had closed down; which I love it! at a great price. Plus it's my favorite clothes. I also love their online shopping site for new Bebe stuff too! read more

Went in for a gift card and only two registers were open. I thought I was in a time warp because both cashiers were overhead paging someone for price checks. A gentleman walked over, grabbed both times, and disappeared going to find the prices. No other register opened up, nor did either cashier suspend their transactions to take any other customers. Went into this store with my family to buy easter dresses will never go again so prejudice in this store cashier put another customer before us he saw us standing there before that customer I believe it was because of our skin color he didn't care. The other cashier knew it was wrong she looked at us and shook her head. Will not go back there the store was so messing stuff was all over the floors, was poorly cleaned. read more

This store is disgusting! Clothes thrown everywhere, things stolen out of packages, broken merchandise, kids running wild, mystery stains on carpet and merchandise. Once, I found an empty starbucks cup in a boot. WHO DOES THAT. Animals! You can't walk down an aisle without tripping over a ton of things jerks pull off of shelves and leave on the floor when they didn't want it. The associates do nothing about it. Half of them are overwhelmed with jerks haggling and complaining in the checkout line. The other half are just wandering around staring into space. I saw one step over a rolled up rug in the middle of the aisle and left it there. Really?! This store brings out the lowest animals in the kingdom. Manager Nathan (Nate) is a completely inconsiderate person. He made all matters worse with a simple return and when I questioned the return policy because it was something I've never heard or encountered before he was unsure of his own stores policy, kept going back and forth with his answer and in the end refused my return because I questioned him. Outstanding service with unbeatable prices! Was in and out lines were quick cashiers friendly with supervisor present if needed help. Why go to Macy's when can find same product at Burlington for a fourth of price saw same coat at Macy's for $250, purchased at Burlington for $60 no comparison.
