We also have a dog that drives in the car frequently, not to mention whatever stains and since we're in the car from the previous owner, and even then, the car looked fantastic, the rugs look like freshly mowed lawn, and it was just spotless. I got the most expensive interior detail package and an exterior wash. Both are extremely reasonably priced considering they come to you with everything! You don't need a hose hook up or an outlet as they have all of that in their van. The detailer showed up early which I appreciated and patiently waited while I cleared all of the crap out of my car. He was quick, but very thorough! We will be using them again for our regular washes at the house as you cannot get this kind of attention to detail at the local busy car wash.

The residue was extremely difficult to remove, and the car had not been fully detailed in about two years. For a quoted price of $250, Berto's team removed all the hardened berry buildup from the roof and completed a full interior and exterior detail. The results were excellent and well worth the price. During my inspection, which Berto personally asked to observe to ensure I was satisfied, I noticed a section of white paint (approximately 2 x 3 cm) on the roof had been accidentally lifted during the berry removal, exposing the black layer underneath. It was clear they had tried to paint over it with white paint to make it less noticeable, but it was at risk for further peeling and a drop of the white paint had dripped onto the surrounding black trim. Berto immediately asked how he could make it right. He handled it professionally. He made the detailing complimentary, took the car to his auto body shop, matched the paint using the VIN, and fully repainted the affected top panel. The repair took two days and was generously scheduled around our work commute. He also offered to pay for a rental car, though we did not need one. Given the condition of the car and how long the berries had been left on, I recognize the job was unusually challenging. What stands out is that Berto took full responsibility and corrected the issue completely. I would return and recommend his team without hesitation.

Most of the jobs were for full PPF + ceramic coating of new vehicles, but they've also performed a couple of non-PPF paint correction, detailing, and ceramic coating work on well-used vehicles not eligible for PPF. In all cases, California Detailing produced fantastic results that made the new cars look better than they were at dealer delivery and the well-used vehicles look as close to new as possible. For vehicles that we've subsequently sold, California Detailing's attentive work helped protect their resale value. He used an instrument to measure the clear coat on the hood and roof and confirmed that it was missing and would require repainting. Although I was unable to use his services for detailing the car right now, I appreciate how responsive he was to my messages and in coming to my place. He was very helpful in advising me how to protect the car and in arranging to get me a quote from a body shop to have sections of the car repainted. Juan is very meticulous and thoughtful and it's a huge plus that he provides his services at the customer's premises.
