We've been coming to this car wash for years because of its convenient location, but unfortunately the overall condition has continued to decline. Much of the equipment appears old and poorly maintained. During our most recent visit, we noticed the liquid spray wax operating but the dispenser was clearly malfunctioning. Most of the wax was spraying onto the ground instead of onto the vehicle, making it feel like we paid for a service we never actually received. Another frustrating experience was the constant upselling. When we checked in, we were offered a clay bar wax treatment for $150. We politely declined, but while the car was being vacuumed, another employee approached us and tried to sell the exact same service again--this time quoting $350. Receiving two completely different prices for the same service within minutes was confusing and felt unprofessional. This business is in a prime location in the heart of Burlingame, and it has the potential to be a fantastic neighborhood car wash. With better maintenance of the equipment, more consistent pricing, and a less aggressive sales approach, it could provide a much better customer experience. I hope the owners invest in improving the facility because we'd love to continue supporting a place we've been visiting for so many years. read more

Honestly I feel really sad to leave this review. I've been coming to Auto Pride for as long as I can remember with my family. I was recently in town and was looking forward to having a sparkling clean car inside and out, but it wasn't great. There were white stains left on the inside of a car door, the car wasn't dried all the way, and the floor mats still had a ton of dirt left behind. The front windshield was left super streaky, and when the sun shined on it while driving it was really hard to see. The quality of Auto Pride has really gone down. I don't think I'll be coming back here. $45 for a bad job is not something I was expecting at all. read more

I have been coming here for years and was once on their unlimited wash. Over the past 5 washes or so I've been having to remind them to wipe down the black residue behind my tires after they were done. This past wash, the black residue was clearly visible (as it always is) and I asked them again to wipe it down. This time, they wiped the residue in front of me and smudged it around and walked away. At this point, I didn't even bother asking for the fix because the wash was so visibly bad that I'm not sure if this car wash comes with a complete cleaning anymore or if the half effort is on purpose. This is the fastest, touch less wash around for the money - $39.99 per month (or $20 per single wash) and you can come once a day for a basic wash and they clean and gloss your tires. They do wipe your car down with soapy hand mitts prior to the touchless drive through wash. You don't have to exit your car at all as it automatically gets pushed through the wash and dry as your car is in neutral. Then after the power air dry, you pull over and they dry it a little more by hand. Finally they gloss the tires. The service agents at the front gate are always extremely helpful and polite with their greetings. Five stars read more

Came here to try their 20$ exterior wash. When i got here there was 2 lines and after waiting in line they told me i was in the wrong line even though they let the cars in front of me go. I had to wait in line again. The quality of the car wash was just as bad as the service, there was plenty of bird poop left after the wash was done. How does 4 people scrubbing the car miss the bird poop, i do not have a tall car either. I would definitely not bring a suv here if they cant handle a Camry. I would not come back to this car wash even if it was free, this place is a waste of time and money. read more

I paid 40 bucks for a half ass wash outside and inside. They didn't even wipe down the dash board. Some of my back windows weren't wiped at all. I also paid for air freshener and didn't get any at all. I can't bring myself to come here anymore. This is the second time I've come here recently and left so upset. First of all, I paid $71 for "The Works Wash," which included an additional $10 for the cargo mats. The did a very poor job. There was no sign that anything had been vacuumed. The cargo mat in back had not been vacuumed or cleaned (despite the fact that I paid the additional $10). The tires had an uneven application of some kind of chemical that was visible and looked bad. The exterior job was quite good, but interior was very poor and I will not return to this location ever again. I felt that I overpaid, and on top of it I gave them a $15 tip. My fault because I didn't inspect their work before leaving. I had always considered their work to be exceptional years ago, and didn't feel that it was necessary to inspect it. RIP OFF. read more

We can watch a hand wash your car every time they miss several sections of the car did not put dressing on tires or the inside very well, I paid $90 a month. He didn't know my brother paints cars for a living and what was road dirt from 2 months of not washing didn't need an expensive wax treatment. I went today to get my car washed and paid $40 for a half ass wash. The out side wasn't even washed thoroughly or wiped down dry all the way after it was washed. Idk if they even attempted to put any effort in wiping down the inside of my car or vacuuming it . There was dirt still on my middle compartment, My dash was halfway wiped down and stuff still on my floor by my driver and passenger seats. I hadn't been here in a while due to the lack of quality service I have gotten a few times. I've been coming here for years even though I don't live close by anymore. I usually buy the platinum wash $48.99. The cleaning was fine. I have a dog and they do an outstanding job despite the tools they were given. However today, i'm dissapointed. My cup holder hinge part was damaged. The team insisted it was like that already. It was sloppy too since the cup holder was sprayed with cleaning liquid but wasn't wiped out properly. There was a gunk with hairs and lint but was corrected once I pointed it out. I'm sad to say, I won't drive all the way to Burlingame anymore to get my car washed. It wouldve been fine if they were more accountable for their actions... but now, if damage occurs again, I just dont feel confident that they'll be honest about it. read more

Luis and the team there do a pretty nice job. In and out pretty quickly (after you make it through the line.) The monthly pass is pretty worth it. Unlimited washes per month. The one comment I've seen a few other people post which I think is valid is that they don't get all the break dust off the rim but if you've ever done it successfully yourself then you know that you'll need the special spray to loosen all of that off the rim, and you'll have to spend a considerable amount of effort to make sure you didn't miss a spot. They're not doing it in that detail - but if you do that yourself every once in a while and bring it in for a wash, it'll stay well maintained. We had them do the clay bar on our Tesla and they got all the rough spots off the paint that had been forming for a long time. Looked and felt nice and smooth again. I think it's worth coming here. Especially if you get a monthly pass. Bring it in twice a week! Or whatever. We got kids, they make a mess. Mess gone, fixed price. What's not to love. Especially useful if you value your time. Sure, we can do it better at home, but not as fast and certainly not without effort. And if you're really that unhappy with a missed spot, just point it out. They're all hella nice. read more

I signed up for a monthly pass. I'm really upset that if something happens to your car, they don't bring it to your attention only for you to find out when you get home. After our first wash and interior vacuum/ wipe down, we noticed they tore the screen protector on our dash. Ok fine we let it slide. Haven't had them clean the interior for awhile since that happened (probably 5 washes later). I came back and thought I'd just let them clean the interior too. When they finished, I drove my car away and switched the driving mode in my car only for the whole screen to start glitching like crazy. I immediately called my dealership and took it in within 30 min. They suspected water damage and I hadn't even told them I came from a car wash. This was not covered by the warranty so I called this car wash and asked them what they sprayed inside the car or if they spilled anything. Long story short, there was water damage. But i guess this could happen with all hand washing services but they ripped off two letters from my car and it's just annoying to spend $100 for replacements. Whenever I find myself in need for a car wash, the proximity and location of Auto Pride is what keeps me coming back. Although I've noticed that depending on what type of package I by, the level of service fluctuates. I've been coming here off/on since I started driving back in 05' I have this uncanny ability to get a car wash a day or two before the weather shifts. This most recent time was prior to the fires, then within 3 days, it was covered in ash. Once the ash cleared, I decided to go with Auto Pride for a refresher wash. I went with the platinum package, which includes the hand car wash, exterior and interior dressings, and everything else included in the silver special. You'll pay at the attendant, drive through the wash, while the staff does some hand work through the wash. Once you finish, you'll drive up, and exit the vehicle so that they can do the exterior and interior cleanings. As I waited on the benches for my car to get finished, a staff member asked if I wanted to upgrade to one of their premium hand waxes, which I respectfully declined. Another 5 minutes went by and they called me when my car was ready. It wasn't until I got home that I noticed so many missed spots along the car. Streaks from the cleaners lined my cars, and ended up finding my two small scratches on my brand new car on the passenger door. Guess I left feeling that if I paid for the platinum wash, I wouldn't have to do a wipe down after a wash, because what am i paying for, right? Overall, they've been good throughout the years, and will most likely be back eventually. Hopefully the next go around will be better. read more

My go to car wash! Would be five stars but the consistency in washes varies. Sometimes, no matter which option I choose, the wash is pristine and everyone working is very detail-oriented. Other times, even if they're not busy, they miss cleaning the side trims and roof. There are either water spots or the dirt is still there as if they completely missed a spot. It is also hard to tell the difference between which wash option you get because the processes are nearly identical. Would consider buying the monthly pass for unlimited washes but I don't think I wash my car that often. I'll be back soon ~ read more

This is my first visit to Auto Pride. I went for "Full Service Car Wash" which includes exterior cleaning along with interior vacuuming. I was satisfied with the overall quality of car wash and cleaning. For the exterior, I found that t he cleaning was okay after the wash. There were some soap marks on mirror which they missed. I had to point it to them to clean that. They cleaned the dashboard and seats with cloth and vacuum and didn't miss any interior. read more
