We've been coming to this car wash for years because of its convenient location, but unfortunately…read morethe overall condition has continued to decline. Much of the equipment appears old and poorly maintained. During our most recent visit, we noticed the liquid spray wax operating but the dispenser was clearly malfunctioning. Most of the wax was spraying onto the ground instead of onto the vehicle, making it feel like we paid for a service we never actually received. Another frustrating experience was the constant upselling. When we checked in, we were offered a clay bar wax treatment for $150. We politely declined, but while the car was being vacuumed, another employee approached us and tried to sell the exact same service again--this time quoting $350. Receiving two completely different prices for the same service within minutes was confusing and felt unprofessional. This business is in a prime location in the heart of Burlingame, and it has the potential to be a fantastic neighborhood car wash. With better maintenance of the equipment, more consistent pricing, and a less aggressive sales approach, it could provide a much better customer experience. I hope the owners invest in improving the facility because we'd love to continue supporting a place we've been visiting for so many years.

Even cheaper if you pay cash, but even with the credit card price it is consistently the cheapest in the area. I live near Cupertino, but I often go to Millbrae BART and make a point to get gas at A&A since the prices are so good. Very busy at this station. During post-work rush hour you may have to wait a minute or two to get a pump. Store is moderately sized and has plenty of food and drinks in stock. I think the hours on Yelp are wrong. I've been here well past midnight for sure. Google tells me this gas station is open 24 hours.

Then one time, I had a gear issue with my car and apparently didn't go through the carwash in the allotted time. As soon as my car emerged, the attendant was filming me with his phone and told me rudely that he called the police and they were on their way. I had accidentally stayed too long and prevented the next person from entering. Instead of asking what happened, he instantly treated me like a criminal as if I purposely took two car washes for the price of one. Instead of just letting the next person go through, the attendant made me go to the man's car and get his ticket, go to the kiosk and pay for the next carwash, and give the man back the ticket. The entire time, threatening me with police and treating me like a criminal. Absolutely unbelievable. Neither I nor my family will EVER go back. I doubt the other guy will, either.

He knocked very hard on my window and told me in a stern voice that I needed to leave because I wasn't filling up with gas right away, and he didn't give a F if I was on the phone.
