I was visiting this cute town from Santa Cruz. I needed gas, my windows cleaned and I had spilled powdered laundry soap on my car matt. I pull in clean my window, shake out my Matt in the trash can and was about to get $80 in gas. The mean, rude, awful little woman that works there came out to yell at me in front of everyone " there's a car wash across the street, go there. Don't use our squeegee for your Matt". she stated at me aggressively and with disgust. It was completely inappropriate, rude and very aggressive. I felt disrespected. I took my business elsewhere and will forever tell everyone I know to never go there. She needs to be fired. She works with the public. Needs customer service training. Attendants are condescending. When their pumps tell you to "See Cashier", they act as if it's an inconvenience for them. Then when you ask them what they want you to do, they turn it back to you and act as if You've done something wrong. Geez. Customer service ZERO. I have been using this Chevron station for the past 43 years. Today I was extremely disappointed in the fact that they would not help me put air in my extremely low tire because they said they would be fired if they helped me. The air pump was difficult to operate and I asked them just to get it started and they refused. Very sad that service or general kindness to those who need help is no longer available. I will not be purchasing fuel or anything else from this station in the future. read more

What's with North Burlingame and Ghettotastic gas stations? The shell on the other side of the freeway is just creepy and last time going by it was completely out of order. Hitting this one, we saw a guy in a totally blacked out Volvo, yes Volvo, a lady in leopard print dress and people bumping your generic hip hop while getting $2 worth of gas. $2!! This is a decent gas station location located in Burlingame. I go to this location whenever I need gas after visiting my sister who lives in the area. It is a good location and has decent amount of pumps so I don't have to wait too long. I really like this place only for the fact that there are Safeway discounts that I get when I shop at Safeway and I get gas rewards. There are no other gas station that I know that actually participate in the program. There is nothing else really special about this gas station. That's why give it three stars. read more

I always thought this location was less expensive than the others. I used to go here all the time when I lived down the street and recently would stop here for gas if I was in the area because it's priced better than the others. Today, I saw the sign that said $4.49 for supreme. As the pump was finishing, I noticed that it said $4.59. I double checked the sign and went in to see Veronica and asked her to adjust the price. She replied - oh they must have forgot to change it, the price on the other sign is correct. Well you advertised this price - you need to honor it. Long story short - she refused. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I'll never go back here. In the grand scheme of things the total refund was negligible - I can't believe she wouldn't provide it and I don't know how much I'll fight to get it. But it's the principle. the reason I stopped here was they had cheap premium gas. Funny that someone commented that the store is the size of a closet. I actually happened to see a Doritos chip truck drop off about 10 massive boxes of chips. Must be a pretty damn big closet! I honestly don't see what the big deal is about. I've never had a horrible experience. Only a couple times I had to see cashier to use my card.
