very disappointing and unfair business practice…read more i've been a member for over 3 years. after changing my vehicle, they told me i have to buy a new membership and are keeping the value of the unused days i already paid for. if you cancel my membership, you should not keep money for services you are no longer providing. i asked for a fair solution, such as transferring the membership or providing a prorated credit/refund, but instead i was simply told to buy another membership. this is not how you treat a loyal customer. i strongly recommend people think twice before signing up for a membership here

As soon as my car emerged, the attendant was filming me with his phone and told me rudely that he called the police and they were on their way. I had accidentally stayed too long and prevented the next person from entering. Instead of asking what happened, he instantly treated me like a criminal as if I purposely took two car washes for the price of one. Instead of just letting the next person go through, the attendant made me go to the man's car and get his ticket, go to the kiosk and pay for the next carwash, and give the man back the ticket. The entire time, threatening me with police and treating me like a criminal. Absolutely unbelievable. Neither I nor my family will EVER go back. I doubt the other guy will, either.
