card stuck and owner wont remove it seems like fruad
Heer P.

where is gas station ever my card got stuck. I asked the Asian man to help me. Remove it. He kept telling me try again. It's not his fault. Started cursing at me. Started blaming me. Told me to call the cops. If I wanted my card back, I wasn't able to remove my car. It was stuck in the machine and seems like fraud. He was very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend anybody going here. Prices are cheap for a reason so they scam you.

$4.10 today
Jeff H.

San Bruno Gas is a little gas station with two rows of pumps. They get busy. If you don't mind waiting, $4.10 is pretty good.

Good prices. usually cheaper than most places around. If you go early in the morning there's usually no line and it's close to where I live.

These guys have the cheapest gas in the land. Located on El Camino Real. There's a small snack shop but no squeegee to wipe your windshield.

I filled up there today. The pump charged me for 15.5 gallons of gas, but the maximum my tank can hold is 14.5 gallons. Won't go back.

I fill up here for two main reasons: convenience and price…read more In addition to being the closest gas to where I live, it's usually the cheapest in the area. Located right on San Bruno Ave off the 280, it's super easy to access. Depending on time of day, the line can get pretty long, and even back up on to Shelter Creek as people are turning from San Bruno Ave. Generally people are pretty good about waiting in line and going when it's their turn, however you always have to be mindful of those who don't follow standard common curtesy and will cut you off if you're not paying somewhat aggressive attention. I've had pretty much all positive experiences with the staff any time I go in to buy something. They have a solid size convenience store with a lot of good options for drinks, snacks, coffee, car and home supplies, and more. They are also a "Lucky Retailer" for the CA Lottery, so if you feel like gambling, grab a scratcher or two! It's not always functioning, but when it is, the staff will usually turn on the air/water pump for free if you're nice!

Something really sketchy is going on here, so I feel like I need to warn people…read more I got gas here and had to pay inside because one of the pumps was marked "out of order." These same pumps have been out of order for over a year, which already felt off. I paid at the register with a young guy working the counter. The next day, my credit card was hit with about $1,300 in fraudulent charges, including attempted purchases from Ledger.com and Crutchfield, plus multiple gas charges. I'm confident it came from here because I didn't use my card anywhere else after getting gas. After that, I learned this wasn't an isolated incident.A friend also had her credit card compromised after getting gas here, in her case, the fraudulent charges showed up on Amazon. Separately, the same thing happened to my husband, on a different day. He paid at the pump, not inside, and his card was still compromised. His card was charged three times, and those charges actually went through (not pending). Same gas station. Different people. Same outcome. I'm not accusing any specific person, but there is clearly a serious credit card security issue at this location, whether it's at the register or at the pump. Please be extremely careful, monitor your statements closely, or consider avoiding this station altogether.
