I had a bad experience that turned good. I went use the Air and paid to use it. When I went to fill my tire the Air came out but wouldn't push into the tire. I thought maybe it was my stem so I tried another tire. It was the Air gun. I went and told the clerk and she said she knew, but there was nothing she could do. I waited a couple of minutes for the manager to come out and spoke with Maria. Maria checked the compressor and I explained what happened. She told me that she would give me my money back. She was very nice. Because of her this place gets 4 stars and I will be going back when I am in the area. read more

The only reason why I even deal with this gas station is because they're the only station with e85 in the area. And because they are the only station in the area that has E85 they price gouge the price. Everywhere else in the bay area is $1 cheaper per gallon. Had to get quick gas after visiting Chillis. Clean gas station., ended up visiting the bathroom with my two kid. The older Latino told me to wait for a few min, he told me that he would go in and check in first to make sure that it was not dirty because a lot of people come, ask to use the bathroom without even getting gas and leave it dirty. He was really friendly, and I thank him so much for doing this. Also Latina woman working as a cashier gave my kids a lollipop. Felt very safe and got treated well. Thank you so much. read more

I just got off of work and decided to go to this gas station to fill up my tank and buy a pack of cigarettes and something to drink before heading home to San Mateo. About a minute before pulling into the gas station My mom called, me who was also around the area, so I told her meet me there so I can also fill up her tank of gas. As I pull into the gas station, all of the pumps except 2 have yellow sleeves marked out of order; the two pumps that were working were occupied. I then decided to park in front of the snack shop to wait for the pumps to open up and told my mom to park right next to me. I get out of the car hug my mom and was about to walk up to the snack shop to go inside and purchase my cigarettes and drink but before I could do so this older Hispanic man with glasses comes out and very aggressively tells me this customer parking only. I begin to attempt to explain to him The pumps are out of order and we're waiting for the 2 that are working to open up and I was coming in to the shop purchase cigarettes. He didn't even let me finish speaking and cut me off and started screaming at me telling me to move and started threatening that he was going to call the cops. I looked at him so confused as to what just happened. Are you serious? WAS it really that serious? What has this world come to? I really feel sorry for the owners of this business for having those kind of employees running it. As a business owner, this is completely unacceptable behavior. I told my mom to get back in the car and proceeded to get into my car and he is standing at the window writing my license plate number down. There are plenty of other gas stations around the area who deserve my business, have better pricing and much better customer service. Reading other reviews it seems as if this "calling the cops" threat is an ongoing issue. I really hope the owners look into this and at least acknowledge the employees mishaps because it's definitely steadily making them lose regular customers. It is NOT safe. I got HARASSED by the "boss" older Hispanic man with glasses. I parked in the 10min customer parking. Immediately got yelled at once I stepped out of my car. Immediately started threatening me to buy something or he calls the cops. And I have only been parked for 2 minutes. I didn't even get a chance to walk to the store. I've been coming to this site for years and have had workers try call the cops on me for answering a phone call before I was even able to buy anything from inside and was not blocking any pumps , haven't been treated like that for a while so I kept coming back till recently my car hasn't been starting up correctly and that's the only place I get e85 from as my car runs that only and I'm not the only person I know this has been happening too the quality of the e85 has been terrible and is a dollar more expensive than the reliable and clean e85 pump I have been going to in Redwood City , sadly I won't be filling up here since it's the closest pump to me but 10 min drive is better than having my engine explode , beware of this place read more

This review is for the older gentleman that from what it sounds like has done this before. Pulled in on an empty tank with only 1 other car at the other 12 open pump stations. I'm on the phone with a coworker for about 3 minutes when the gentleman came outside to tell me "move it along". I told him that I'm going to get gas I just need to finish this call which apparently he didn't like because he told me that I can drive around the corner and come back lol. Then I proceeded to get out to get some gas and then I noticed the price was about $.45 more than Arco so I was only going to get about a quarter tank. Not even 15 seconds go bye and he comes right up to me without any face covering on and points out the hidden sticker on top of the pump saying no phones allowed!!!! I just said alright buddy have a good one took the pump out and left immediately. The amount of negativity that this gentleman has when it comes to customer service is despicable. I was shopping at Tanforan when I noticed I was running low on gas. I searched for the nearest gas station and this came up. It was around 5pm and I had my kids in the car whom wanted to get a snack. I am always skeptical about gas station "food" but can I say that this spot has some great options. Big selection of nuts and other healthy choices as well as your typical fast snacks. I also had an issue with my card at the pump but the cashier at that time was really helpful and she even came outside with another staff member to check the pump. BEWARE!!! This place does not even a deserve a 1 star. I was just recently harassed today by an older male employee when I pulled up to pump gas at the station. I was looking for my credit card in my purse when he approached my vehicle and told me I had to leave at that moment. I was shocked! I asked him why and he said because I needed to make space for customers. I told him that I was a customer and I had just pulled into the gas station to pump gas. He said "No you aren't" and again told me to move my car. UNBELIEVABLE!!! As a woman, I have never been treated with so much disrespect and humiliated in front of people. This gas station just lost a loyal customer who has been coming to this location for many years. After this incident I went to the gas station across the street to pump gas and returned to the gas station to show him proof of my receipt from across the street to prove to him that I had originally been there to pump gas. At this point, my husband who had walked to the liquor store next door while I was going to pump gas, had returned to the vehicle and asked me what had happened when he saw my anger. After he heard what happened, we both walked into the store to confront the man as he owed me an apology. The man who had approached me was nowhere in sight, except a latin lady named Dina as a cashier. We tried to explain to her what had happened and she acted like she did not understand what was going on. She just kept asking if he had hit me, as if that would be the only reason to complain. Unbelievable! We asked her to tell the man to come talk to us, as he owed me a MAJOR apology, but instead she ran to the back and told him to hide when he opened the door to see what was going on. How pathetic! He hid in the back when he realized I was not alone and my husband was with me. I will be filing a more formal complaint against this business. Again, BEWARE!l of this place, especially if you are a woman. There were only men at the gas station when I was harassed. He chose to harass only me. Piece of shit! He deserves to be fired! El camino 76 gas station in san bruno is by far the best gas station iv ever pumped gas at! I always pass by on my way from or to my SFO airport job and Henry Gomez, Hector Rivera,l and Maria always greet me and make my feel welcomed whenever i walk in. This is for the store manager. If a customer coming to your store and grab a coke bottle from the fridge. And they asked you not to handle a bottle to let them hold as you can scan it. And they told you that they can get infections really easy because I notice it probably your clerk might have not changed the gloves but quite a while but that's what they think they noticed. Would you agree with your clerk to refuse service to the client, Because they don't want your clerk to touch the bottle? This happen to me I was not bother by her actions because after all businesses refuse services to anyone. What bother me is the fact that in this time of crisis a little understanding can go a long ways that was a sale of less than 1% but imagine and this is for the manager again if she that's that in different locations two other clients, because she feels that they have done wrong wouldn't that be money lost at possible 10% or more?
