I brought this to the attention of the two cashiers & they blamed my car saying "new cars have no issue with this". Great, take no responsibility for your bad equipment, while insulting the customer at the same time. I know it's tough to sit on your duff & collect money for gas, but being courteous & respectful doesn't take a whole lot of effort either. Bottom line is, they couldn't care less! I'm thankful that this Chevron was here and on the right side of the road for me to turn into before getting back on 101. I was so excited to not have to drive out of the way that I didn't really pay much attention to cost or do any sort of price comparing, but it was well lit and the pumps worked quickly, which is key so late at night.

Figured maybe they were out of the soap for that particular day. Came back for the 2nd time today and same thing. Rinse/Scrub/Rinse Didn't see any sort of soap/foam/bubbles of any kind. At the end of the day my car is clean enough I guess. But will no longer come back to this location. There's 2 LOOP Shell car washes on hickey blvd that are Amazing lol not this place though. Decided to go to the shell since it was the closest. Generally speaking, the car washes at gas stations are decent at best, but this was the worst experience! Paid $13 for the ultimate wash. The undercarriage spray was a joke, pressure was probably turned down to the lowest setting. Very little soap, only two passes and the top scrubber stopped and lifted half way through, leaving half the upper portion of my car untouched.

The prices are very fair and the service quality is unmatched. He will send you photos of your old vehicle parts and show you the old parts that were removed, the new parts added and explain how the problem occurred. Although he is a popular mechanic in the area, he will get work started on your car quickly and will often have it finished within 24 hours (depending on issue). Work done on my car: air pumps replaced, gaskets replaced, coolant line, all break pads replaced, tires replaced, brake sensors replaced, engine fan, alternator. I drive my car hard and put extra pressure on the valves and gaskets so I need a good mechanic that is honest and is there whether I need him and I found that with Sunny. I have recommended him to several close friends and know they will be in good hands. Great guy and has a good team- highest recommendation. 11/10

Went back the next day (7/4), met a manager named Luis, who acted extremely unprofessional, didn't care and just kept laughing in my face and telling me it is my fault. Will have to take it to corporate since Luis wasn't interested in resolving the issue without escalating it.

Rarely happens, but may come with the exception of one car pumping gas like me or someone dropping off at the donation bin at the entrance. Lot is filled with cars parked for service. Then you have the occasional car passing from Bunkar Hill. Just don't get the word around that this gas station is always peaceful and conveniently located, that is if you are willing to drive up to the top of the hill, depending on where you're coming from.

Maybe we do make a difference, maybe we don't, but these gas prices are ridiculously high. Here it's usually a good 50 cents cheaper per gallon than other places. The problem is the long lines and angry drivers cutting you off or going the wrong way. I've seen fights twice at this one location. Cheap gas at your own risk, that's for sure.
