No additional calls came through (none missed or anything). I walked back around the time. Bigger dude with a short beard in the front told me they tried calling me, but I asked why it didn't appear as a missed call and he was being dismissive. Just admit when you forgot instead of making it up? No rotation was done, and I was told it was $10 after the alignment and oil change finished. Would have been nice to be told up front when I came in to look at the tires. I did the oil change due to perceived convenience and to also give them money since the alignment is part of the lifetime service offering, but I'm not sure how much oil they actually used or what they used (beyond a synthetic), so at $102 (after a "coupon" was applied), it's not particularly competitive. Not terrible, but not competitive. I also didn't receive any invoice or an itemized list of services done to my email, but I did receive a generic inspection checklist (where they emphasize the air filters needing to be changed, which is by far the easiest DIY and easiest markup for dealerships to do).

When I got there they immediately offered me something to drink which doesn't usually happen when I go for an oil change but I thought it was nice. The team took their time, told me about all of the oil change options, offered me a transmission flush and to change my cabin air filter. There was no pressure to get any of the add ons but since I hadn't done any work to the car in a while, I opted for the transmission flush and the cabin air filter change. The team did a great job and made sure that I got the best bang for my buck. They also offer two complimentary car washes from one of the neighboring car washes. All in all, I'll be back!

David explained the technician would take a look at my concern and get back to me shortly with a diagnosis and plan for repair if needed. Three hours later, I received a call from David with a clear update on what they found and the next steps for repair. When I initially arrived, he asked if I had an extended warranty so he could start a claim. By the time he followed up, he had already taken care of everything and was just waiting for approval, which I really appreciated. About an hour later, David called back to let me know the warranty work had been approved. He also informed me that the required part had been ordered and was expected to arrive Friday or possibly Monday. I let him know they could keep the truck over the weekend, with the hope it would be ready sometime the following week. To my surprise, I received a call from David at 3:30 p.m. the very next day (Friday) letting me know the repair was already completed and my vehicle was ready for pickup at my convenience. Talk about fast and efficient service! When I arrived to pick up my truck, I was greeted by Kevin, who seamlessly handled the checkout process and personally brought my vehicle up for me. It's been there ever since. * On the second time, Putnam Dodge diagnosed my 2018 Ram 1500 with engine block damage; warranty coverage had been denied after a wrong faulty head gasket repair & diagnosis. * You requested a full refund of $4,000 paid for the unsuccessful head gasket repair and to pick up the truck as-is. * Following a second warranty inspection in June, the claim was denied again but, now for a different reason, due to "failure due to continued operation." * Technician is currently awaiting final direction from his manager, Peter, regarding your refund request; he expects an update soon. It's July 21 of 2026. No repair, no coverage, no refund and I can't even have my car back after multiple request to release it. I've been paying insurance, registration and I had to pay $4k in cash for a wrong diagnostic and for a service that didn't even work.

I was there on a Thursday evening, and stopped to get some gas and use the restroom. I went in the snack shop to get the key. The clerk was chatting with a buddy, and pointed to the key on the wall. It's an all-gender restroom, but right now....I suggest you go elsewhere. It was absolutely nasty and dirty. The toilet was plugged up and didn't flush properly. It took 4 flushes to get anything down. I told the clerk on my way out, and he smiled and said "thanks." It would be better to just put an "OUT OF ORDER" sign on it.
